in the plot i am imagining for the tma mlp au, since, well, friendship is magic and all, some of the avatars are reformed instead of killed!! and by the time the eyepocalypse rolls around, they’re a well oiled squad ready to help find a way to stop it ! they’re all great friends and still somewhat touchy with the institute, but they get along with eachother!
pictured is
lightning stripe (mike), a pegasus with a talent for flight
eternal flame (agnes), equestria’s first natural born alicorn with a talent for powerful fire spells
saccharinum (jane), a changeling with a talent for holistic and hornless magic
orb weaver (annabelle), a unicorn with a talent for spells and magic
and delusion (micheal), a weakened but chaotic draconequus
not depicted here is the unicorn deadly dream (oliver), orb weaver’s former classmate in magic school, who works as a harbinger of the apocalypse and seems to take a more “neutral” stance, not opposing them but also not actively helping. he’s still great friends with everyone!!

mlp infection AU but its tma?
jon is locked in his library, searching searching searching for answers, an antidote, anything
martin is trying to make himself useful in the infirmary, but he'll do odd jobs for anyone (sometimes people spot him hovering outside jon's door, before he slips away to another task)
tim is desperate to keep morale up but his little brother hasn't been seen for a couple of days now and with the new border restrictions, its been a lot harder to be hopeful that he's coming back
sasha is working hard in the infirmary, using what she can to try and alleviate people's wounds, it doesn't matter that she sometimes stares out the window while putting the bandages on, as if what's out there is more important than what's in here because it seems to be working
