saw the Mareep plush tweets, got an idea, put too much effort into it. :D

they probably don't actually wear their respective masks to bed, but like hell I was gonna draw their uncovered faces. I tried and I am Not Good At human faces, so as the artist I made the decision to cover 'em up.

Wasabi is a huge bed-hog and absolutely takes advantage of Videre treating him like a giant cat. when he's a manageable size, it's a different story. when he's this big? it can be a little bit of a problem.

Ghost Dragon 😁

I do love translucent plastic minis - painted this up using a mix of contrast and technical paints. Only using the solid paints on the eyes, teeth, claws and base.

This is about 15cm tall and ready for a band of unfortunate adventurers to encounter 😈

Will-dragon,a couple of doubts that I have:

-I don't know what you mean by "dragging to the world of the living", in my version the reason for his return was by accident, for which Link would feel guilty, but they calm him down and tell him that it's not his fault, besides I like the idea that like Zelda, they try to reach Link (If you would explain to me what you mean I would appreciate it).

-After thinking about it, I think I decided not to include the network, because it would add a lot of people to the story and I have barely started writing.

-I like to think that he retains some of his dragon form because he would have to deal with some body dysphoria (as well as being considered non-binary, due to his transformation, because we don't know exactly if dragons have sex).

- I also plan to do, if you allow me, a series of stories and one-shots as an epilogue or spin-off of the main story.

Of course. In the original ask you mentioned something about retiring Rauru, Sonia, and Mineru back. Since they are Spirits you would need to ‘bring them back to the world is the living’

When the light dragon gets restored to Zelda, Link, Sonia, and Rauru are using the recall ability to reverse her transformation. Considering Zelda had time magic it would probably be the same trick to reverse dragon Link.

Now you could say that the recall also effected Sonia, Mineru, and Rauru. But they don’t have any physical body to recall, it’s their spirits. And yes to write around that and have that moment return all three to a physical form.

Or

You could have Link do it with Spirit ability. I mentioned in the original ask how Link giving Zelda a spirit ability might work. Not only allowing her to see the spirits around her and ask for help but also to have them join her on the quest. I was thinking in terms of game mechanics. I think players could have a great time walking around collecting a small army and then going to fight a lynel. Again the spirits dissipate after one or two good hits but I think it would be a fun mechanic. It would also foreshadow how Link has been able to return Spirits to their caporal forms, like the champions.

If you want to bring Rauru, Sonia and Minure back. After Link is restored he can uses the Spirit ability (it needs a name) on them and return them to caporal. Or ‘the land of the living’

I might have misunderstood the question.

I am going to assume the ‘network’ is the chain? Ya it’s a lot to do both ideas in one story. That’s why I keep them separate. In Spirit dragon you’ve got Link, Zelda, the champions, the old Sages, the new Sages, Rauru, Mineru, Sonia, and Ganondorf to write. That’s a lot of characters to get right and give development and growth. As someone’s who’s written a fanfic with over 14 characters who all got mini arcs it is a beast of a task to pull off. So I keep the chain in a different au.

As far as the dragon autonomy goes. I love the idea. I would read it in a heart beat. I love your plan and execution of the idea. If I were to write it I probably wouldn’t add it for the same reason I wouldn’t add the chain. There’s already so much going on that I don’t think I would give the idea the time it needed. If you want to go for absolutely go for it!

A two for one post today.

Dragon posts for Smaugust.

The Maple Leaf Drake is a small to medium sized woodland dragon that populates temperate forests across the globe. Their unique body morphology allows them to hide, almost seamlessly, amongst vast maple forests. This physiological adaptation also extends to seasonal color changes throughout the year. They will live their lives hidden amongst the leaves, using their long proboscis bill to pierce through the bark of Maple Trees to extract the sweet sap, which makes up the majority of it’s diet.

Incredibly skittish, the Fearful Precious Red Coral Drake lives it’s life hidden amongst Red Coral. It’s long proboscis-like mouth snatching up small unsuspecting pray.
