My personal headcanon on how much Donna retained/gained of The Doctor's memories post 60th is that technically speaking all of it's there but her ability to recall it is shot to hell. Like if she's goes "oh fuck I KNOW The Doctor has been to Wolf 359 before" she won't be able to deliberately get anything but like a week later she'll be like "so funny thing about every time I've gone to a solar phase shift...which is never...because that wasn't me. Oh hell." I think she gets flashes of emotions and scenes that are one hundred percent not hers. She'll be in the middle of putting on the kettle and just blurt out "when did I get a phobia of minotaurs of all things??? I barely even know that myth???" And 14 is like "haha yeah. That shit sucked sorry about that 💖" and Donna's like "Christ AGAIN??"
