Thinking of writing a rottmnt 2k12 tmnt crossover fic called "If Hamlet Can Have An Uncle-Dad, Then I Can Be Your Brother-Uncle!" Where future rise!Leo gets yeeted to the 2k12 universe in the beginning of season three and decides to adopt them. Chaos ensues. Featuring such events as, old man Leo having a break down when the 2k12 boys first mention the kraang, Leo and Leo bonding over injury recovery and disabilities, Raph getting relentlessly teased for being short, old man Leo being a literature because I can, old man Leo wanting to punt Casey into the sun because goodness gracious having to go from rise!Casey "is a cinnamon roll and will cry when he sees cute animals" Jones Jr to 2k12! Casey "thinks he can handle everything 'youre not my mom!'" Jones can not be an easy transition, old man Leo continuously mocking the kraang for being weak because comparatively they are, Donnie getting spoiled with tech stuff because old man Leo was horrified to find out he had to survive off of scraps for all of his experiments and inventions and deciding to break into multiple tech and science facilities to get Donnie better stuff, Mikey and old man Leo holding entire conversations that no one else is able to follow, old man Leo's murder corkboard, Shredder wetting himself from fear upon first contact with old man Leo, and so much more!

If you guys wanna see this then I will gladly write it! And if any of you have any ideas for this that you would like to see in this fic you can tell them to me also and I will try to include them!

Alright class, on todays episode of turtle science, we’re talking about multiversal height differences!

In the 2012 and 1987 crossover, people have pointed out before that the 3 dimensional versions of 87 turtles are a decent chunk bigger than they should be. The funny thing is their height does seem accurate back in their world, it’s only when they travel over do we reach our problem.

Comparing the height differences between counterparts in the two dimensions, you can clearly see that there’s an attempt to gaslight us being made by Nickelodeon. I know Michelangelo is not that tall, he’s a lying punk.

We can assume then that the 3D-ificiation process makes these little green bitches bigger than they previously were.

Segue.

In turtles forever the 87 turtles heights remain consistent between universes further confirming this is a 2012 dimension thing, and in that movie the 87 turtles are fucking tiny. Because there’s no height change for them between home and 03 we can just assume 03 is a naturally bigger sized universe. How did I reach that conclusion? Fuck you.

03!Raph is like two foot taller which is an inaccurate measurement I just made the fuck up on the spot but the point still stands that he could step on 87!Donatello and not even notice.

The scientific conclusion you can draw from this hypotenuse is that if there was ever a 2003 crossover with 2012, not only would you have to consider how much bigger the 03 turtles are from the 87 turtles, you’d also have to consider how much bigger they’d then get when hit with the 3D beam.

The point being that this angry 5’5 beanpole would suddenly be hitting his head on every fucking door way because he’s now like 6 feet tall.

See. The biggest difference between 12!Leo and rise!Leo is that rise!Leo has tall-energy while 12!Leo has short-energy.

And I am oh so very happy you have picked up on it.
