I’m trying to stay away from Lightfall until I can devote some solid time to it but I’m letting myself listen to the soundtrack in between my classes and OOMMMGGGG this is amazing! Also I can’t help but think there’s a lot of overlap between this soundtrack and a lot of the music that features in Savathûn's throne world, primarily with the focus on the vocals from the feminine voice. I’m not going to open up a conversation about it because I’m worried that that could fall into spoilers really quickly but O.O

I’m so sorry but honestly watching Lightyear and seeing everyone’s life speeding by, just living and Buzz can’t. He can’t give up this mission because he left them stranded, but nobody blames him except himself and they are moving on—and having families and mattering.

And Buzz is in the stars, hoping and hoping and hoping for a chance to fix this. And then he comes home and the one person who has always greeted him, who is his best friend, who is by his side and waiting for the moment he realizes that he doesn’t have to matter to anyone else, just to them, and she’s gone.
