For a student, having good memory can make a huge difference. It helps in absorbing and retaining information more efficiently, performing better in exams and even boosting confidence. However considering the enormous amount of information needing to be processed and stored it is not surprising that many students fail at this task. The good news is that memory is not fixed and can be improved by practicing, patience and right strategies. There are two types of memories; short term memories and long term memories as seen in our brain.
