anyone know how to resolve this issue with my surface Pro 8? keeps displaying this error message on startup.

#goodbye tax refund i hardly knew ye #i got the 10th gen cause a) it came in hot pink to match my ipod #and b) i could get it and the pencil and applecare for the same price as a basic ipad pro lmao #i will be trying procreate just cause i have to but i think csp works on ipad as well #i've heard good things about the apple pencil #i really love the surface pen so it will have competition #genuinely i really love the surface #this little dude has been trucking along for like 8 years perfectly well #the pen works so well and i've never had to change the tip only changed the batt once in all this time #so apple you better bring the heat #personal

ive started looking into potentially replacing my good ol 2016 surface pro 4...... ive put so much money into my desktop setup in the past couple years and now it’s like Oops! Now I Want A Nice Portable Device Too. and do i NEED it? do i need all this expensive tech? idk!!!!! maybe i don’t. but on the other hand, now would be a good time for me to spend money on expensive stuff, while i have a job & am still living w my parents & might move out soon (it’ll be harder to justify these purchases after i move out! my budget will be much tighter!!!)

and really im just looking at myself like How Did I Get Here. how did i become the guy with a gaming pc and 2 monitors and big display tablet and yeti mic and bose headphones and 2in1 tablet/laptop and even a goddamn smartwatch. hello
