Lydia Morrow has come out with my dream cardigan! It has optional bust and hip shaping, as well as a crop version, with button band or icord closure options. As with all her patterns, there is also a sliding pay scale to make it accessible for all who wish to knit it.
Lydia works really hard to make sure she’s putting out patterns that prioritize fat people—not just fat afab! Her husband tries on all her designs and they’re made so one can have a little, a lot, or no bust room. The project language reflects that, and it is described neutrally.
If you’d like to support her work without even buying anything, follow the ravelry link to the project to help it trend!
If ravelry is inaccessible for you, the pattern is available on her website as well.

I have finished the colourwork for my greek pottery inspired cardigan! Next step is gentle blocking, then into steeking, and finally finishing of the edges and button band. The pattern is Greek Amphora Cardi and this is the same cardigan that the Roomba tried to eat back in the fall.
Bonus image of all my floats. I am very happy with how it has been turning out. Took ages to sew in all the ends on the sleeves. Very glad I decided on the second sleeve to leave the longer floats between motifs and save on ends to weave in.

Project 9/? for 2023!
In honor of the Barbie movie, I made an entire sweater 😅 (and also saw the movie with my beloved friends this evening- no spoilers, but highly recommend. I laughed, I cried, I Experienced Emotions; 10/10).
Pattern is the Be Thankful Cardigan by Lily Kate France (and the second time I’ve made this pattern!)
The skirt is from @mayakern and is absolutely perfect imho!! ✨💖

my sister saw my finished ingrid sweater and wants one too and I don't often knit full on garments for other ppl because getting the fit right is stressful but it's such a fun and relatively quick knit I might just do it for her bday

My Field Day Cardigan is fully cast off! It just needs a good block and the ends woven in. I am hoping my friend can carve me some cool wooden buttons... if not I am going to have to search Etsy for some.

Second sleeve done! Now to take a break after I weave in all the ends. After that it is time to either do the collar extension or steeking.

You can't convince me James doesn't know how to knit/crochet. He just does, Euphemia taught him and it helps him relax when he gets in his head because he gets something to do with his hands and he makes all sorts of shit
