taehyun had been something between a secret lover and a stranger in the past few months. over the course of your frail affiliation, you jump between thinking that the world was testing you by sending over a guy who would kiss your forehead in the comfort of your dorm room but never look you in the eye in-front of his friends; to being so overtaken by infatuation each time you see his bare skin against your sheets, the sun kissing him on places you’ve found yourself feathering over the night before.

the daydream always shatters when you wake the morning after and the only remnants of his existence within your bedroom are the stains on your bed and the warmth of his body clinging desperately onto where he slept. it’s easy for that dream to rekindle every night; because when taehyun’s at your doorstep with a huge grin on his face, you can’t help but leap into his arms.

when you feel the sun joining you in bed and instead of a phantom of his physique, you find taehyun sound asleep next to you; you can’t fall back asleep. you prop yourself on your side, cheek pressed on your hand and elbow holding your weight, admiring the rare view bestowed upon you. you think it won’t be as rare to see now that taehyun’s your boyfriend — a newly-formed title that came into fruition just yesterday. it wasn’t the most romantic way to ask, settling for a conversation on this very bed after showering together.

it went along the lines of you saying:

“i’m starting to like you a lot, taehyun.”

your back is against his chest, situated between his legs. “yeah?” you etch taehyun’s half-smile, half-smirk in your mind as he plays with your hair. it almost feels like he’s finally in the room with you, not drifting away, someplace else, when you confess. you push the thought to back of your head when you feel his chest rumble from a laugh. “have i stolen your heart yet?”

“...y/n, you thief.”

“am not!” you refute, silly smile stretching your lips, cheeks swelling from the searing affection taehyun offers. it probably burns, but you can’t resist – not when you’re usually off scraping corners of his lukewarm responses and icy texts.

“can i keep it though?” the tone of your voice is hopeful, and taehyun doesn’t have it in him to say anything but yes. he doesn’t know why he does this, is it because you’re nice? the girl you love should probably have more words under her belt than nice. but that’s what taehyun settles for.

you’re so nice that taehyun doesn’t even have to spew out the question.

“can i be your girlfriend, i mean.” you clarify, assuming the silence on his end stemmed from confusion. or that’s what you’ve convinced yourself these kind of moments were; the times where taehyun reels back in and decides you’ve seen enough of his kinder gestures for the time being.

he nods.

giddy, anxious, once again hauled into infatuation; these are the things that culminate in your chest as you watch taehyun stir.

you don’t bother to look away once his eyes flutter open, wincing at the light sneaking between your blinds. “morning, boyfriend.” his lips curve into a small smile, “morning, girlfriend.”

you sit up expectantly, wanting to start the day with all these ideas that have been blossoming since you started liking taehyun. things like making pancakes when he finally stayed long enough until the morning, or simpler ideas like struggling to leave the bed and being tugged back into his arms, “five more minutes…” tickling your nape as he nuzzles into you.

your ideas start to dwindle when taehyun’s first course of action is to pick up his phone and look through his texts. you’re left blinking, confused by the nonchalance that clouded the air in your room. you should be used to this by now. the push and pull was always what made you come back to him anyway; but in your brain, after the intimacy of last night, you had hoped that taehyun’s hot-and-cold would begin to melt.

you don’t want to think about it. giving taehyun the benefit of the doubt is always easier than having to recode your mind to admitting that you just like him a lot more than he does you. you already have a boatload of excuses piled up from all the times you had to defend your crush on him from your friends; always something about “he’s never had a serious relationship, he doesn’t know!” or “he’s just not that kind of guy, y’know..”

instead, you’re pushing yourself out of bed, and that is thankfully enough for taehyun to look up in surprise.

“want pancakes for breakfast?”

you’re sitting in the back of his friend yeonjun’s car the next time taehyun invites you outside of your stay-at-home ‘dates’.

you’re squished between two long-legged boys, soobin and kai, while beomgyu called dibs on the very back, using the excuse of “somebody needs to hold our shit from falling” as a guise for wanting to catch up on sleep. taehyun’s in front with yeonjun, chatting with a carefree smile.

that kind of smile was reserved for people you knew taehyun held no doubt for. the kind of people that taehyun’s already settled into and signed his lease. you’re a hostel in taehyun’s unknowing search for a home, you start to think.

but you’re young, and there’s plenty of time for renovations and renewals. maybe in a few months time, taehyun’s “nice” and “cute” will turn into “beautiful” and “kind-hearted.” in a few months time, you’ll be more than a place to lounge and leave; perhaps even earn his breathless laughs and sparkling eyes.

today, your destination is a barred cliff overlooking the view of your hometown. beomgyu suggested watching the sundown before spring started, ever the romantic. he’s also the reason taehyun even bothered to bring you; the invite making you audibly gasp over the phone when he called, asking just half an hour before they were set to go. taehyun always did that — made plans and canceled; only to call you a few hours later, when the sinking feeling finally set in and you were ready to push it to the backburner, saying “i’m coming over.”

you’re leaning against the side of yeonjun’s car, taehyun on the edge of the hood and the rest of the boys scattered just around the front. by the time you’ve arrived, the chill of the upcoming night was beginning to creep up.

kai picks up on how much you’re feeling the cold. your teeth are chattering, and your posture hunched into your own body, arms crossed and trying to keep yourself as warm as you could. he blinks at taehyun’s apathy. you’re right next to him, there is no way he couldn’t hear the way your teeth crash against one another, or the hisses you unconsciously spew.

“dude, y/n looks like she’s dying.” kai finally speaks up, interrupting the flow of conversation between his friends.

all five turn to look at you. you feel like you’re being watched like a wild animal at the zoo, scowling at beomgyu’s laughter. his teasing begins, taking advantage of being on taehyun’s other side, sprawled on the hood. he pokes his friend’s forearms, “yeah, tyunnie, y/n looks like she’s dying. why don’t you go warm her up?” his mischievous antics have your heartbeat picking up. you don’t know whether to thank him or jump him.

you’re anxious, for some reason; but you’re also wide-eyed and expectant. you’ve been dating taehyun for a month now and his friends have been warming up to your relationship, though you can’t get beomgyu’s words out of your head — much like now.

you recall it was at one of yeonjun’s parties.

beomgyu hovered around you and taehyun that night, tipsy for the first time in a while. the air was silent, each breath clinging onto the question that beomgyu spilled that night:

“why don’t you ever do anything.. like.. couple-y with y/n? i swear- i’ve only seen you makeout. and that was before you even started dating!”

beomgyu always seemed to know the pain points of your sluggish relationship.

taehyun rolls his eyes at beomgyu’s jabs, though his smile reflects different from the snarky glint in his eyes. you don’t know what he’ll do. will he tug at your arm and pull you over his lap, wrap his arms around you? say “i’ll keep her warm, don’t worry.” and keep you close for the rest of the evening, until the stars wake from their slumber?

your arms are wide open for anything. any semblance of affection or care, anything to make you feel like taehyun isn’t just keeping you for the sake of avoiding being the primary source of your heartbreak. sometimes, it felt like he kept tabs on you like someone who had forgotten about a game they once liked, habitually coming back but never in the same intensity. you remember how he looked at you so hungrily the first time you met. you only ever get glimpses of his twinkling eyes when he has you under him.

your boyfriend shrugs his jacket off and pushes it in your direction, barely looking at your pitiful state. this time, even beomgyu knows to hold his tongue when you both share the same look of disappointment and confusion at taehyun’s frigidity. taehyun resumes his conversation with soobin, though the latter boy awkwardly smiles at you, dimples providing some comfort.

“thanks,” you mutter, holding the jacket to your chest before slipping your arms through the sleeves. you don’t feel much warmer, even with the makeshift feeling of taehyun’s body heat radiating from the inside of his jacket, right on your bare skin.

you’re not sure if it’s the wind that’s keeping you shivering, or the awful feeling that you’ve made the wrong choice.

“why don’t we ever go on dates, taehyun?” you quiz, half-curious and half-unprepared for the answer you’re going to get. if you get to that point. but tonight, you’re determined to know.

it’s been four months since you and taehyun have started dating, and nothing much has changed from where you started. except for the fact that taehyun thinks he’s starting to get better at keeping you at bay; knowing the right words to say at the right time, being aware of your weak points and using his kisses as a way to sway your lips away from yet another important conversation.

“what do you mean, babe?” he only calls you that when he wants to shut you down. “we just had one. the movie marathon yesterday?”

“no, i mean–” your voice is stuck in your throat. taehyun often has that effect on you. at first, starstruck from seeing him at a frat party; then, when he’s pushing your head down onto the pillow as you tremble beneath him; and now, too cowardly to know how he truly feels about you, but too fed-up not knowing.

“i mean outside dates,” you explain, fingers fiddling aimlessly with each other, trying your best to keep looking at taehyun. he’s sitting across from you, on your bed, again. this godforsaken place that started the turmoil in the first place. “we never do anything planned. we don’t even go out for anniversaries or anything, tyunnie.” you hope the nickname softens the blow.

“i just like being at home with you, love.” taehyun answers gently, like he knows he’s treading on dangerous grounds right now. he doesn’t want to hurt you, and he doesn’t want you blaming him for anything that happens once you’re just another travel stamp on his life; permanently a memory.

despite his consistent nonchalance towards you, taehyun can admit to himself that not having you around would be odd. it would be inconvenient, would be the better word to describe it. your hopes of becoming more than “nice” and “cute” have transformed to something arguably worse; now, you’re “helpful” and “grounding.”

he couldn’t survive without you, but not for the passionate, romantic reasons you long for. taehyun knows this; that he loves the familiarity of you more than he likes you. he likes the heat that radiates off your body more than your body itself; the habits you’ve grown into that he’s responsible for, like the pancakes you make every sunday morning or how you’re always prepared to run to him when he needs you. he doesn’t remember you calling for him like that (though he doesn’t know if he would drop anything as fast as you had done).

“taehyun.”

“what..?”

“you don’t really mean that,” you shake your head, now unable to keep your eyes trained on him. you opt for the solid colour of your sheets.

“why are you.. doubting me?”

“because you’re never here!” your voice is strained; you try to say it in some sort of yell, but it comes out as a desperate screech. “and i mean your mind. your heart. whatever the fuck it is. your body’s here, but you’re always drifting somewhere else!”

you keep going. your mouth is spilling words like a waterfall, the most you’ve ever truthfully said in taehyun’s presence. “you don’t even like being around me. you do just enough to keep us alive, and then you half-ass it until you have to fix it again. what– what kind of relationship is this?”

“babe, wait,” taehyun’s moved from his spot now, laying his palms flat on your shoulders and trying to ease your outburst. you’re starting to sob, hiccups replacing your words. “i-i’m sorry if i made you feel that way–”

“if?” you scoff, and taehyun is taken aback. you’ve been rather docile and forgiving for most of the time taehyun has known you, only ever yelling at beomgyu that one time.

“i mean– i’m sorry that i made you feel that way, baby..” he soothes you, taking your hands and trying to get you close.

“i think we should stop here.” your words are firm in spite of the trembles underneath.

taehyun pauses. it’s the first time you’ve seen him display some sort of fear over you.

“no, no, no,” he’s desperately clutching your hands to his chest, bringing your knuckles to his lips and pressing kisses to the back of your hand. “it’s only been a few months. i’m just going through something right now, baby. i promise.”

your courage only takes you so far, because you let taehyun toy with your hands, bring his face close enough to make you fluster and cave.

he puts your intertwined hands down, a thud against your unassuming mattress. taehyun’s saving face by pressing his forehead against yours, lips hovering over one another. “i’ll make it better. i’ll be better, i swear.”

so you do. you cave.

when you feel his lips on yours, you know you’re doomed to unwrap the fabric and find you’re still bloodied; that your relationship is bound to break its fragile bones beyond repair. still, another empty kiss bandages over the scabs and wounds you’ve accumulated over the course of your ‘love’ and you make-believe that it isn’t too bad. not at all.

Eye contact fully maintained while your boyfriend talked to Heeseung. He was smiling at you while his friend was telling him about something that only he knows, because it's for sure that Jake doesn't know what he told him. "Yeah man, give me a second." he got up and walked to you. "Hi." he smiled at you and plopped down next to you, taking your hand in his. "I missed you." he leaned onto your side, placing soft kisses on your neck. "Jake, i've been here all day."

PARK SUNGHOON

"Ouch, don't hit me." he raspily said in his morning voice. You just woke up, ready to get out of bed, you tossed the blanket aside, but your arm accidentally hit sunghoons head. "Sorry, babe!" you layed back, wrapping your arm around his head and kissing it. You laughed it off, but sunghoon just cuddled to your side. "You're not often like this." you smiled and cuddled him back. "Hmmm.." he hummed and probably went back to sleep.

KIM SUNOO

"Y/n, come here!" he smiled excitedly, motioning you to come sit next to him. "I missed you! Give me a hug!" he is very straight forward, but what is embarrassing in this? "You're so cute, Sunoo!" you placed kisses all over kis face, he looked very pleased with it. "One more!" he pointed to his lips, but instead leaned in himself. He layed on top of you and gripped you tightly in his arms. "I'm not letting you go today!"

YANG JUNGWON

Jungwom hops down next to you on the couch, taking his phone in his hand. You both are focusing on what's on the screen until jungwon lays his head on your shoulder. You kissed the top of his head and went back on your phone. He took one of your hand that wasn't busy, and placed a kiss on top of it. "Do you want a hug?" you raised an eyebrow, confused at his behaviour. He's not normally this needy. "Yes actually." a with a sneaky smile he placed himself in your arm, not planning on moving away for a while. But hey, who are you to tell him no.

You're watching a movie with the boys, you sitting on the couch and niki on the floor, between your legs. He rested his head on your thigh and focused on the movie. You layed your hand on you leg and noticed niki keep pushing his head further. "What's wrong?" you asked putting your hand on top of his head. "Can you play with my hair?" he looked everywhere but at you. You just smiled and nodded. He happily turned back, focusing on the movie once again, but now with you playing with his hair.

omg i can’t get over the thought of niki basically following you like a baby duck (like a duck imprinting LMFAOOO) and its so cute 😭😭 like maybe it started in i-land, and (name) doesn’t realize it at first because niki doesn’t make it obvious. but the moment you guys debut, you see him trailing more and more after you. wherever you are, theres a 95% chance niki is already in the vicinity or going to pop up. and the other guys can’t even get mad because!!! the two of you are so cute! even when niki becomes a giant, the sight of him practically tripping over his feet to go after (name) makes everyone melt like and u know there is always edits on how cute the two are 🙏🏻

Ah, no! You've got it wrong! I'm not gathering grass like this because I'm having trouble with money!

When I got on the phone with my family, we happened to talk about how we used to eat grass a lot when I was younger.

And then I just suddenly craved that nostalgic taste so I came here to pick these up. I normally eat properly, so please don't worry that much about it~

Rinne: Oh, so that's it? You made me uncharacteristically nervous for a sec there.

Hajime: I'm sorry for making you worry.

Rinne: Nah, don't mind it. My fault for jumpin' to conclusions so fast.

In fact, those grass growin' out there are delicious too. I also used to forage for them back when I was a li'l boy so I get ya, Hajime-kun.

I even used to go to the mountains to pick up some edible wild plants.

Thanks to that, I got some basic stuff down when it comes to edible grass. This one and this one can be eaten. This one's not. This one's edible too, but it's not really good.

Hajime: Wow! You didn't miss any! You're really knowledgeable about them!

Rinne: Hehe, told ya right? This ol' me won't ever lie ♪

This one's tasty if you blanch it a little. And this one's something that only Niki could munch on.

Hajime: Huh?! Shiina-senpai can eat this? I had an upset stomach when I ate this one by mistake.

Rinne: Yeah, same here. After eating it, I felt like dyin' the next day—couldn't move at all. But that guy's all fine and dandy.

Maybe it's got somethin' that only his stomach can digest. He's the one who cooked it, after all.

Hajime: Shiina-senpai is really good with cooking, isn't he? ♪

Rinne: Yeah. That guy's real good with his hands when it comes to food. Everything he makes is delicious. When I get home, I'll have him cook for me; that's why I got a lot of stuff here with me.

Hajime: Oh, that's indeed a lot. Let's see… Cheese, ketchup… There's also salami and basil… Are you planning to make pizza?

Rinne: Spot on ♪ Niki's pizza's always bangin', y'know? I end up eating too much if I don't watch it.

the time came for you to wake up, sadly. it was saturday, the soft sunlight shined through the narrow openings of the blinds. highlighting the face of your boyfriend who was fast asleep. you kissed his forehead slightly smiling at his tall figure, looking tiny, wrapped up in the blanket you shared.

you went to wash your face, brush you teeth and change. changing into a crop top due to the scorching sun, you went to the kitchen to make breakfast. the delicious smell of bacon filled the room, until you smelled something else.

the scent was familiar, it smelled like vanilla beans mixed with strawberries? two rather sneaky arms wrapped around your waist with ease, and a familiar head of hair tickled your skin. hugging you from behind, he took in your scent.

'hi' his morning voice sending shivers down your spine. 'smells good' his lips lingered by your ear, you can feel it. 'thank you' you kissed his nose, loving the way he scrunches it under your touch.

you try your best to move with a human glued to your back. his gentle fingers graze your belly, eventually he absentmindedly draws little hearts and spirals on your exposed torso. he kisses your neck and turns to cage you to the counter

'oh, youre actually awake now? get the plates' he scoffs at your joke but listens anyway, slipping away from his embrace you serve the food. he sits across from you watching as you chew an swallow

your eyes meet his and thats enough for both of you to smile.

Ok so, idk if anyone has done this before (probably, yeah. haven’t even checked the tag. my bad) but I have a drama recommendation for y’all!

if u, like me, are a little short on time and have no spot free in your schedule for the foreseeable future (or have the attention span of a goldfish, in which case, same fam. same), then a series composed of 10, 15-minutes episodes might be the solution fit to your needs. AND, if you like women falling in love, the domesticity of routine, and food-prep videos... then oh boi I have a drama just for you!

Tsukuritai Onna to Tabetai Onna (2022), or She Loves to Cook and She Loves to Eat, follows the story of two single women getting to know one another when one of them, Nomoto, ends up making too much food for herself one evening and decides to invite her neighbor over, Kasuga. Both women have a particular relationship with food and the social expectations surrounding it, but when something feels right why not savor it fully?

apparently, it was adapted from a manga of the same title by Yuzaki Sakaomi, but I found out about that only after finishing the first episode, when I discovered the manga artist has made adorable end cards for the show that make their appearance while credits roll! so cute!

it’s not explicit, but there is a very heartfelt insight from one of the main characters about identity and self-discovery that truly gave justice to the plot in my opinion. the only content warning I feel the need to point out is centered around instances of fat-phobia and body-shaming: they are brief but handled with care and respect; there are also a couple of incidents surrounding heteronormativity and general discussions of women’s role in society.

also, since festive season is approaching, I feel it would be a disservice to the show if I were to avoid mentioning this: there are a couple of episodes focusing on spending winter holidays away from home, but they offer comfort in the knowledge that one may choose to spend such time with chosen people instead.

all in all it’s a wonderful drama and the episodes are short enough that you can catch up on them at your leisure or let them play all one after the other for a couple of hours and a half while having a blast at it, the world is your oyster. I hope you can find a way to watch it and enjoy it with your loved ones or if you need some companionship in these trying times :D have fun!

always explains to you that you don't owe anyone anything and that it's okay to say no.

he is also like this, so he can really understand where you're coming from

fighting or any type of confrontation makes you very upset, and you do all you can to avoid/prevent it from happening

eventually, this made you have a mini emotional breakdown, which sunoo just happened to walk in on

he would probably end up crying with you but reassures you that you're doing your best and is here for you

he has such a soft spot for you, and treats you so gently

anytime someone asks you for something, he immediately would tell them to do it themselves lolll

you finally finished up the project that you had been working on for weeks, leaving you completely exhausted. you handed it in, and were ready to spend the weekend with sunghoon. unfortunately, one of your classmates messaged you saying they completely forgot about their project, and that they need your help. and this wasn’t the first time they have done this. due to your kind-hearted nature, you found it very difficult to say no, especially when someone was asking for your help. you texted sunghoon, letting him know that you would have to move your plans to later, due to your classmate. he was not having any of it, so he ended up going over to your place, knowing the only way to stop you was by physically making you stop. once he arrived, he tried his best to calmly explain to you that you owe your classmate nothing and that you should enjoy your weekend. you really did want to spend time with sunghoon, the boy you loved so dearly, but for some reason, you wanted to help your classmate. it was all so overwhelming you couldn’t stop the tears from falling from your eyes. sunghoon pulled you down onto the couch, playing with your hair until you calmed down. it felt so nice for someone to take care of you, and his hands felt so gentle as they combed through your hair and rubbed circles into your back. after a few minutes passed, sunghoon looked down to see you fast asleep on his chest. it broke his heart to see you so exhausted. so of course before he fell asleep with you, he managed to sneak in a text to that person, warning them to not take advantage of you again.

“Oh, hello, Techno. Did you grab my cape, mate?” Philza pivoted immediately Technoblade walked through the door. Niki didn’t mind. Phil had been the one to send him down to the basement to grab the cape.

“Nah. Couldn’t get in there. The necromancers are back,” Techno responded.

“They blocked off the basement again?” Phil guessed.

“Yep.” Techno rolled his eyes. “I mean, we’ve got a front door for a reason. It’d just be great if they figured out how to use it.”

“Prime.” Phil shook his head. “Third time this month, right?”

“Just about. They might as well move in at this point. We all know the teletuby doesn’t have a house, so I’d think it’d work out pretty well,” Technoblade commented.

“How can you tell it’s them?” Niki asked good-naturedly.

“The door was blocked off with deepslate,” Techno informed her. “If it was the baby mercenary, it would be obsidian. Tech support, wood. Anyone else, I don’t think they would bother.”

“Wood? Really?” Niki questioned.

“Yeah, to make it look more like the door just disappeared and less like it was blocked off by some night-time visitors.” Techno shrugged. “And because Callahan’s sneaky like that.”

“Good to know,” Niki remarked. She grinned at him slyly. “Oh! Can’t forget this.” She handed Techno a chest of pastries. “I’d love it if you could drop this off by the no-longer-a-door door. You know, for no specific reason. I’d just think it would be nice.”

“Of course. Guess I gotta go right back down there again, so see ya later,” Techno replied.

“I’m sure you’ll manage,” Phil told him. “The basement doesn’t bite, mate.”

Techno rolled his eyes. “Thanks for reminding me, totally needed it.”

“Obviously,” Niki commented sarcastically, still smiling. “I’m sure it’ll be fine, Tech. Just thought they could use it.”

basically niki took techno in after they both had drama with their (different) families. They dye their hair together and work in Niki’s cafe. Both of their families were dealing with the royals but niki is a bit better adjusted due to leaving earlier and is now helping techno adjust too.

if you don’t know what the hell grimm is (it’s a tv show) here’s some basic vocabulary

wesen: supernatural beings

grimm: humans who can see wesen, most of them work as hunters

woge: wesen have 2 forms, human and their woged form. there’s also 2 types of woge, the kind everyone can see and the kind only other wesen and grimms can see

then there’s different factions like the royals (literal royals, they do sneaky shit), wesen council (deal with wesen politics), reapers (bounty hunters who want to kill grimms as payback),

grimms aren’t exactly a faction, they are mostly solitary. some kill all wesen and some are willing to work with them. basically it’s Complicated.

HEESEUNG!

you both were watching a movie together on the couch, the rest of the boys scattered around the living room. jay had made popcorn for you all since everyone — you, sunoo, niki and jungwon — were whining about having no snacks to eat while watching, which got on his nerves and made him get up to make popcorn.

since you moved to get more comfortable, your bowl of popcorn was now in your boyfriend's hands. heeseung had just gotten a handful of the snack and you were just too comfortable and warm to get them yourself that you just opened your mouth and bit the ones on his hand.

heeseung looked at you in disbelief and in amusement, a small laugh escaping his pretty lips at your antics. he found it adorable and at the same time amusing how you just stole his food and turned back to the movie, as if nothing had happened.

"babe!", he laughed and placed the popcorn on the table, hugging you tightly after. the other's attention was now on the two of you, all of them wondering why heeseung was laughing. "why did you do that? you could have asked, you know?", you just shrugged and slowly everything went back to what it was, everyone's attention back on the movie.

just when heeseung got another handful of popcorn, you acted again. biting the snack out of his hand as fast as you could, almost choking when he yelled out from laughing.

JAY!

you and your boyfriend were at an amusement park, having decided to commemorate your anniversary there. he had bought one cotton candy for himself only, since when he asked, you denied the offer because you didn't want to eat it before going on the rides. but, as you watched him eating it with a smile on his face from the sweet taste, you couldn't help but almost drool looking at the candy.

so, as sneaky as you could, when jay turned his face to look for the person who screamed, you took a bite of the sweet, quickly swallowing when your boyfriend turned back to you. you smiled so sweetly at him, that he didn't even notice the small bits of the pink candy around your mouth. jay simply laughed at your smile and kept on walking with you to the next ride.

"baby, i need to go to the bathroom. can you hold it for me?", your boyfriend asked you, motioning to the cotton candy he was holding. you nodded and took it from his hands, watching as his figure got smaller and smaller as he approached the bathroom.

for a while you could hold yourself, instead of thinking about the candy, you were watching people pass by and the ones on the rollercoaster in front of you, laughing at their expressions. but your entertainment was soon replaced by the cotton candy touching your hand gently, it was a hot day, so it was starting to melt the sugar onto your fingers. when you got distracted by it, you were long gone. soon enough jay was back, but his cotton candy was gone.

"you ate it, didn't you?", jay facepalmed, not even a bit amused with the situation in front of him. you just nodded, as if nothing had happened.

JAKE!

you, jake and the rest of the boys were in enha's practice room, celebrating heeseung's birthday together. everyone was having fun; eating, chatting, messing around. it was such a nice vibe that even the staffs were playing around with you all. they had ordered so much food that you were salivating to eat a bit of everything that was there.

though, the thing you wanted to eat the most was the tteokbokki. – everyone knew your love for it, especially your boyfriend. there was still some leftovers of bibimbap left on your plate, so you wanted to finish it before eating your oh-so-precious dish. the problem is: there was only one bowl left of the delicious dish on the table, the boys knew to leave that for you since you hadn't had a bite of it yet.

jake, your ever so caring and oblivious boyfriend, didn't get the clue yet and – while you were distracted by jay's story – took the bowl without thinking twice about it. he just started munching on it, his face showing satisfaction from the savoury flavor of the food.

when you turned back, and saw him eating the last bowl of bibimbap, your smile instantly turned into a pout. you couldn't help but feel betrayed, even though you knew he didn't do it on purpose to upset you. what made you even more sad, was that what was left on the bowl, was just a small amount of what had in it before he started eating. resuming, it was almost finished and you didn't even get a bite of it.

so, the instant jake turned his attention to sunoo when he started speaking, you took the bowl as sneaky as you could and ate the last bits of what was left of the dish. you couldn't help it, the taste was just too good to refrain yourself from eating it.

when jake turned back it was obvious what had happened, specifically because of your puffy cheeks and guilty - not really - smile. he just laughed it out, the others soon following along after seeing the state you were in.

SUNGHOON!

your boyfriend had came to your house early at noon for the date you both had planned. he would take you for a walk and after you would go eat something at a bakery near your house, it was simple yet a perfect way to spend the day. sunghoon arrived around 1pm, taking your hand in his and taking you out of the door. he was really excited for your planned day, just like you were.

at the park, you both walked for hours, laughing and playing with random dogs that were running around. you even went to the playground, asking your boyfriend to push you on one of the swings. in which sunghoon agreed and spent almost twenty minutes making you laugh. soon enough, you both were on the bakery, your orders already on the table while you talked.

"do you want a bite of this, baby?", he held up his fork, with a piece of the pie he was eating. you just nodded and opened your mouth, humming happily while munching on the delicious pie he had given you. "do you like it?", he asked with a happy glint on his eyes, watching your expressions carefully.

you nodded and thanked him, exchanging little kisses here and there throughout your date. though, you couldn't help but think about the pie and how much you wanted another bite of it. so, while sunghoon was busy on the phone with his mom, you quickly took another bite and then another one and, soon enough, you had finished it all by yourself. when sunghoon hang up the phone, he saw your guilty eyes and the pout on your face, though, what you really wanted to do was laugh. and so, your boyfriend did just that, started laughing and you were following behind. your laughs being heard through the whole bakery, but you couldn't care less, your only thought being your boyfriend.

SUNOO!

when you arrived at the dorms, you were hit with the delicious smell of food as soon as your boyfriend opened the door. sunoo immediately hugged you, bringing you inside while telling you something about how niki kept on messing up the whole living room while he was trying to organize it for you. you just laughed, used to their bickering all the time.

"are you hungry? i prepared something for us!", he exclaimed, making you laugh. he took your hand, leading you into the kitchen while adorably talking about his day and how much he missed you. " i felt like i was gonna day if i didn't see you soon.", he pouted.

you smiled and leaned up, giving his nose a quick peck and sitting in the chair sunoo motioned you to. he brought plates with your favorite meal on them, making your mouth salivate and your heart melt from his thoughtfulness.

"this is so cute, sun.", you smiled, taking your chopsticks to feed him a bite of the food from your plate. you guys kept eating while making small talk, taking advantage of the date to make up for the days you haven't seen each other. after a while, the food from your plate had ended — from feeding both you and sunoo — so you just watched him eat, occasionally laughing whenever he would say or do something funny.

when you saw that he had put his chopsticks down, you took your own and got a bit of the food from his plate, seeing as he still meat and that made sunoo gasp and giggle to himself, covering his mouth. he's so happy that you are comfortable enough to eat his food without asking, for him it's a new achievement in your relationship.

JUNGWON!

wonie had prepared a cute picnic date at hybe's rooftop for you both. he had been busy with promotions and had missed you, so he did that so you could spend time together. he had baked cookies, made sandwiches, cut fruit in different shapes and bought a small cake as well. the only thing you had to bring was the orange juice.

you were seated on the checkered blanket placed on the rooftop's floor, happily munching on a heart-shaped sandwich jungwon had made especially for you. your boyfriend had the biggest smile on his face, taking pictures of your so effortlessly beautiful figure in the sunlight. for sure, at the end of the day, one of those pictures will end up being his new lockscreen.

as you finished you sandwich, jungwon put his phone down and started to feed you some of the fruits he had brought, making small talk and asking some things about your day. after a while, you said he could eat you, giggling a bit at the fake hurt expression on his face, with jungwon claiming in a pout 'you don't love me anymore!'

after you were done eating the fruits, you decided on having one more cookie — since you had been stealing a few ones just after the date had started — to finally claim that your belly was full. just when you opened the container, a big pout appeared on your face when you saw it empty. as you were going to alert your boyfriend, you saw in his hand the last cookie, looking as delicious as ever! without much thinking, just as jungwon had taken a bite, you also bit it — immediately giggling at the face he made. wonie is so whipped for you that he just gave you the cookie without complains and a peck on the cheek right after, claiming that you could steal his food anytime you want.

NI-KI!

you and ni-ki were sitting on the couch of enha's living room, mario kart on the tv while you both competed in the video game. he was whining because you were winning, making you simply giggle at the look on the face of your giant baby of a boyfriend. he was so annoyed that he even attempted to throw the controller out of your hand — which almost ended with the two of you playfully wrestling on the carpet. when you finally won again, he put his controller down and got up, claiming that he was going to get a snack for you both.

when he came back you were just using your phone, a little smile on your face as you were looking at the pictures you both took early in the day. your boyfriend sat down next to you, throwing an arm around your shoulder and laughing quietly whenever you would show a funny picture to him. he motioned towards the chips bowl placed on the table, in front of you both and you just hummed. as ni-ki got a handful of it from the bowl and sat down again, you took the perfect opportunity to bite it out of your hands, barely managing to fit the handful of chips in your mouth and ended up laughing. some of it fell on you lap, making ni-ki make a disgusted face, which made you laugh even more.

"besides being a stealer you are also disgusting!", he exclaimed, getting up with a pointed finger to your face. you swallowed the remains of the chips from your mouth and just showed him your tongue, simply getting back the controller and looking at him. "oh no, if you think i want to play again with you, be prepared to know that you're wrong!", he arched an brow, looking at you. you just shrugged and pressed the 'new game' button on the screen, making riki screech and throw himself in the couch, his hand reaching for his controller to try — and fail — winning this time.
