My baby, @john_toxic_, took me on a fun & much needed date 💘🥰yesterday to the swan paddle boats 🚣‍♀️ 🦢 at Echo Park Lake, then to @thekindsage 🌱 for dinner & drinks! Both of us have been really cautious this whole time about covid because we’re both afraid of getting sick, but the swan boats were sterilized & far away from everyone, and while dining outside at @thekindsage, there were only 4 other patrons there, the tables were spaced far apart from each other, menus were contactless & employees wore proper PPE & dropped things very quickly at our table, so we felt comfortable. ❤️ I have been having a particularly hard time struggling with anxiety, depression, & lack of motivation bc some days it feels like, “what’s the point?” through this pandemic over the last year, because I live alone & work shifted to almost 100% from home for me. I’m super isolated, which as a social person, has been very difficult to adjust to.
