it's about jmart landing in another world and jon ends up someone and gets transported to a hospital and martin ends up in the woods, anyway after jon gets discharged one of the doctor who took care of him makes a post about his oddities (missing ribs, scars, etc) and jon find it and respond basically saying "hi that's me can you guys help me find my boyfriend martin" and links an email and people end up thinking it's an ARG and it goes viral and eventually reaches martin where he messages jon and they reunite

Hello! I’m desperately looking for a fic but I can’t find it anywhere, it takes place after mag 200 and Jon lives in a cottage in Scotland (I think) and he basically gives therapy to a lot of avatars. After a year of being a shoulder to cry on for confused and distraught former Avatars, Jon leads a moderately happy life. He has a flourishing garden, a cat, and some company. All of that comes crashing around his ears (or his head) when a familiar face shows up to his cabin, demanding answers.

This was supposed to be a sweet piece of jon comforting martin through lonely avatar things but it just looks like he's helping martin through a bad high and I can't unsee it
