For those who haven't read The Witcher, I feel the need to tell you some things...

Ciri was something around 10, I think, when she met Geralt, and was a terrible brat.

One of the first times Geralt met Ciri, he gave her a piggy back ride because she hurt her leg.

He told her a bed time story because she asked him to.

Geralt is a sarcastic bastard, especially with Ciri.

Ciri led Geralt by the hand when he had to be blindfolded while walking through Brokilon forest by the Dryads.

Ciri would cling to Geralt's thigh when she was frightened.

Geralt would cuddle Ciri so that she could fall asleep, and she would reach out to him as she slept.

There were hugs, and I think all of them were initiated by Geralt himself because he could see that Ciri was frightened or he was just very happy to see her.

'The Witcher' has officially been renewed for a fifth and final season. Netflix announced the start of production on the Liam Hemsworth-led season 4, confirming it will shoot back to back with season 5.

Thinking so many thoughts about S4 Radovid and Jaskier

My biggest worry is that in s4 there will be a moment where Jaskier learns about Radovid being upgraded (I forgot the regal term for it) to King of Redania and he comes to the conclusion that Radovid decided to become king for selfish purposes, rather that being forced/manipulated into Kingship

Also, I wonder how the confrontation between Jaskier and Geralt will go when the topic of "how did Ciri get away" comes up. I think about it a lot actually and I'm gonna write a crusty draft on how I imagine it could go down.

During their trek to find Ciri, guilt will inevitably overtake Jaskier and he will apologize for letting her slip away - but I don't think Geralt will be mad, I think his first instinct will be to comfort Jaskier

Geralt will say something like "I don't blame you Jaskier. Whether you were by her side all night or not, she would've found a way to slip away no matter what" (Jaskier: she is a clever girl)

Theyll laugh but then Geralt will ask

Geralt: but that begs the question, what where you doing

For some reason I like to imagine that Geralt asks this in a way where he implies he knows what happened, or has at least an idea of what happened. But I don't think that's possible according to how S3 went?? Idk maybe something something witcher senses and?? girl idk

But anyway he asks and Jask freezes up, my man definitely got caught and he admits to shed-fucking the prince now king of Redania. And I like to think they make the joke of

Geralt: you fucked the king??

Jaskier: HE WASNT KING YET ONLY,,, the prince

Idk what the conversation looks like after that. Maybe Geralt asks something like "do you like him, do you love him?" And Jask gets very flustered and dodges all the way around an answer

Jaskier finally has space to talk about what happened and worth through how he really feels. Augh idk

I'd love for wet blanket Radovid to pull the wool over Philippa and Dijkstra's eyes and have them continue to think him pathetic and exploitable while he's secretly working to help Jaskier and his found family.

Day after day, Philippa makes him sign off decrees that earn him the stern title. Meanwhile, behind her back, Radovid is moving pieces about to undo the damage of said decrees.

Imagine Dijkstra catches him in the act but Radovid gives his best puppy dog eyes and convinces him that he's trying to do something silly for his boyfriend.

And Dijkstra knows helping him will annoy Philippa, and he's still pissed she didn't talk to him before offing Vizimir, so he goes along with it.

Radovid ends up being manipulative but he's doing it for the sake of Jaskier, to one day be with him when all this is over.

Right???? It really makes me wonder why we never got anything like that before. I've read some rumors that Henry Cavill was horrible to have on set and made his female costars uncomfortable so that's why we never got any bts footage but idk what to believe.

Also Anya looked more comfortable interacting with Liam here than she ever had with Henry Cavill... And I just found out that Henry dated a 19yo in his 30s...

The more I learn the more in support of Liam!Geralt I am. Can't wait for s4!!!!

So apparently this is how season 4 might explain the switch from Henry Cavill to Liam Hemsworth, according to Redanian Intelligence, at least:

By basically doing a possible time jump and having people remember Geralt's face differently.

Now I'm not saying this is a great opportunity to make Jaskier look like his season 1 self again but... This is a a great opportunity for it actually...i mean if everyone remembers stuff differently who's to say they don't imagine him looking like... *can't finish sentence as i get thrown into a ditch*
