As a resident of Deep East Texas, I need no introduction into the style of Cajun cooking and cuisine. From an early age, the average Texan will be introduced to Cajun cuisine through a crawfish boil. Its been a while since I updated this little project but heres the dealio. I got "mysteriously" sick for the last 2 months and it kinda halted my work on getting this thing physically printed.
