My own skincare routine is only a few steps long, and now that I’ve learned so much about the skin, 4 steps is what most of us benefit the most from
Hydrating Cleanser
Serum (vitamin C)
Moisturizer / Lip Balm
Sunscreen
Depending on your current skin health, more can be better but sometimes less is the best.
Additional add-on’s
Retinoid (prescribed, anything else is not stable or strong enough to truly make a difference)
Toner
Face mist
Eye cream
Spot treatment products
Face/Sheet masks
Gentle exfoliate / Lip scrub
Body Balms / Oils
Makeup remover (oil / balm based)
💎 Always apply to your entire face (lips and ears included) , less is more except for sunscreen — more is always best.
💎 Don’t forget your neck, hands and even go further down to the girls
💎 Never apply on a dirty face, and be gentle
💎 Morning and night, always. But reapply sunscreen and moisturize through the day!

The biggest lessons I have learned being in the work force...

These people are not your friends. Be kind and all, but do not share your life with these people. You can become friends, but I suggest you keep your work and personal life separate.
Do not do more then you're paid to do. Going above and beyond is only something I would suggest to do if that is your own company, if you are up for a promotion or if you do not care/mind being taken for granted. These people will see you work hard and load you with more.
Every year, ask for a raise. In most fields and countries you can and should ask for a raise (usually 10-15%) usually you won’t get your target, but close mouths don’t get fed. So have your ducks in a row, present your case and make sure to make your efforts match your paycheck, always!
Do not take on the role of boss, even when your boss has you feeling like one. Again, unless the check is matching up, stay in your lane and do not tell your coworkers what, when and how to do their job. That is for your boss to do and if they need help with that, they can add it to the contract, pay you for your time or hire an assistant.
Get in and get out. When you shift is over, leave. It is that simple, even if you love your job, having boundaries is not just for you to respect your time but for them to see you respect it - and they will in return respect it too. Those who do not will have a rude awakening when the clock strikes and you get up and start packing. I personally do not even have my notifications on when I am off of work. If they wish to contact me on my time, they can try but I rarely pick up or reply unless it is a request to take a shift due to being short staffed.
Not everybody is a shark, but you can pretend. As someone who is not a fan of getting into a very ‘masculine’ and heavy roll, I’ll do it to get the job done if that’s what’s called for — but I am a soft gentle cinnamon roll, but they don’t have to know that. You can adapt to your environment and do what you have to do before reverting back to who you are and want to be. Don’t stay in that masculine heavy energy for too long either, it’s not fun and very draining — especially for my delicate fellow cinnamon rolls 🩷
Document everything. What you do for the company (i.e anything extra that is not a part of your job directly or anything with large impacts) . E-mails of your requests of absence, vacation days etc. If you have a phone call with your boss/colleagues, e-mail them that same day and thank them for the phone call, and give a short resume of what you agreed to etc.
Do not react to weird threats. My own bosses in the past have alluded to wanting to hire more people because they are dissatisfied with the work-efforts etc. They can be dissatisfied as much as they would like and hire how many they want. They usually do not take this step due to the lack of competent workers, but stull do not slack so much you give them enough excuses to fire you. But still, do not start picking up the slack simply because their other employees/they cannot keep up with demands.
You always have options, so if you are not happy then leave. I think many forget that we got this job and we can get a new one again. For some it may take longer then for others, but there is no rewards for struggling so please get out if it starts affecting your mental, spiritual or physical health. But also know that most work environments mimic each other, so see where the benefits are best, and what is worth the occasional headaches. Not everybody will find a job they love the first few tries, so aim for what you like/can tolerate with enough benefits/good pay that you have the freedome to spend your free time doing what you love. Work to live, never live to work

and instead, start to...
forgive yourself
treat yourself how you want to be treated
respect your boundaries
listen to your intuition
take care of your body & mind
focus on your journey, goals and aspirations
find hobbies that calm your mind
do things rather then just say you want to do them
do things for yourself with yourself
trust your strength and believe you are capable
practicing gratitude and forgiveness
taking advice from those who are walking the walk
be around those who you wish to be more like
believe that your future is bright and filled with blessings
Trust me, you will start to see how much life has to offer

If you struggle to focus when studying (especially for the girlies with attention disorders) try …
🩷 Studying in a space where you can’t be interrupted. I personally use the kitchen/dining area, when alone home — where I can sit upright, have all my rings speed out and with my phone out of reach. That could also be a library for some, in the shade outside, at secluded section of a cafe or empty classroom (if you have access to that)
🩷 Listening to Pink Noise or classical music. My brain knows when this is on, we must focus, so try not to listen to stuff you usually sing along to or use as forms of motivation for other things.
🩷 Having a study buddy, sometimes it’s best without an irl person but instead put on a video of someone on YT studying and study alongside them. This motivates me immensely during exam months etc. As they tend to be longer & have nice structures that work for me.
🩷 Get a snack — no heavy meals before, but instead once you start to loose focus to regain the nice chemicals in your brain (make sure it’s something healthy like fruits, vegs, dark chocolate etc) this is also where it’s best to get caffeine, rather then at the beginning. Never do straight carb or suger as it’ll make you slower & tired.
🩷 Don’t study more then 15-30 min at the time, and move when you take breaks (a walk around your home, go outside for a bit and inhale some fresh air etc)

After studying physiology & anatomy for my massage therapist courses — specifically mobility, I’ve learned that the best way to start sitting up straight is…
Making sure that your knees are lower then your hips, when sitting.
Building up the muscles in your back, will allow your muscles to naturally sit straight as they have the capacity to hold you. We often feel tired sitting straight naturally, as our body doesn’t have the strength to keep up with the posture we take.
Be mindful of where you sit, as some chairs aren’t made for everybody’s anatomy. If you’re tall, you may find that your knees buck up more, resulting in your back not having the right support (and your muscles aren’t engaged the same way) therefor it’s important to pick chairs that support your specific anatomy. Some may even find that sitting on their knees, on a yoga block or even cross legged is the best posture for them.
Sometimes adding things can help. Something like adding a pillow can aid in posture! And if you work at a desk, adding supports so that your sight is in line with your screen, while your hands have proper support when using your mouse & keyboard (avoid everything being flat as it can strain your wrists as exhaust your various muscles). Such supports already exists, such as pillows, laptop Stan’s, keyboards with tilt, mousepads etc.
And remember our spines are naturally curved to allow proper distribution of weight and flexibility of movement. So, it isn’t bad to ‘slouch’, the issue comes when we do it out of exhaustion or because we simply have no choice (due to the world not accommodating us all) Doing the things above, helps you naturally sit up in a way that shouldn’t strain you. It can all help to avoid early onset hip, spinal and back pains — especially if you work at a desk or spend a lot of time sat. Being able to find ways for your back to naturally take the posture it does when given the material meant for your body, can help reduce health risks down the line as we age! So, Goodluck 🧘🏾‍♀️

☾ I have been using astrology for the past 2 years to not only help my manifestations but also just better structure my months and better avoid burnouts through prioritization. ☾ The weekdays and hours all have rulers that can help point to where it is most beneficial to place our focus and efforts.

☽ The Day of the Moon - Monday ☾ This is the best day for you to take care of your emotional and mental wellbeing. Seek to get more rest, meditate, journal, avoid stressful people and situations. This is also a great time to handle lighter domestic tasks such as laundry, cooking, light cleaning and other essentials that help improve your space. Lastly, this is a great day to check in on your emotions and indulge in nostalgia. 
♂The Day of Mars - Tuesday ♂ This is a day with a higher and faster pace, so you may find yourself with more energy and bravado. You should therefore seek to move your body more, follow that ambitious energy and even allow yourself to be more bold. 
☿ The Day of Mercury - Wednesday ☿ On this day communication, creativity and coming together is made easy. This makes this an optimal day for learning, studying (especially in groups), solving problems and organizing your life/space. A day such as this is also great for further developing your ideas, answer emails and resolve conflicts
 ♃ The Day of Jupiter - Thursday ♃ A day like this is meant for expanding and exploring. So, do more research, learn something new, go on adventure and delve deeper into your spiritual or religious practice(s). On days like this, we may find ourselves having more unique and out of this world experiences that feel perfectly planned yet so random. Lastly, this is a perfect day to try your luck and trust the process
♀The Day of Venus - Friday ♀ For the day of love and beauty, you may find yourself enjoying it best by spreading love to yourself and others. Take this time to book your beauty appointments (hair, nails, teeth, waxing etc.), spoil yourself, indulge in good food, art and company. And lastly, wear your cutests most favorite clothes and treat the day like it belongs to you. 
 ♄ The Day of Saturn - Saturday ♄ This is a more serious day where the things that have been put off or need special attention should and most likely will be done. This is a day where you may find yourself being more able to hold yourself accountable, refocusing on your goals and re-establishing any structures that may have been broken throughout the /month. So on this day, take care of longer and more grueling tasks, and plan for the upcoming week. Lastly, this is also a day most seem to shine brighter at work, so take advantage of that energy.
☉ The Day Of the Sun - Sunday ☉ This is a day to spend the day focused on ourselves and enjoy the slowness of it all. If the sun is bright, sit under it and recharge. On this day, connecting with our ego can feel easier, so, journal, get your thoughts out, write down your gratitudes, wishes, wants, disappointments and remind yourself of who you are and recenter.  This is a day of choosing you first!

Mondays are for moon-thingz, so even if you can’t get off on Monday, attempt to still rest, recharge and take care of your environment. We live within a very structured world, where many of us start on Monday, so attempt to do what you can with what you have. Many joke that they  hate monday, and that may be because the energies of that day do not align with having to begin a long week of working. And oppositely, Friday is loved because it is Venus – we want to be social, seek beauty and love. With the end of the long workweek being Friday, it fulfills Venusian desires, so it tends to be a day that goes much smoother for many. We live within a very structured world, where many of us start on Monday, so attempt to do what you can with what you have. Many joke that they  hate monday, and that may be because the energies of that day do not align with having to begin a long week of working. And oppositely, Friday is loved because it is Venus – we want to be social, seek beauty and love. With the end of the long workweek being Friday, it fulfills Venusian desires, so it tends to be a day that goes much smoother for many 🌸

My biggest lesson in life has been to not be a savior. Some people do not wish to be saved, others need saving from themsleves. And lastly, who am I to interfere in the order of things simply because I cannot stand to witness.
So I have learned to accept things as they are and mind mine. And if it is too bad, I remove myself entirely. It is easier said then done, but the reward is inner peace and acceptance of where others are in their life regardless of my personal opinion(s)

My best advice for what to do after a breakup, wether it’s with a friend or a significant other, is to grieve. Grieve the loss, even if it didn’t last long. Take your time to reflect, process everything that happened, feel your feelings. Heal before you stumble back into the world seeking distractions, replications or replacements.

I did some research on sleep, and found that the best time to sleep is at 9pm and you should be waking around 5.30am. Now tell me why I just had the best sleep I’ve had in a minute? I even timed my dinner so it was an hour before bed, and added a hot-girl walk to digest + a calming shower routine? Love to see it!
Sleep is when we recover and regenerate, don’t neglect it if you can help it 🧘🏾‍♀️
