pairing: niki x fem!reader
synopsis: when dancing in the rain with your boyfriend turns to kissing in the rain
word count: 439
warnings: kissing and lots of fluff
“come on, i swear it’ll be fun” niki exclaims as he sprints through the pouring rain, a smile etched on his face.
you stand near the door contemplating. should you really step out there and have the best time with your boyfriend but end up sick, or should you leave him out there disappointed?
“i don't know about this, what if we end up sick? you know how easily i get sick” you replied quickly once you felt niki grab ahold of your wrist. “come on… it’ll be fun” he ignores your words and continues to pull you towards him.
a sigh exits your mouth as you gaze up at him “i guess it’ll be fun” his smile grew twice it’s original size once he heard those words. he pulls you towards him and a low groan escapes your mouth once you feel yourself pushed up against his chest.
he led you towards the road, giggles leaving your mouths. niki abruptly curtsies once he’s finally in front of you “may i have this dance m’lady?” you let out a laugh before replying “of course your majesty”
he way looks at you with so much affection makes you feel so special. the way his eyes twinkle every time you smile, you have got to be the luckiest person in the world. His whole entire existence fills you up with joy. this is most definitely one of the best moments in your life. you thank the world that you were able to find your true love standing right in front of you.
as you’re dancing niki twirls you around and dips you, he stares directly into your eyes “has anyone told you how breathtaking you are?” your breath halts “you do” you reply “i’m always reminded how beautiful i am by you, you don’t go a day without saying that” you continue while watching him with love pouring out of your eyes. you giggle as he continues to lean in further, his bright smile widening on his face.
you don’t even realize how close your faces are until you feel his plush lips against yours. the kiss is soft and filled with love, making your body temperature warm up from the cold liquid pouring on you both. this is moment is everything you’ve ever dreamed of.
you tear apart from the kiss, gazing up into his gorgeous eyes “i love you” you give him tight embrace. he encircles his arms around your waist and stares down at you. he kisses your forehead while saying those sweet words “i love you too” as he leans down to connect your lips once more.
