yeah i had pit in toronto last year which was my first time having pit for a concert (i also went to lollapalooza in 22 with ga so like in a way second time w pit (btw lolla is not for the weak yall)) which was insane idk i was close to the side barricade which was nice (esp when they walked past for swagger omfg theyre so beautiful up close) and was maybe like 10th ish row?? idk there was some moving around and cramped for pit so i couldnt rlly tell
PLUS i had platform heels (first time wearing them) which hurt like HELL after but worth it bc im pretty short too

what do actors do?
actors will be voicing a character! they'll do singing, spoken lines, maybe a little bit of ensemble, the whole works
what will be expected of me/are there age limits to audition/i have a ___ voice can i still audition for ___? (+ some other info)

jeremy auditions will open may 29th and all other characters will open the LATEST june 10th, with or without conducting videos! all auditions will close july 10th

if i didnt specify in the auditions info post, then nope! you can pick whatever part you think is best

you can just pause for a bit when another character is speaking/theres a song, or have someone read the lines with you (ik some people are doing that). you can also do multiple scenes if you want, as long as the whole thing is around a minute! over or under wont matter, again as long as its not too dramatic
will there be understudies?
hopefully! for more popular characters like christine and michael there definitely will be, but for less popular ones like jake or chloe i will either do callbacks, pull from the list of people okay with being cast as them (like i said above) or just not have understudies at all. the understudies will also act as the voice of that characters squip, for example for rich during the squip song, and in the play. if there arent understudies ill have one of the squip voices step in

glad you asked the squip will have 2 or 3 voices for the "roboty effect" (so yall squip auditioners have a bigger chance lmao) im not sure if i will have a "main" squip actor and then "backup voices", or if i will have multiple mains, because of different portrayal and stuff but we'll get there when we get there
EDIT: we got there and decided there will be one actor for the squip, and the understudy/voice of character's squip idea is on the backburner as of now!

[accepting the sleepy posting] tfa made the bold decision (it made several. in service of being a Good Cartoon. and not just. Good TF) to not super explain MUCH lore lore. techincally speaking its in the future. so all that other shit happened. except no it didnt it wouldnt make any sense if that was true. unless we keep making the same guys i guess. which. IT MADE the decision NOT to overly explain the goals of the factions. BUT showed things that HAPPENED. namely. oh my god so much autobot, post winning the 'great war' governance thats just like. OH! wow! yall suck FOR REAL! 1 of our main characters has ptsd about it. others, directions of their lives changed by it. including. one being ARRESTED. FOR DRAFT DODGING. guess theres no. um conscientious objection (he got called a PEACENIK).
so in comparsion we know like. BUBKIS about what the badguys want. well. power. ruling the planet. and um their obviously fine with. Murder. tho okay are the good guy government NOT? hmm? but also like. oh u wanna take over the planet with the government that sucks. so bad. and has actively harmed our mains. no yeah. thats. terrible. and its a lack of hmm. suggested governence ideals. not a lot of ideological goals pitched that arent just 'everyone will listen to ME'
But ASIDE from the aesthetic of obsolute cartoon evil they also gave megs the aesthetic of. not revolutionary. but hes playing the game. their phrase is transformer and RISE UP. which neat and tidy, their mostly flying types not driving types. but regardless. Fucks Severly. absolute class act. roll out. where? to drinks? the store? RISE UP. its got connotation dont it.

so and like i guess the show would slow [ish] to build to. our guys address the wrongs of their goverment? Wednesday- Netflix Show Review (spoilers duh)
Alright, i watched the show. Did i like it? Eh!! Will i still participate in fandom? Yes!
Show rating: 3 stars??
Right off the bat you can tell the only good actor in this show is the main character. Jenna Ortega 100% did this role amazingly, and was my second favorite character (first being Thing ofc). Everyone elses acting ranged from mid to just straight up not good? Not to mention like jesus the cast either looks 12 or late 20s, is this highschool, middle school or college?? And dont get me started on the MAIN MALE LEADS ACTING??? Tyler played by Hunter Doohan, deadass sounds like a shitty anime dub protagonist. And by GOD did that get on my nerves. I will say either the acting is better or more tolerable by the end of the season but thats most likely due to the fact the screen time mainly shifts onto the main character Wednesday. Which im fine with.
I love Wednesday, i love her so much. She is so autistic coded, just like me for real. Jennas portrayal is amazing. Line delivery, body language, everything down to the tea for amazing it was.
The writing...... yeah the writing..... yeah no..... Its not great, it feels like they only focused on making Wednesdays lines good and give 0 shits about anyone else. Some moments are great i wont lie, but alot of the writing comes off as???? Eh??? And the actors definitely didnt help carry the writing. Maybe with a different cast, it wouldn't have been so hard to watch.
The show starts off with a very strong pallet of "how do you do, fellow kids?" and honestly has one of the worse hooks ive ever seen. Social media being shoved down are throats and a couple of ad placements throughout the first episode, i was expecting a full on "HEY BUY THE LATEST IPHONE, EAT SOME DORITOS AND SHOP AT OLD NAVY" type of ads like the Addison Rae movie. Like oooooooooooof, thankfully they tone that down, but its still very obvious in some scenes.

Shows like this always make me feel weird where they have "outcast" "normie" type stuff. And yeah it was.... ?????? Man idk lmao. This show did alot of stereotypes and ???? stuff?? throughout it, that was honestly very weird? Like for example Enid isnt able to transform into a werewolf, and her mom wants to send her to.... wait for it.... CONVERSION THERAPY??? Are we serious??? And its like this long awkward scene that felt like a coming out scene of her turning down conversion therapy, and her mom storming out and her dad saying how proud he is and he will always support her....... like deadasss???? AND THEN!!! SHE ENDS UP "WOLFING OUT" AT THE END ANYWAYS????? So like are you serious??? They dealt with it like it was a coming out thing and it was a puberty thing and alsoa disability, so that was icky!!!
A HUGE ICK IS IN THE ENDING???? We find out what a hyde is and all of a sudden Wednesday finds out that Tylers mom, oh my god, was a HYDE!!! So she confronts him and let me just quote this scene for yall"
Wednesday: "Her postpartum depression triggered her condition"
Tyler: "My mom has severe bipolar disorder."
Wednesday: "We both now thats a lie..... She was a Hyde"
LIKE DID WE REALLY???? DID WE REALY JUST COMPARE A SEVERE MOOD DISORDER TO A CREATURE???? IN THE SHOW A HYDE IS DESCRIBED AND "UNLEASHED" By this:
"artists by nature, but equally vindictive in temperament.” He wrote: “Born of mutation, the Hyde lays dormant until unleashed by a traumatic event or unlocked through chemical inducement or hypnosis."
Like???? what we arent going to do is compare an already severely stigmatized disorder to a literal monster. That is so fucked up??? On so many levels????
There were a couple good moments in the show, and i did really like watching the friendship between Enid and Wednesday blossom. Any scene with Thing was good and also the scenes with Eugene were pretty adorable. I do enjoy the way she does investigate and the mystery aspect is semi solid. Her visions are also portrayed very well and i like them. The fight scenes i would say are pretty well choreographed.
Wednesday has alot of autistic / neurodivergent traits, along with alot of the other characters and that is very fun to watch. Because omg me? Very relatable! Does put the whole "outcast" "normie" thing in a weird perspective tho huh?
Anways would i watch it again? No
Will i watch the second season? Yeah probably!!
Do I recommend it? EH??? If you can get through the first two episode and look past the cringey/ unbearable acting, then yeah go ahead. Its only 8 episodes, i finished it in a day, so if you just want the show in the background or youre bored sure. Again there are some captivating scenes but honestly none that are very hooking to me.
Anyways thats my review !!!

I know you like her but just give me this, if they WERE “flirty like that” wouldn’t we be seeing the same thing coming from Colby? Looks like hes not like that with her at all UNLESS hes face shit drunk. In which case hes like that with everyone. He acts nowhere near the same with her as he does with Amber you can not say he does, he’s goofy with Stas and i have never heard him make an innuendo around her sober but with Amber and even Shea he had no problem doing so.
Yes it is their problem to figure out my thing is that i notice no matter how many asks about it you get you are hard set on “no its not happening because I dont see it”, thats why you keep getting so many asks about the same thing, because you dismiss it. Notice how the Shea asks stopped once you and other blogs noticed what she was up to? And this isnt about having to agree with everything but if you are going to continue making comments like “i never saw it” “this never happened” then of course you’re going to get people who come back with “HOW did you not see it??? Its right there”. Not bashing you just saying thats why people keep pointing out more stuff on her and you keep denying and going around it its not like theyre pointing out so you in particular do something about it, they are venting and adding to what they see because you keep saying you dont see it. And yes posting the same thing after someone does it all the time is weird.

look, i can agree that her relationship with colby isn't the same as him with any other girl, apart from maybe shea. i don't pretend to not see what yall are pointing out. i can see that sometimes she does things that seem to be egging on the fans, or the shippers. i don't deny that. i think her and shea are similar in that way, somewhat. shea just went way over the line, imo.
but a lot of the stuff yall see, i honest to god don't. and i don't mean that as me pretending not to see it, i mean you guys will say "look at the comments she's made, look at the comments she's liked, look at what she's liked on twitter/insta". i've gone thru her twitter likes multiple times, and every time, i don't see anything outright related to her and colby. i saw one thing today, that was technically from a month or two ago. but if she's liked all this stuff, then she must unlike it by the time i go to look, bc legitimately i don't physically see it.
my main issue is that some of you guys make it seem as if there is some deep motive behind every. single. thing. she. posts. whether it's her posting a tweet, liking one, liking a comment, posting a tiktok, posting a insta pic, a story, a snapchat, whatever, yall immediately make it seem like there is something deeper going on when in reality she's probably just posting bc she wanted to, and that's it. it's probably as simple as that. there isn't some master plan behind every move she makes so that eventually everyone in the fandom will be shipping her and colby. at least i don't believe there is. and if you do, cool. that's great. we're just not in the same boat and that's fine.
the only reason i argue back with some of these asks is bc, again, the motive aspect. some of you guys have a picture in your heads of what she's doing and you're expecting me to be on the same page, when i'm not. which is why i disagree. has she done some questionable things? sure. i can agree to that. has she done some things that egg on shippers? again, i can agree to that.
but if it was a problem with colby, it's up to him to solve it. bc in the end all we're doing is speculating anyway. we don't know the whole picture. neither one of us are 100% right. that's all i'm getting at.

yall wanna know about the epic gamer horrendous fail i just had to deal with?
so im heading to third hour, right? and i am in a bit of a hurry because i feel like my period is about to start so i want to get to the bathroom bfor class starts to check
and i was correct
but not only did i leave all my stuff in my class before heading to the bathroom, i didnt have any pads and the last time i tried to use toilet paper i had to throw my pants out and i am wearing one of mt favorite pairs of pants i will be DAMNED if these end up in the trash
for a couple minutes i was just like 'okay whatever ill just stay on the toilet for the rest of the period and ask my mom to bring me some pads' but there are three big problems with that. 1, in my third hour we are painting pots and i have been looking forward to that for weeks fuck if im missisng that, 2, i was not about to sit ona toilet for 2 hours, and 3, my phone was at 1%,
so after about ten-fifteen minutes, i wadded up some toilet paper as best i could and went to ask my teacher for a pass to the nurses to get a pad. there was a problem though, the nurses office is pretty far from my third hour, and by pretty far, i mean in a seperate building across the street, so my make shift tp pad would have to hold for a bit longer than most. so i headed across the street to get to the main building and pulled on the door only for it to stay still.
it was locked.
okay thats fine this door is always locked ill just wave down somebody in the hall! i looked through the window and there was fucking no one. i did not want to wait any longer than i had to so i had to circle around this giant fucking building to go in the door on the other side which is always unlocked.
i got into the building and into the nurses office without any problems and headed back to the building where my 3rd hour is. i went up to the side door of the building and opened it. or at least tried to because this door, for some reason, which is always open, was locked. okay well there is a doorbell i can just ring that. the problem with that idea is that people ring the doorbell all the time when its unlocked so no one ever goes to open it. there wasnt any harm in trying so i rang it but after a few seconds i looked in through the window and saw no one.
at this point i was tired of waiting on anything so i decided to go in through the garage of the building. unfortunately, we are having a big plant sale in there right now so we cant exactly keep the door to somewhere with a bunch of expensive and easily sestroyed plants unlocked. i tried the door regardless but it didnt budge. so i circled fully to the other side of the building and found an open door and finally was able to get back in. it was smooth sailing from there but god what a trip

So I'm gonna say MY OPINIONS on this games dlc. The dlc was actually good it made up for what the main game lacked and that's seeing Jin struggling internally with the fucked up shit he has to do as a "samurai". I wish they didn't make dlc for that to be the case but whatever. The story of the dlc felt way to short tho I think I finished in like 8hrs . Yeah ik it's dlc but I didn't expect to fight the eagle so soon. Also the characters from the dlc were the most interesting characters from the entire game and I don't think that should be a statement lol but I'm bein so serious
I loved Yuna and Taka but they killed Taka for the dumbest reason(I'm not mad sad I'm genuinely mad the story is so clique and kinda stupid) but Yuna just becomes a possible love interest for Jin after her brother dies, and that's kinda it her arc is "finished". The 2 samurai ppl were pissing me off Lady Masako was cool but I was so confused how SHE WANTED TO FIGHT US BUT NOT ISHIKAWA. The way he talked about Tomoe im so surprised he didn't shoot on sight ... and then everyone of them just leaves b/c "samurai" or idk when something fucked up happens u gotta leave?
Tomoe was the only interesting character that was funny and intriguing everyone else had a very VERY strict formulaic archetype and it was just boring. Also the dialogue with Tomoe didn't put me to sleep. Tenzo was a baddie and Fune was cool wish there was more from her. But dlc was cool. Still say this game a 6/10 b/c it's really repetitive half the dialogue I didn't need to listen to b/c it's just "investigate" "kill mongols" "survey for no fucking reason" kill mongols... if there's gonna be a sequel hopefully they make the story make sense and PLEASE DONT MAKE A DAMN NEAR IMMORTAL MC THATS JUST THE DOWN RIGHT BORING . JIN GETS LITERAL POISON THROWN IN HIS EYES BUT IS JUST FINE AFTER PRESSING THE DOWN ARROW ON THE DPAD ARE U serious .ALSO THE KHAN IN THE MAIN STORY IS JUST A IDIOT IDC HES DUMB. ALSSSSOOO THE GAME HAD FINISHED TELLING ME YEAH JIN UR SO ATRONG AND THEN MAKES ME FALL INTO A TRAP AND GET KNOCKED OUT BY A LITERAL FUCKING STICKKKKK ARE U SERIOUS..... YALL CANT BE SERIOUS WITH THIS STORY TELLING BRUHHH.
Oh yeah and Jin gets poisoned again but Yuna somehow saves him they never mention here's an antidote I made, nothing it's just he wakes up woozy and then fine 2 seconds later cause he's the main character oml. And yeah this game was so mid it's fine if u like it but don't start crying just cause I don't agree that the shit is a 10/10 cause I'd say u are corny asf and or u have no class if u think this game is a 10/10 but whatever some ppl like boring ass shit and that's ok too. Don't act like it's far from criticism tho cause I will criticize

the entire reason tart started adventuring was to be a hero, the biggest damn hero if possible, bc heroes don't get forgotten and cast aside. but there is a downside to this: the bigger you are, the less of a person you become to other people. youre not you anymore but Something Else. that something is free for other people to define, and suddenly it doesnt matter to them if you stand with good, if its convenient to them then youre evil now. people can just say you murdered the sultana for power and, well, of course thats true. but then. the good side applies this too? of course youd fight for them, youre the hero! and isnt it better to be assumed to be on the good guys side? theyre your friends, too. but this sure has stopped being about you, and instead about The Hero, huh?
thats kinda how tart feels during stormblood i think. not that this is what the expansion is about!! but like she just doesnt belong there idk. shes got her reasons to fight the empire ofc but like.. the fight isnt about her. and it rly feels like shes just there to fight for the other characters thanks to the writing around duties.. i dont hate it ftr but like by the time we fight lakshmi its like whew the wol is rly just here for yalls convenience lol
not saying this makes stormblood bad btw my wol does nawwwt need to be the main character when theres imperialism to be defeated. This Is About Post Colonialism People. i get stormblood dw. and like i wouldve just dealt w my wol being sidelined... if it wasnt for zenos
because for all that tart has ceased to be a person before a hero to the world, the same doesnt apply to zenos. no shes not a person to him either, but "fellow warrior" is close enough.
tart genuinely likes zenos. knowing that he recognizes something in her thats the same as him, that rly lit a fire tart hasnt felt in a while. theyre very close matches: if anyone can survive zenos, its tart, if anyone can kill tart, its zenos. theyre equals! man it feels good to have an equal. when it feels like even your friends are using you, its nice to have something that feels real.
except its not. because its worse! tart isnt a person to zenos. shes not the hero either. "fellow warrior" doesnt mean friend. it means "a source of dopamine".
shinryu is such a betrayal. its not about them fighting as warriors anymore. zenos is a dragon now. and like, fuck, at this point tart the hero cant even be faced by a person anymore, its gotta be a dragon. youve moved so far from being a human!! she could shrug off thordans "what the fuck are you" accusation last expansion, but not anymore!! if even zenos has to become a dragon to fight her then tart is for real some kind of abomination of nature.
when zenos kills himself that is it. theres no chance for tart to go back being human now. its painfully clear already. thats why she cuts contact w the world afterwards. being a hero is the only thing that exists for you. dont bother trying to be a person when youre not one anymore
