apparently in april memberful is upping the cost of the pro plan to $50 a month which, you know, fuck that. i might have to send out an email to subscribers because giving up the coupons is one thing, but the real issue is that i made four different plans so that older subscribers could be grandfathered in and i have no fucking idea what happens when i downgrade to the free plan. either the old or the new plans are going to have to go i guess?? idk man.

#original #i debated for literal years whether it was worth even $25 a month to be able to do this #but $50? absolutely not. no question. not at all worth it.#maybe the old plans will just quietly expire and i'll have to hope that everyone who had one decides to re-up for slightly more #(i already know they won't)

stuff i never finished and why

hello and good night . i'm just gonna ramble about stuff so yeah

oh man i really loved this drawing . but it was a PAIN IN THE ASS .

i had a bunch of problems with this one . i spent an embarrassing amount of time doing the line . then after i started painting it on Ibis paint i realized that i should've done the line with a textured brush .

then the background . i really couldn't make it look nice even if i tried . i spent so long just trying stuff and searching for references but i just couldn't get it right . the colors and the lightning kept looking weird .

and just when it was looking decent , oh no the file is corrupted !!! and if i wanted it back i would have to go through a speedpaint of a drawing that took me 28 hours ( i actually tried it 😭😭 but it was taking so long and after some time the app crashed )

so , i decided to just give up . i was already fed up with it . maybe some day i'll try to redraw it or something

edit : oh wait a second . this drawing makes no sense without the background . edgar looks like that because there's supposed to be a puddle under scriabin's swing and he's trying to get edgar wet with it

i just said i loved the other one but THIS ONE . this one is SO PRETTY and i was so excited to try some new brushes and overall just finish this . excited enough to start painting edgar without even finishing scriabin's line .

i was using a small tablet my friend let me borrow . it was actually so helpful because i could draw on my phone with it !! i used to work on this when i was at school .

then i started having problems with the background . again

then my friend told me that his mom didn't agree with him giving me the tablet and that he should give it to his sister instead so i had to give it back . great . at that point i didn't feel like finishing it so

this is like a month old maybe ???? i just thought " oh this would be such a fire pfp " and after finishing the sketch i was like " alright i'll finish this tomorrow " ( i never finished it )

mostly didn't finish it because i didn't have any idea to make it look lifeless and tragic . oh well . maybe i'll try it someday i still think it's cool

this one isn't really unfinished . i just wanted to make a doodle sheet but never drew anything else so now he's just there . alone in a blank space . poor guy .

so yeah . everytime i play papa louie's games i always make the workers look like edgar and scriabin . i thought this default outfit looked pretty cool so so i had to draw it

#clemart #toontown corporate clash #ttcc #macthinker #i debated on maintagging this but whatverWHATEVER #i was drawing this and all i had a voice yelling at me in my head the entire time this is too embarassing sorry guys #if anyones curious bc i just realized not everyone deals with those things. the thing thats in macs hand is a omnipod pod #basically a little device that lasts a few days that you fill up with insulin and when attached you can control it through a meter #in other words it's the alternative to taking insulin shots but you manually have to fill it with insulin #whichis what the otherone is doing but trying to hold it like that is incredibly inconvenient #funfact about them. if you let them expire for too long they do this really high pitched annoying shrill yell that you cant turn off withou #a tiny thin needle. or taking a hammer to it. the hammer also works. speaking from personal experience #and yes if you cant tell another incredibly self indulgent drawing. like the finger prick one . WHTAEVER. no one knows where the disgraced princess of the fire nation ended up. there was never any question of her survival after the war, but talk is eerily quiet regarding zuko's sister once her escape from the asylum came and went. the efforts of his dragon's teeth, his spies which was still an odd thing to think about having, turn up nothing of import. azula had become a ghost more than anything else, her presence reduced to the still ongoing rennovations of the palace and the memories haunting the shadows of the halls. they never faded, even when the ashes of their joint destruction had long been swept away

later, much much later when his lordship dawned it's fifth year and the burden of the throne became that much heavier, zuko recieved a strange letter. it was from his uncle, that was no surprise, but wax seal was hasty, and unfurling it revealed strangely rushed characters. odd, since iroh's brush stroke was always resolute and strong, his mother always claiming it to be the writing of an earth bender rather than fire royalty. he reads his words above his overbearing desk, pushing away whatever else needed his eyes. they were measured, iroh's words, a peculiar care to them and at the bottom in post script was nothing but an address.
