In general, though, a lot of it is less "this singular panel proves it" and more the way he consistently treats girls and women. Steph is the best example. She starts exactly where Tim started before fanboying himself into Batman's confidence. She is a teenager with limited training who wants to do good. Tim treats it as if it's ridiculous that she should be a superhero, and he continuously tries to dissuade her from it and acts like she does not belong. It takes a very long time for Tim to stop being condescending to Steph.

Robin #41

Like. This is not at the way start of his series. This is after she's been spoiler and he's been Robin for a bit. I'm p sure he only changes his tune on Steph once they start dating. Later on, in Nicieza's run, even after Steph has been a vigilante for over 150 comic issues worth of time, Tim acts as if Steph has an imperative to obey him and to stop being Spoiler (link)... and ofc he focuses a lot on whether the female characters were listening to him. This continues into Red Robin IIRC where he tells Steph he should not see her in her Spoiler outfit again. He continuously acts as he has authority over her for ???? reasons? He fanboyed his way into Bruce's confidence and she didn't?

Anyway Tim in general just does not respect women. Like. Here we have him dragging away his high school GF b/c she isn't listening to him when he was appearing like a bad boyfriend due to robin shenanigans (instead of, you know, being treated like a bad boyfriend for this 9_9) (link)

Tim also is judgmental in general (which is a trait I feel works well for his character, and I enjoyed the writer who was most interested in treating it as an intentional flaw rather than something they were writing accidentally), and this extends ofc to this weird instance (link) where it's incredibly important the reader know if he finds some lady hot... that said, I think this is one of the only instances of him judging someone as "hot or not" for the most part it's the type of judgment he gives to Steph or Zo, where "obviously you're not as competent as me or capable of making your own decisions or doing the stuff I do."

I would say I don't recommend getting into arguments about him if you haven't read the comics you're arguing about, though, because there are people with different interpretations of these scenes. Many people like to separate the "Tim is likely sexist because the author is sexist* so it shouldn't be counted" as most of these writers, except Lewis (writer of the judgmental bit and many early 100s Robin comics) don't treat it as a flaw or as something he should be wrong for. It'd be best to come to your own opinion about it, rather than assuming you'd agree with me :P

*which is fine, you know, as long as you extend this to female characters who are written badly because the author is sexist and characters who aren't your fave in general. You'd also have to re-write characters who react to his sexism in ways that would be irrational if the sexism was removed.

“How was your swim?” Julie asked when you were back on dry land.

“Fantastic,” you said, putting a lot of unnecessary emphasis on the word. Sy chuckled as he put his arm around you and pulled you into his side. He kissed your head. You always liked it when he did that: it reminded you of how big he was. Not that you needed any reminders of that, but they were welcome, anyway.

Jules and Pat had taken the liberty to start making dinner – which was nice, because your adventure in the lake had made you hungry. You sat next to Sy, who kept every hand he could spare on you at all times. Apparently, both of you mourned the loss of the incredible intimacy from before. Every part of you burned with desire to be that close to him again, but you couldn’t. Luckily, Jules and Patrick weren’t too great at keeping their hands to themselves, either. As the sun set, you were able to forgive each other the occasional moment – even if they were filled with just a bit too much of the kind of touching that was strictly inappropriate in the presence of others.

“Sy, this is…” You had never seen that many stars in your entire life. Not in one night, anyway. You had been here, laying on the ground, nestled against Sy’s body, for nearly an  hour – or so you assumed. A quick peek at your phone confirmed your feeling.

“Amazing, right?” He pulled you close to his side.

“I could stay here like this forever,” you said, barely paying attention to what was happening around you. The sky looked absolutely magical.

“Me too,” Sy said very softly as he turned on his side, “but you have to come with me in a few minutes.” He sounded serious. You peeled your eyes away from the sparkling tapestry above your heads.

“No, I want to look at the stars with you.” You almost sounded like a little kid, but you didn’t care. It was way too pretty; you couldn’t leave!

“I have that deal with Pat, remember,” he whispered even lower, “I can explain tomorrow.” He turned back on his back, and the two of you enjoyed the last few minutes of stargazing. Sy got up way too soon, and he hauled you to your feet. You started to protest, but he put a hand over your mouth and asked you to trust him.

“Alright, we’re done for the day,” Sy said as he slowly started to walk back to the tents. You followed him, paying close attention to where you put your feet. It was still a big mystery to you why you had to go so early, but you trusted Sy.

Getting into the tent was a hassle. Somehow, even with your height – or lack thereof – it was impossible to not stumble over your feet, and after that over every single one of your limbs. Somehow.

“Sugar, keep it down,” Sy said. He chuckled softly. Somehow, your six-foot-tall boyfriend managed to put on pajamas without tripping over anything, and got into bed without injuring either of you. You changed as quickly as could be considered safe, and crawled in next to Sy. He was warm, as always, which was a good thing, because you only now realized that it had actually been quite chilly, lying on the ground outside, gazing up at the sky for almost an hour. Sy wrapped his arms around you and pulled you close. It was weird, being in bed with him like this – and by that you meant: not naked. Apparently Sy thought so too; His hand slipped underneath your sweater within a minute of lying down, and grabbed hold of your boob. He hummed when you laughed, clearly asking a question.

“Sy, why do you always do that?” you said as you tried to get your smile under control.

He mumbled a non-answer against your neck, where his face was buried: “Sugar, just let me hold ‘em, wouldya?”

“I’m not saying you can’t, I’m just asking why you do it,” you laughed.

“They’re pretty, ‘n soft, ‘n mine,” he mumbled before he yawned. ‘Mine’… The word bounced through your head. The past three months – mostly the past six weeks – had taught you that Sy could be possessive at times. You didn’t always like it, like that time he flew off the handle in public at some guy who was just looking at you, but in bed he owned you and there was nothing you could – or wanted to – do about it. Sy’s breath was hot in your neck and his body made you feel warm and comfortable as you started to drift to sleep.

Suddenly, you heard a high-pitched noise. Shrieking? Screaming? Was that Jules? Your eyes were open and you were wide awake again. Had something bad happened? Sy’s lips pulled into a smile against the skin of your neck, and his lips lightly touched you for a soft kiss.

“’s nothin’, darlin’,” he whispered, his voice thick with drowsiness. Nothing? How the hell could he possibly know that? You would have gotten up to go and take a look, but Sy was holding you tight, and his grip only became tighter. Part of you prepared to yell, but that seemed like a bad idea if there was potentially a crazy axe murderer or something outside. Okay, maybe a crazy axe murderer would have caused a bit more noise than one single shrieking sound, but still.

“T’morrow, Sugar,” Sy was seconds from drifting away, but that wouldn’t mean you’d be able to get out of his grip easily… You calmed down a bit when you heard Pat and Jules return to the tents, laughing.

“Shh, they’re asleep,” you heard Pat whisper. It was true for Sy; he seemed to be out. You, however, suffered through every second of what happened next. There was absolutely no way they couldn’t fuck quieter. No way. If you had managed this afternoon with Sy, then Jules should have no problems with Patrick. Alright that was a little mean to Pat, he was cute, too. But he was no Sy, so could Jules shut it, maybe? You opened your mouth to say something when they got even louder to the point where it wasn’t just bad etiquette, but plain motherfucking rude, but to your surprise Sy put a hand over your mouth.

“It’s just one night, Sugar,” he said to you. You huffed and pulled the sleeping bag you were sharing higher so you could cover your ears, but you couldn’t sleep until they were finally done.

“Lara, wake up! Get up! Now!” Excuse you? Who the hell did Jules think she was? She was lucky it was already getting pretty hot in the tent, because if this had been a house, you would have stayed in bed until deep into the afternoon! She kept you up all night with the most disgusting sex noises ever, and now she had the audacity to summon you out of bed? Hell no! Never in your life had you gotten up so quickly. Someone needed to tell this girl she was way out of line, and that someone was going to be you, goddammit!

“Jules!” you yelled angrily as you pulled the zipper of the tent up, “what the fuck is wrong with y-“ You didn’t get a chance to finish your sentence, because as soon as you were outside and had put yourself into a normal upright position, you were faced with Julie. On her face was the biggest smile ever, and she was holding her hand up.

“Are- What?” You grabbed her hand. “Are you serious?” When your eyes shot up to meet hers, you were pretty sure there were tears in them. It didn’t matter: from the looks of it, Jules was on the verge of crying, too.

“Yep. You’re looking at the future Mrs. Julie Dawson!” Alright, there was a slight possibility that last night could be forgiven.

“Jules… Oh my god! Congratulations!” You hugged Jules, and the two of you stood there for a while. When you finally let each other go, you saw Sy and Pat standing to the side. You hadn’t even heard Sy come out of the tent… He congratulated Jules on her engagement – really, just thinking that was a trip on its own – and you smiled at him.

“Oh, Lara?” You turned around to face Jules again. “Maid of honor, yes?” Was she… Really? You? Yeah, ok, that was that; you were crying – and last night could be considered forgotten. After a while, the hugging was done, the tears were dried and you were getting hungry. Sy announced he was going for a walk just as you were about to ask Jules about breakfast. There was something in his voice you couldn’t quite put your finger on.

“What was up with Sy?” you asked Jules after Patrick had left you both to go after Sy.

“I think he’s a little bit jealous,” Jules said softly, and somehow you believed her immediately. “He was already the last of his family to get married, and now the last of his closest cousins… I mean, Pat has a younger brother, but he’s sixteen right now.”

“Wait, but he’s the eldest, right?” You were a little surprised that all of his younger siblings were married.

“Yep, his youngest sister is twenty. And she’s been married for two years. Two kids.” Jules looked at you and laughed as your mouth fell open. Married at eighteen? Two kids at twenty? No thank you! I mean, not that you weren’t already a long way past that point, but still.

“Does Sy want kids?” you asked quietly after a while. There was no reason to keep your voice down, but the question felt too important to ask point-blank.

“Girl, he never mentioned that? Three months and he never… God, Sy, what are you doing?” Jules shook her head. “Do you want kids?”

“I mean, I never really thought about it much…” That was true. “It was always very much a ‘not yet’ kind of thing.” Also true. “I guess I could see it happening with him…” Big fat lie. There was nothing – absolutely nothing – ‘guess I could see it happening’ about this. Your ovaries practically exploded if you so much as dared to think about having Sy’s baby. In a few years, though, when you were ready.

Mission: Yozakura Family Ch1 - 200

wowie that was.. a lot better than I expected. honestly went in not expecting much, and after having just caught up to jujutsu from 1 to current I wasn't expecting yozakura to be so good since jujutsu is so much more popular but, hot take: I think it's way better like sheesh. I talked about it on my server but the only I thing I think jujutsu has over yozakura is the battles, otherwise it's beat in every category. I like the art a lot more, even from ch1 yozakura had waaaaay better paneling than even current jujutsu. and the whole cast is a lot more likeable. like from jujutsu I cared about gojo, nanami, maki and okkotsu. in yozakura we get cooldown chaps were the different family members do their own stuff and interact with each other which helps you get to know them more and in doing so liking them more, while still using these chaps to move the plot along so the pacing isn't too slow (outside of that little side detour with the past heads that got cut short prob by the editor but yknow)

anyway rambling and just repeating what I already said in the server but TL;DR it's good, glad to be caught up, and looking forward to it wrapping up in the near future since we're close to the final arc

Witch Enforcer Ch1

I started this mostly on a whim cause the art is good (artist's on here too btw @ camellia0x0) but I was pleasantly surprised. there was nothing surprising about the story but it was delivered well and the art was solid through the whole chap (tho the paneling is very basic but I'll give them a pass since it's their first serialization [only some one shots before]) and the concept of a witch making and using mechs is fun. looking forward to seeing this artist's growth as a mangaka, hopefully the series doesn't get axed too early

OH GOD HARDEST QUESTION YOU COULD'VE ASKED. i am notoriously indecisive and there is not a single skip in this whole tracklist BUT ALAS. I WILL TRY

ummm um um uh. i'm gonna have mercy on myself and make it a tie. i'm allowing myself a tie

nerdy prudes must die - i love a good villain song. the reveal of max's new costume/makeup (STUNNING btw, especially considering how stressful it must be do to makeup whilst a show is actively going on - doing a costume change between acts is nerve-wracking enough), will branner's endless charisma and stage presence (literally devastated he's new to starkid bc i need more of him NOW), and his and jon matteson's fucking gorgeous vocals... both the chorus and the "who will pray for me?" section are CONSTANTLY looping in my head. absolutely 500% deserving of title track status.

as cool as i think i am + reprise / if i loved you - i'm counting all 3 of these as one bc i honestly can't decide between them, and i love them all for the same reasons. acaitia is such a well-done establishing song for peter's worldview - both his perception of himself (and how that shifts and skews more positive as he psychs himself up) and his perception of steph (the "smarter than she thinks she is" line always gets me - he thinks so highly of her and is so respectful of her even this early on when they're still bickering, and it sets the foundations for how strong their relationship ends up becoming). it's also just really nice to have a nerd character as a protagonist who has some confidence and, whilst steph liking him certainly helps with that, his sense of self-worth isn't inherently tied to her, it's inherently tied to himself and how he lets himself exist (he's as cool as he thinks he is - if he allows himself to think he's cool, then he's cool - which also has an interesting sort of parallel to max's sue sylvester "you are what i say you are" philosophy). then of course the reprise is absolutely devastating (i have absolutely no shame in saying i was openly sobbing) and serves as such a good example of how things have changed throughout the story, especially in terms of his sense of identity and relationship with steph. then ofc if i loved you is just... SUCH a fun song about their dynamic, and how they both clearly adore each other but aren't willing to admit that until forced. "not saying what we mean, except we literally are, just backwards" is one of my fav kinds of song (also - it reminds me a bit of i could do without you from calamity jane, if that's anything).

the summoning - villain song, horrifically catchy, and the lords in black having their moment. the distorted background vocals, the childish way the lords present themselves contrasted with the heaviness of their song and the darkness of their lyrics ("stephanie has got a gun, tra-la-la-la, how fun!" - they're DELIGHTING in their suffering)... it's just really fuckin good. i also don't super mind the dialogue interrupting it since it's part of the pacing, and the lords breaking into song in the middle of a serious discussion feels very on brand for them

honourary mentions include literal monster (for similar reasons to as cool as i think i am, but for max's character instead - also, again, villain song) and hatchet town (i ADORE hatchetfield's ensemble-heavy songs, and i think this one sorta encapsulates the whole vibe of the series). i also have soft spots for dirty girl and go go nighthawks, but that's in more of a "this is REALLY fun" way than a "i have deep opinions abt these songs" way. obviously just for once is also devastating and a beautiful song that serves as a great demonstration of lauren lopez's skills but i'm trying not to say "every single song, actually"

I'm gonna talk about Blair, Serena, Dan, Nate, Vanessa, Rufus, and Lily here, but if there's anyone else you're curious about lmk

(and none of my feelings about the characters are black and white! I do find Chuck Fun To Hate and Jenny and Eric both have moments I pretend not to see. I just have my favorites and least favorite)

Blair

my relationship with Blair is the most complicated. the short answer is that the way she's venerated by fans has really soured me on her. like I'd like her more if everyone else liked her less yk

the longer answer is that I get why people love her. she had this amazing potential to grow as the show went on. I get the urge to pretend her character development stuck and she had a happy ending with Dan (I imagine I'll come back to that when I get there in the rewatch)

but season 6 went back on her character growth and had her go back to being classist and entitled and end up with chuck and I'm not going to pretend that's not canon

and like... ofc I don't think she deserved to end up with chuck (as you said my hatred of him is documented and I do think he'd be a shitty husband post series.) but I do think she deserves some consequences for her actions I'm not going to erase them to give her some happy ending the other characters have a right to be mad at her (this isn't just jenny she was a bitch to everyone at some point but they write it off bc "it's Blair that's how she is" like newsflash bestie we're all insecure most of us aren't terrible people about it)

Serena

I like Serena!! I do!! Blake Lively is charming and charismatic!!!! but she's maybe the worst about the whole Never Learning Never Growing thing most of the characters do which does get on my nerves a bit on a personal level. but more than anything it makes me not that interested in watching 121 episodes about her

I tend to be more interested in characters I can sink my teeth into (which is why I love Jenny's development and hate blair's character regression) but gossip girl is such a plot driven show that doesn't give characters time to feel things (and doesn't think about how they would feel at all.) and I think of all the leads Serena maybe gets that the worst bc there's a lot of things she should be feeling but it's like she doesn't get to (idk if that's a writing thing or a Blake Lively's acting thing (or a combination)) but it makes me not really care. especially bc iirc she'll be less involved in the main plotlines as the show goes on (which is also true for Nate)

Dan

Dan I always find myself becoming less fond of as the series goes on. I didn't find him annoying at the outset the way I know some people do. he's a good big brother and a good match for Serena getting her out of her ues bubble a bit. but the show goes on and he falls in love with Blair less than a year after she banished his sister (and never brings that up to her)

I've never gotten to the point of hating him but in the second to last episode he calls chuck "the best man I've ever known" (he raped your sister!!!!) and I get close

making Dan gossip girl was so bizarre and nonsensical that I'm just gonna say #gaslightgatekeepgirlboss those rich kids deserved it and move on bc I cant examine it seriously or we'll be here all day

Nate

Nate I mostly wish had been fleshed out more. in the early seasons he goes through a lot of really serious shit but his legacy is that the writers didn't know what to do with him after like season 2 so he just dated everyone.

for the most part I like him I just wish he'd gotten more depth in the later seasons

and I say "for the most part" bc he's got this unfortunate habit of looking the other way about how chuck treats women-until it's a woman he cares about. he has this line when he's fighting with chuck in s1 that's like "did you get what you wanted like you did with all those other girls" which makes it sound like he knows Chuck's a rapist and !!!!!!!!!

but that's unfortunately very common behavior in teenage boys. other than that I really do like Nate!!! I like that he looks out for his friends and doesn't send tips to gossip girl!!! I like that in season 1 he tries to write Blair an apology letter and in season 2 he writes a letter to Jenny I think that's really sweet!!!!! Nate's my boy and I wanna give him a hug (and make him stop being friends with that guy)

Vanessa

in canon, Vanessa has these little throwaway details about living with her sister and making socially powerful documentaries and being really well liked at NYU that we just never explore ??? even a little??????? I love Vanessa and she had her dark moments but they were forgivable (and not nearly as bad as anyone else's)

I mostly wish she had been a character in a different show I think is the best way to put it. like I wanna know about her family and her documentaries and her travels!!! but that's not Rich Kids Doing Drama

I was listening to Jessica Szohr's podcast and she said that at a certain point it felt silly that Vanessa kept talking about hating the rich kids but was still always on the upper east side and I think she's right. Vanessa should've been fleshed out more in canon (which maybe would've given her a reason to be in the neighborhood) but also Vanessa should've been the focus of her own show

Rufus

he's not the father of the year that's for sure

in the pilot Jenny says he "makes us go to private school" and I think that theme of attending Constance St Jude's for your education holds true but he doesn't seem to understand the reality of that?? there's this theme early on that "Dan doesn't have friends so why does Jenny need them" which 1. Rufus should be more concerned that his son has no friends!!!! and 2. Dan and Jenny are different people and I really can't fault a teenage girl for wanting to be popular or caring about her reputation

most of the time when I'm watching the show he doesn't get on my nerves in the moment. but then I think about it and I decide he's not a great parent and he needs to get better at actually listening to his children

Lily

she serves cunt it's a shame she traumatized her children

I'm being glib but also I'm not really. I like watching her!! I like that she went from groupie to socialite!!!! she's fun and I have a good time with her. and then I think a little harder about her kids and this post from @vanderwoodlings says it better than I could so I'll leave you with it

Ok so there's a FANTASTIC post here about where to start if you're not sure where to. In my humble opinion, this post on Reddit is also super helpful- because, unfortunately, transformers comes with 800 continuities like Marvel- and ofc that's gonna happen to a 30-year-old franchise, so it's confusing. but in THAT CASE, if you're confused, youtuber Chris McFeely has an entire series called Transformers: The Basics which has short, easily digestible videos on certain continuities, characters, and plot devices while remaining fairly spoiler free- obviously, there are gonna be spoilers, but for the most part they're pretty spoiler free and help establish certain lore things if you're confused! Though hopefully you won't need it too much based on what I'm giving you here, cause I know getting into a series and instantly having to do homework just sucks

Whats fun about the TF cartoons is that for the most part, each one is in their own continuity, so any prior knowledge isn't really required because they do end up telling you how the rules of the world works. For fun awesome Starscream content in particular for COMICS, he plays a HUGE role in the IDW comics- IDW 1 in particular has some choice screamer moments, those comics start with More Than Meets The Eye #1 and Lost Light #1.

If you don't want to give all your time and energy to a comic, there's also cartoons! Transformers Animated is a 2007 cartoon made by the ben 10 and teen titans crew, it moves like ass but its writing is undeniably solid. Starscream is voiced by tom kenny and he's an absolute DELIGHT i love him. Transformers Prime is the grim, edgy reboot made in 2010- and I haven't seen this one yet so I can't fully recommend it, but this is the one that the fandom has latched onto the most from what I've seen. Transformers (1984) is fantastic if you're looking to giggle and are into the weird memes, like 80% of the starscream being a weirdo compilation videos are from this.

Luckily most- if not all- the cartoons have their own comic tie ins if you're still starved for content for that particular run!

If you Can stomach early 90's television CGI, cause I know that's a giant turn off for some, I recommend Beast Wars with my whole damn chest- it's my favorite, the writing is just hands down fantastic, its smaller cast means you get some serious development, and its a great place to start and understand the context behind the new Rise of the Beasts movie!

A really GREAT CGI series that just came out that also lacks the starscream content is Transformers Earthspark!! Its definitely got a kids show vibe to it (mostly in how lessons are handled and conveyed to the audience) but its got a lot of fun, more family-oriented moments for older audiences to enjoy, and really interesting lore implications for older tf fans as well (Like genuinely how they're handling Megatron and Optimus is so fascinating to me I could go on a tangent about how good they are as foils here) the fight scenes are incredible, the representation is so good, and I think Robby and Mo are the least annoying TF kid characters, I would die for them. Downside, it's only streaming on paramount plus rn.

8. common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about

I don't see eye to eye with the Bleach fandom on... most things. I think they focus on the wrong aspects, and mischaracterize most of the characters as a whole. But the one that really gets me and I see the most of is just.... Ichigo in general. Like 90% of the fandom does not understand Ichigo well and it's honestly a little painful. Like!!!! Ichigo is one of my favorite shounen protagonists, actually I think he is my favorite of the older shounen protagonists (tied with Edward Elric anyways) but no one gets him. I see him wildly mischaracterized in one of two ways. The first being making him way more of a "stereotypical hero" than he actually is. Like, ofc, Ichigo does namely fight for others, but he has stated several times that he really doesn't give a fuck about most people, and just wants to protect those he cares about (the issue, is it takes very little for him to actually start caring about a person enough for him to want to protect them) but he doesn't enjoy the "knight in shining armor" stuff or playing hero. Really, he just wants to get left the fuck alone by everyone so he can live his life. He's not an overzealous, positive savior. But... on the other side of things, he's not an antihero either, which tends to be the other way people view him. They view him as far more jaded and negative and uncaring than he actually is. He does want people safe, and he will fight for them, even if he bitches about it along the way. It's finding that sweet spot in the middle and for some reason, most people just??? Don't do that? I dunno. Also see a lot of people claim he cares about his human life or Shinigami stuff way more than one or the other, which also isn't true. He wouldn't completely leave behind one for the other (and I mean, you'd think the arc where he loses his powers would clue more people into that but, evidently not?). For some reason, people can only see Ichigo in extremes that don't tend to work for his character, which I think is very lame and misses the point of him

(Though to be fair... Kubo kind of does it at times himself)

9. worst part of canon

There are so, so many parts of Bleach canon to choose from regarding this. So many times Kubo dropped the ball or just bad/weird writing choices, but ultimately, I have to go with completely abandoning the theme of impending change that was hinted at very early in the series. The fact that nothing about the Shinigami changed at the end of the series, and the only difference being that Shunsui was now the head captain and a few of the other captains and lieutenants had changed? Awful. So many times throughout the series, Soul Society was shown to be just as bad as Hueco Mundo (and so much of it was systematic that Aizen twisted to his advantage, they weren't necessarily things directly caused by Aizen). In fact, one could even argue that Soul Society was worse than Hueco Mundo and the Hollows because their transgressions were 1. deliberate and calculated, and 2. wrapped up and hidden behind the scenes while they touted being "good." As a protagonist (both personality-wise, and the potential symbolism with him being Shinigami, Hollow, Quincy, and human) Ichigo could have been meant to bring about/inspire a complete reform and reset of the way Soul Society functioned. But.... No. Nothing changed after the Winter War when Aizen was defeated, and nothing changed after the Thousand Year Blood War when Yhwach was defeated (actually, TWBY and Yhwach I feel only solidified how "right" the Shinigami were for the Quincy genocide which I... hated). Anyways, this is very rambly, but basically! The series fully acknowledged how shitty Soul Society was at times, but actually did nothing to challenge it, and then doubled back on itself to pretend there was actually nothing wrong with it. There was nothing wrong with the genocides, nothing wrong with the human experimentation, nothing wrong with the way the Rukon Districts were handled, etc etc. It's so, so unsatisfying, and does a disservice to the vast majority of the main cast, as it genuinely feels out of character for them to go on and uphold the status quo. Least favorite part of canon by far

18. it's absolutely criminal that the fandom has been sleeping on...

YORUICHI!!!!?????????? Which like, okay, she's a fan favorite, but no one focuses on the right parts of her (again... tbf, Kubo didn't exactly either). She's chalked up to Urahara's badass sexy side kick but Yoruichi has so many fascinating aspects that are literally never fucking discussed? She is Shinigami royalty, but not once does anyone talk about the potential political ramifications of her turning traitor with Urahara? She was the captain of the stealth force, but despite that... doesn't fight with a zanpakuto. That's... significant, but it's never discussed? Beyond making a few jokes about Soi Fon being a lesbian, no one really talks about the more nuanced side of their relationship either. And, again again again, I get that these aren't things Kubo ever focused on either or completely left out, but to me, when I think about Yoruichi, they're the first things I want to talk about, but then the fandom literally just wants to use her for sex jokes, cat girl jokes, etc etc. and I simply do not get it. She's so cool? Can we talk about the actual cool aspects???? I get it, she's hot, but like... HER POLITICAL IMPORTANCE AND ACTUAL FIGHTING ABILITIES?????

22. your favorite part of canon that everyone else ignores

I mean, the female characters in general. (Again, the pattern of Kubo never capitalizing on them to the fullest extent but also if the fandom can spend so much time making shit up about that wet rat Byakuya, you could focus on someone actually interesting instead). But the main three being Unohana and everything with her being the first Kenpachi, both the implications of that, and her character development of becoming a healer. Also Harribel becoming the Hueco Mundo ruler (and like, I love Grimmjow myself, but his die hard fans are really annoying and like to pretend Harribel couldn't kick his ass? As if he'd let anyone rule that place other than him unless they could kick his ass? She definitely beat him to all hell at least once and I'm mad I didn't get to see it. Also mad that she immediately got nerfed by the Quincies in TWBY, I still argue that makes little sense but whatever I'm getting off topic). Literally everything with Nelliel, like her entire story line is so interesting but does anyone ever talk about it? Fucking no. It's so lame

- Sophie having character development (power up) but still failings like we know and love her for

- sanji being sanji and Sophie's reaction to him

- Sophie gearing up and shooting while he monologues with SEAWATER WHAT A GENIUS also the built up to it being just between his ramblings was beautiful! so casual done! badass! phenomenal!!

- Sophie hating Luffy for not saving Ace... her resenting him and not the opposite... gosh that just hurt and shocked me. also Luffy being Luffy saying sth line friendship punch LOL

- also how u made this moment so heart-wrenching but also funny so we could a break between our sobs and then continue bawling

-perfect ending, her just saying he got uglier lol it cracked me up

BUT SO MUCH MORE ROBIN AND SOPHIE TEAM UP, HER CRASHING THE SHOWDOWN FIGHT, LAW AND HER, SOPHIE AND NAMI TWINSIE POWER !!!

i can't wait to see what u have in store for us, and what shenigans she will do with the straw hats, like being the straight man but also insane, pretending to be an Adult™ and Mature ™, just to ask if they are open to human experimentation the next breath (them being the subject ofc)

Okay let's start form the beginning, read it - the first official sketchbook, I started it in early October 2021. It's called "1/6"

And that's how the cover looks like. This one isn't a brand sketchbook idk just a simple notebook with white pages.

(I think the rose - on the cover - was for my Maths teacher for the Teacher's Day, it was definitely drawn at school. I adore her so much, she made this subject my freaking passion when I was in the primary school. I still like Math so much but.. in high school... well I have different teacher and the subject itself is harder here. It kinda sucks. It was the only thing I enjoyed in school and now, now nothing is fun about this hell.)

Sooo~ that was drawn at my Polish classes (and yes I'm from Poland uwu). Since we finished all exercises the teacher told us to draw the iconic manor from our school lecture called "Pan Tadeusz" by A. Mickiewicz (it may sound strange for some of my fellows but I actually DO like this writer's work. Idk I always understood his poetry etc. wth is wrong with people). And well, my Polish teacher knew about my hobby and appreciated my TaLeNt so she liked it as always. Also, on some auction (it was for charity) she bought my another painting (inspired by this lecture too) and I made it a month later than this above. You can see it here.

Right up here (as you can see cause it's written) an outfit (Seulgi's) from the Music Video "Monster" by Irene and Seulgi from Red Velvet. I used to have a little obsession with Red Velvet' music back in October 2021 (I still love them 💗) like "Psycho", "Peek-a-boo" and ofc "Monster". Such a Halloween vibe. 🎃

This one is a sketch of an outfit that I used for my mom's portrait (she has birthday in October also). Please ignore the title on the picture ʕ⁠ノ⁠•⁠ᴥ⁠•⁠ʔ⁠ノ⁠ ⁠︵⁠ ⁠┻⁠━⁠┻. I was never good at English but as I had written some days ago that thanks to my 10 h per week of this language now I'm a master compared to me in the past 💥. This dress was inspired by Pinterest ofc.

So, the last one are a.. fanarts?? that I've made while thinking of some movie idea and the characters above were inspired by Red Velvet members. These girls are sth like ghosts idk, they were supposed to be main (hidden) antagonists in my "imaginary" scenario. It was meant to be an horror movie inspired by "Peek-a-boo" Music Video and the cannibals motive. Could've be good actually..

Personal recap Internationaux de France 2021 - Men

As always this is completely personal - bias included - and anything about scoring is always against the judges not the skaters. And you can like it or not I am mainly doing this for me and my memory anyway. Also not talking about everyone...

I was at Internationaux de France live in the arena. My 2nd GP event this season live attending and I just really love to be back in a rink.

Congratulations to Yuma, Shun and Jason! 🎉

I go by result order reversed:

Kevin Aymoz - Not gonna talk about the SP, it was just awful to watch. I am so glad he had a redemption skate. He was so full of emotions and so happy about the good performance. 😍 He doesn't have his difficulty back yet, but he is on the right trajectory. I wonder who they will chose to compete at Europeans with Kevin not in top form and Adam Saio Him Fa getting okay results this season? Both aren't too convincing...(shame that France only has one spot for Europeans but two for Olympics and Worlds)

Adam Siao Him Fa has two of the best programs this season. Exciting and a crowd pleaser. He has a unique style. He may not be elegant or anything like this, but he is interesting to watch. 100% in the performance and he is fast and crazy. Star Wars and Daft Punk and he makes it work. 😍😍😍

Actually Andrei Mozalev had the best free skate of the men. Well done! 👏 👏 👏 He was clean. He has effortless jumps and nice running edge on most of them. It was a shame that his SP completely unraveled, because otherwise he would have made the podium here. He isn't the biggest performer and has some weird music choices (especially in the past) but he is working with the music and for me he is one of the interesting guys in the Russian men team. His PCS seemed to be a bit low compared to the others, but he skated quite early and we all know that this is reflected in the scoring (even when it should not be). I mean I wouldn't give him sky high PCS but he was no worse than Shun imo.

Keegan Messing - Keegan being typically Keegan. A messy free skate, an ok SP. He can score higher, but some things always not work. I really like to watch him though. He has the charme to make his programs work on it alone. His choreo sequence is always a crowd pleaser - what a nice hydroblade! Keegan showing off his baby on screen is super adorable! 😍

Dmitri Aliev - much much much better than in Italy. He isn't back in form. I love his SP music - Child of Light videogame has wonderful music! I really like what he does for the SP! He chose the easier layouts but in his current state that's probably better anyway. His free skate had some lovely highlights like the knee slide into his 3F. This stuck out to me a lot.

Deniss Vasiljews - He was my personal highlight in both the SP and the FS! ❤️ The emotions he shows, the way he performs with his whole body.❤️❤️❤️ He had the best GP series of his life and the best placements too! His jumps are impressive, yes he does only triples but he has nice spring and height and also nice delayed rotation. If now you could only land your 4S then I would be completely happy! 😅

Jason Brown - I was really looking forward to see Jason live as he was one of the skaters I never got the chance to see. I am not a big Jason Brown fan and seeing him live didn't change this, but admittedly he has interesting choreography, he sells his music like no other, he is the performer others skaters's scores say they would be. He has two of the best choreographed programs this season. I really liked his Schindler's list program. He probably has the most complex SP of the season (but ofc he doesn't jump quads and yes it's not part of PCS but I mean a quad needs much more preparation than a triple and you can see that when Jason tries for quads or even the 3A, he also doesn't have much complicated moves before a 3A or quad). His triples do look effortless and I see why he gets good GOEs for his jumps I just still feel like he is often scored with more leniency for wrong edge on the 3Lz or wonky landings than others. It's just not true that all skaters could gain same GOEs if they would jump triples. Tell me what you want but the reputation and federation do play part in the scoring of Jason. (I think it wasn't as bad as it sometimes is here though) Seeing him live I really do get the appeal of Jason and why he has many fans, I cannot even pinpoint the reason I am not his fan, maybe his skating just doesn't touch me as much of those of other skaters. Sometimes it's not about skill, but only about preferences it seems🤷‍♀️ I do really like Jason as a person though. I always like to read his interviews and he really is super sweet, so I really wish I would have liked his skating just as much. 😅

Shun Sato - I am really happy for his silver medal! He had beautiful costumes. I like his SP better than the FS. What is up with Shun Sato's edge calls? In the SP his Lutz got the call of unclear edge, in the free skate it were his Flips??? So does he have unclear edges on both or is this just a way to minimize his TES? 🤔

It's really unfortunate that Japan has such a high level in men skating. With three Olympic medal contenders (Yuzu, Shoma and Yuma) he has it extra hard to make a case for himself. In any other country he would be a clear shoe-in for the Olympics, in Team Japan his chances aren't as high as the above mentioned.

Yuma Kagiyama - It was my 2nd time seeing him live in a row this season and my opinion on him didn't really change. I think Yuma is cute and he is indeed very good. He has good flow and smooth skating and very impressive jumps. Just I cannot see the performance level his PCS claim that he has. He is not much of a performer. The music does the trick not his performance. Especially in the free skate he is not communicating to the crowd at all. Even his cleanish free skate in Italy didn't leave much impression on me. Here in Grenoble he did have a much better SP, but does this warrant 45 PCS? 100 points with a step out? Just no. If Shoma got 102 points and 46 PCS for a clean SP, how can Yuma get 45 PCS? Like Shoma's SP is magical, he is the music, he has one of the best skating skills in the world, Yuma's short program says "Smile" but he only smiles when the word says so, he is rather emotionless in the rest. I am not sure that this fits him at all. It has Patrick Chan vibes but without the PChiddy Canadian charme. The free skate music is a much better choice imo, but I am also not sure how 90 PCS were in any way justified for this program? Skating skills alone doesn't make PCS. Also the 2nd half was rather messy with many mistakes, still more PCS than in Italy? I beg your pardon??? I think his win was well deserved, the scores however were not deserved at all. He may have better skating skills than Shun Sato but performance wise they have the same level, also Andrei Mozalev.

Those 3 competed against each other in juniors, there PCS for FS were as following and now IdF PCS in comparison:

Yuma: 75,94 (JGPF) 78,28 (Jwch) > 90,20 (IdF 2021)

Shun: 79,64 (JGPF) 71,14 (Jwch) > 82,22 (IdF 2021)

Andrei: 78,42 (JGPF) 78,56 (JWch) > 80,72 (IdF 2021)

So judges tell me Yuma improved drastically while the others almost get their junior components from 2 years ago??? I was at the JGPF 2019, I've seen them now again, frankly no there isn't that big of a difference...so what is the difference? Yuma won a Silver at Worlds 2021, while the others didn't compete and JSF seems to back Yuma up better than Shun. (I mean even Shoma antis say that Yuma gets bigger support than Shoma from JSF...and I mean they don't like Shoma at all and called his scores bought etc)

None of this is Yuma's fault, but I don't think it does him any favors either to score him this high. He isn't yet on this level and I am super sorry when I see lots or "fans" pouring their hatred now towards Yuma. He is a determined skater, who works hard, I don't want this to be overshadowed by "oh he's overscored" talk. Just to be clear I may not be sold on Yuma atm, but it doesn't mean I don't like him or mind him his win.

this post will be talking about all of the ghost au's ive created or co-created including talking about ghost au's from old fandom's that i am no longer in. if you want to ask about any of my au's my ask box and dm's are always open this includes the hermitcraft au but keep it to a minimum please also if any of the creator's of the characters have said that they arent comfortable with what im making ( with proof ofc) i will edit or delete what is needed to fit in the boundaries also another thing this is a long post if you just want the art go under the cut! this post will discuss how each au works and basic plot stuff about them the fandoms in this post are hermitcraft, epithet erased, and dsmp okay first things first-

my hermitcraft au (what a pity)-

On my old tumblr account I made a few posts about it along with a fanfic which never got finished due to me not wanting to interact with the fandom any more due to personal reasons and also I'm not very good at writing imo but I think I'm ready to talk about it again. Just keep in mind i will most likely not talk about this fandom ever again at least not on here again for personal preference : -) it was about season 6 Grian since he was who i was hyperfixating on at the time, being haunted by the ghosts of Sam and Taurtis, both of them from the old roleplay series' Yandere High School, and Tokyo Soul, and taurtis from Grians old-ish smp Evo. Since I never finished the fanfiction nobody but me and close friends ever got to hear the full story i had planned but now you will i guess. It was mainly just grian stressing about Sam and Taurtis being ghosts and him worrying about being crazy, though he would still join the hippies during the area 77 war he would be significantly more stressed especially when finding out that Sam and Taurtis have been possessing his body during the night, he’s more worried about Sam though because of his track record back in the other servers( yhs and ts) it was going to be that Sam (although death isn't permanent) would go on a killing spree in Grians body which would cause the area 77 guys to put him in the facility to see what's going on with him, and it didn't get further then that. My favorite part of this au much like all of my au’s were the design elements i had for it which i'll have under the cut with the other designs. Now for a rundown of how the ghost physics work in this world, in typical ghost fashion Sam and Taurtis were not able to touch or move anything, but they were able to interact with Grian, him being the only person who could see/hear/or touch them. Their only super natural abilities is being able to possess Grian.

Okay! Time for my Epithet Erased au!: Unlike what a pity this one doesn't have a name or a fanfic to go with it as said before i'm not exactly a writer but i have talked about it a bit before on this account along with posting the designs and general concept but i'll go more in depth here! As said in my original post this au was a co-creation with my best friend and sibling @brocolibean so go check bun out ^^ Unlike ‘What a Pity’ it was more lighthearted and comedy centric because it dealt with a bit more and also the original show is a comedy. This au didn't include the character’s epithets so they are all humans. This will also include talking about house each ghost died so if your uncomfortable hearing about that you might want to skip the ghosts portion Just like the original post I'll separate the story summary into 3 parts with intervals in between to talk about the ghosts. First we have the Banzai boys part of the story. Giovanni, Spike, Dark Star, Crusher, Flame Thrower, Car Crash, and Ben all decide to move into a house together so they could all easily split the rent since its close to their collage, the house, which they get for cheap, is aa very old house with sketchy history. But it's a huge house for cheap so they don't complain they encounter the ghosts very early on living in the house and they swear to figure out how they died so they can get their memory back! The ghosts, Molly, Sylvie, Trixie, and Pheonica have no memory! All they know is that there are ghosts! They are connected to the property of this house but if you where to get something- like perhaps a stone from the property the ghost is still technically attached to it therefore the ghost can go with you anywhere Speaking of- -Phoenicia Fleecity is one of the last ghosts to show herself, her body is found in the overgrown garden flowers growing over her skeleton, she is from the victorian era making her the oldest out of the ghosts though he death is the most mysterious -Molly Blindeff is the first ghost the group meets her decomposed body is found buried in the floorboards of the living room, found when gio decided that the house needed renovation and taking matters into his own hands, she died via blunt force trauma i will not be going into detail here because i'm still thinking of doing something with this au she died in the early 2000’s -Sylvester Ashling is the second ghost to show himself though he didn't want to, his body was found in the bottom of the pond in the backyard of the house in the garden. His body while it was decomposing and falling apart was still intact, bloated from drowning. Again i wont go into detail but this wasn't an accident time of death is unknown -Trixie Roughhouse is the third person to show themselves to the Banzai Blasters she is found in the bushes in the backyard her face disfigured from some sort of explosion unlike the others it seems like it was purely an accident, like sylvie their time of death is unknown Mera Salamin is the collages part time librarian nicknamed “the library witch” she started seeing her ghost after obtaining a neck bow with a blue pendant from a pawnshop she got it cause it was pretty and didn't expect a himbo to come along with it -Indus Tarbella is a ghost who is attached to the pendant and bow Mera wear it used to be his own until he was decapitated wearing it through he was properly buried he has no troublesome memories about what happened even after seeing his body he’s just happy to be with Mera Percival King is a security guard at the college and one of the best at that, she wields a story she got from a pawn shop as its her preferred weapon she takes her job very seriously -Ramsey and Zora both died by the same sword while fighting neither remember who wielded the sword, even after death they hate each other and hate being bound together even more Everyone ends up meeting and finding out they all have ghost hijinks ensue. The way ghosts work in this world is a bit strange I'll admit but it's one of my favorites. The ghosts can interact with the human world(menma style) but

they can only talk to the others who can see them (the Banzai Blasters, mera and percy) and the ghosts can interact with each other ghosts in this au attach themselves to an item or property that has someway to do with their death, the kids in the property, Indus it's the bow, and the sword duo is well, the sword Percy carries. As alluded to from before Gio and the rest of the boys end up carrying a bit of the property with them in the form of friendship bracelets four for each of them which makes 28 different bracelets so the kids can decide who to follow around for the day.i talked about how percy and Mera’s items work enough but i would like to mention that Indus does most of the heavy lifting around the library but becaus enoone else can see indus they assume she’s magical, the glowing pendant doesn't help.

The last two au’s i want to talk about are both dream smp au’s

though i've never talked about them online until now, again thanks to @brocolibean for letting me brain vomit my way through these au’s and helping me out with things i love them please check him out I'll be honest i'm so scared of this fandom so i'm afraid to talk about my au’s please be nice to me Also this is all roleplay and fiction!<3 The first one i'll talking about is the dsmp ghost hunters au Sam runs a company where groups of people hunt ghosts for money! Those groups being Phil, Technoblade, Wilbur,Tommy, Tubbo, and Ranboo Dream, George, Sapnap, Quackity, Karl Bad, ant, Skeppy, and Puffy There’s most likely more but there the only people i can think of at this moment The only canonical ghost being Schlatt This au doesn't have a proper story perse it's more about gags and stuff about the different character fighting over ghosts for money but the story stuff i do have- Sbi family dynamic is real here you can rejoice, Phil adopts Tubbo after his dad (Schlatt) kicks the bucket and fucking dies , Tubbo befriend’s Ranboo some mysterious teen who just desperately needs a job so he- and the rest of the Minecraft family help him get one- though they find out Ranboo isnt as human as he was made out to be and he finds out he’s this worlds version of angels called ender’s and he’s there to protect Tubbo and Tommy which explains why the more violent ghosts start being less violent at the arrival of Ranboo joining their team. Bad isn't human either being a demon his entire group know’s plus quackity. Quackity found out but squirting him with holy water through a water gun but don't worry he promised not to tell anyone; -) Bad and Ranboo know about each other because they see each other as their true forms The minecraft fam found out about Schlatt being a ghost through Tommy- despite Tubbo telling him not to- telling them from calling up and paying for them to investigate their own house saying “technically i didn't tell them” they ended up not getting rid of Schlatt though I'm not going to talk about how the ghosts here work because it's not super important to the plot

The second au is another ghost au where the main characters are ghosts themselves,

like the others its mainly lighthearted and comedic with dark attributes The plot surrounds the sbi family moving into a new house and Tommy finding out it's being haunted by two ghost’s. Those ghosts being Tubbo and Ranboo This au isn't fully figured out but I know that he found out he was haunted by sending a selfie to someone(possibly Drista and Purpled? Since there are only other minors who were part of the dsmp lore? But ultimately idk) and them being like “yo i didn't know you had friends” and him being like “?????” Tubbo died from a boiler exploding and Ranboo died from drowning (which are apparently my two favorite deaths) this also doesn't have an official story? It was just an excuse to make ghost designs with a bit of a story without the commitment As said before it's a sbi au but also a Dadschlatt au cuz I like Dadschlatt au’s. The main story bits i have are background stuff for Tubbo and Ranboo which ill elaborate now The house was originally meant to be just a summer home because it had a large lake in the backyard Ranboo’s family would go there often but that doesn't mean his family liked him very much because of his heterochromia, Vitiligo, and his height his family thought he was strayed from god and drowned him Tubbo died during sleep while Schlatt wasn't home either out drinking or just at work he came home to the house being partially blown up and his son nowhere to be seen he calls Puffy out of fear and she calls the cops. He moves away and most likely starts drinking a bit more. The house gets rebuilt and now the sbi live there hijinks ensue! The ghosts in this au work in a simpler manor only Tommy can see them unless a photo is taken but even then they are blurred, they can float and go through walls and their ability to touch things is limited Ranboo’s memory is worse then Tubbo’s but Tubbo’s isn’t much better.

1) How many complete fics/one shots do you have that you have not published (yet)? I post everything when I finish it.

2) How many WIPS do you have right now? 11, some of them being worked on more actively than others.

3) Do you take writing requests or write original ideas, or both? Anyone is welcome to ask me for stuff at any point. I might say no but so far I've said yes.

4) If you do take requests, how many do you currently have? Don't have any at the moment.

5) How many fandoms do you write for? Pedro Pascal characters, mostly Frankie Morales.

6) Are there any fandoms you wrote for in the past that you no longer write for? Yes, I've been writing fanfic since before I knew what it was, or before I knew what the internet was. My first fandom that I wrote for was The X-files. Only a friend of mine read those.

7) Do you write for ships, reader inserts or other? I don't think I've ever written an established ship, canon or fanon? It's mostly reader inserts and OFCs. I'm good at OFCs.

8) Niche fandoms/characters you write for? I clearly have a thing for ex military OFCs...

9) Do you read fics as well as write them? Not really, no.

10) What is your favorite genre to write for? I don't think about genres, I just write?

11) What is your favorite trope (to read/write)? I haven't really thought about tropes when writing. I only recently realized Frankie x Lady is friends to lovers? I don't know, I just write. I'm sure my writing is riddled with tropes, but I don't actively choose them?

12) What do you do to get motivated to write? If I want to write, I sit down and write, even if it's just 30 minutes and what I write is a bunch of bollocks. Writing is a lot of revision. If I don't feel like writing, I do something else.

13) Is there a trope/genre you like to read, but not write? I'd like to write something in the style of Isabel Allende, or Donna Haraway.

14) Any characters/fandoms you want to write for that are never requested? I rarely get requests so I haven't had this problem.

15) How long have you been writing fanfiction? Some 25 years, off and on.

16) Did you read fan fiction before you started writing? Nope, wrote it first. Did read a lot of fanfic earlier, though.

17) Do you only post on Tumblr, or any other sites as well? I cross post on Ao3, not everything, but almost.

18) What do you personally consider the word counts of “Drabble”, “One shots” and “fics”? Aren't there inofficial rules about this? Isn't a drabble supposed to be exactly 100 words? And I thought a "one shot" was a standalone fic that's not part of series? HAHAHA OMG I've been using the term wrong for my whole time here. That's embarrassing.

19) Which do you prefer to write more? Oh, that varies. I'm always game for more Frankie x Lady, though. It's like revisiting a familiar old threesome.

20) Are there any stories you have discontinued? If so, why? The Instructor was at a stand-still for a long time, and I didn't really feel like finishing it. I think it was because Marcus Moreno was an early PP character for me, and I fell for him, but then discovered more characters that, to be honest, were better written and also not from a cringey kids movie. But I always felt bad about not finishing it. Now I am (I hope)!

21) What is one of your main “pet-peeves” as a writer on Tumblr? Lack of reader interaction. That's one (of a few) reasons I quit my previous fandoms, so I'm no stranger to doing it again. Sure, I write because I want to, but if I wrote for myself only, I wouldn't be here posting and wanting to talk about my fics, would I?

22) Do you write at a particular time of day? Mainly morning hours. Something during work hours, because my job is hella inconsistent, so sometimes I have nothing to do for hours.

23) Do you listen to music, ambiance/noise, etc to write or do you need silence? Mostly silence. When writing Misty I listen to Kate Bush's 50 Words For Snow album.

24) Do you outline your fics at all before writing? Never! I sometimes feel I should. No, it all starts with one single scene, or maybe just a line.

25) Do you post your writing as soon as you finish it, or do you schedule it to come out at a specific time/day? I always want to post asap but I've learned that, sadly, the time of the day seems to play a very large part of how much attention fics get, so I try to schedule them for the American mornings.

Goddammit.

That's all that's running through her head as she stares at her laptop screen, feeling rather pissed with her professor's choice of assignment.  Who the hell even looks for answers in books anymore?

She sighs, knowing that for once she'll go into the library that she always passes by near her usual coffee shop.  She's not enthusiastic about actually getting up and leaving her house just to study, on a freaking weekend, so she figures having breakfast then getting it over with is the plan.  So she can at least enjoy the rest of the day with no worries.

She gets dressed in one of her favourite simple flowery dresses, a little short and cute.  She likes looking pretty, not for anyone in particular but for herself.  She loves the feeling.

Fixing up her look a little and grabbing her stuff, she slips into her sandals and leaves her apartment.

Time has passed and she has already finished up drinking coffee and relaxing at her favourite spot.  Now onto the boring part, the studying.

It's not that she is a bad student, quite the opposite actually.  Now in her last year in college, she learned that she considers herself a person with a good work ethic and motivation, but what she lacks sometimes is focus.  And maybe patience... her quick boredom can be a problem sometimes.

She enters the library now, seeing it from the inside for the first time.  She thinks it looks neat and cozy, has a good vibe to it. Not so bad.

She looks at the name of the book on her phone, getting rather confused as to where she should start searching.  Realising that she must look like a total newbie just standing there lost, she mentally thanks god as soon as she hears exactly what she needs right now.

"Hello ma'am.  Can I help you ?"

She turns around and faces probably one of the most handsome men she's ever seen. He looks friendly yet formal, fairly well dressed with some glasses adorning his beautiful face.

She stares for a few seconds in surprise, before actually getting it together and replying to him.

"Oh, well..." she looks at his name tag. Manager Kim. "Manager Kim, I'm looking for this book and I honestly didn't know where to start."

She lets out a little laugh then shows him what she wants help with.  He gives her a small smile, telling her to follow him as he leads the way.  She can't help but look at his back while she's trailing after him, thinking to herself how he even looks attractive from the back.

Oh, he has a nice ass too?!-

"Here." He cuts off her thoughts by stopping at their destination, pulling out what looks to be a similar book.

"Hmm, isn't it different?" She shows him her phone again, he chuckles then starts explaining.

"Well yes and no.  The one you have is an older version, we don't have it here but this one will do just fine."

"Oh, what are the differences? Should I just go with this one or do I need to look for the original?" She asks him with interest, also partly because she wants to make any sort of conversation.  He adjusts his glasses and starts talking, saying how it's practically the same but with better sectioning etc etc.

But she doesn't focus on what he's talking about, getting rather distracted with how he looks when he's talking like this.  The way he's explaining makes him sound so intelligent and so damn sexy, she's nodding along with whatever he's saying while biting her lip unconsciously.

"-, okay?" He checks in with her, finishing off with a polite smile.

"Yep, I'll keep that in mind." She smiles, almost in a flirtatious way. "Thanks for the help, manager Kim."

She lets the name roll off her tongue while looking directly into his eyes. Maybe he doesn't notice, or he pretends not to, as he just nods at her in a formal way and leaves.

She frowns to herself. Is he not picking up the signals? Does he not want to? Hm.

She looks down at the book in her hand now, laughing silently to herself with how things are going today. It was definitely unexpected, but she's interested.

She finishes up with her work for now, closing the book and letting out a sigh. Finally.

Her eyes roam around the place, looking for the dark haired handsome manager.  One glance at him before leaving won't hurt.  What she wasn't expecting is the sudden eye contact she makes with him, all the way from across the room.  Her face flushes a little, thinking he must've seen her looking around for him.

She decides that it might be too soon to actually make a move, but oh how she wants to.  She has never felt she wanted to talk to a strange man more in her life, but something about him is just so irresistible from the first sight.

She just throws him a smile and a small wave in acknowledgment, to which he returns it back to her before continuing his work.  Fuck, he's too damn cute.  She thinks as she picks up her stuff to leave.

Maybe she'll pass by the library way more often than she thought she would.
