I can't wait for my next therapy appointment where I tell my therapist how I tried to be available to date beginning of March (after many years of not) and how it ended with me receiving flowers from a stranger and I have to explain to her how I cried bcuz it didnt have the name of a girl I haven't even mentioned in any of our sessions because mentioning her and how much it all broke my heart bcuz I'm stupid and honestly not the girls fault would probably overwhelm me so much to the point I'll have to ask for another raise on my antipsychotic dose bcuz if I'm being honest it really is my fault and despite me thinking I could accept anything from anyone else it actually broke my heart even more. So now my therapist is gonna be so confused as to why I didn't tell her about this girl and I'm gonna have to explain to her how stupid and delusional I am and if my therapist wanted to send me to the ward I wouldn't object at this point bcuz I know something is seriously wrong with me.
