“There there, now…”
Man pictured with her is the Jack of All Trades (who actually belongs to @methum-mint! He was made specifically for this story!), a supposed legendary individual with many stories to his name. Stories of slaying giants, climbing great heights to the clouds, surviving cracking his head open, leaping over open flames, bringing the winter when it refused to arrive on time… they get passed around like the plague. Oddly enough, whenever he’s asked of such feats of strength, he never confirms anything. Usually passes it by with a smirk, or even a glare if he’d rather remain unbothered. However, he’s never really denied these claims to his fame either! It’s all up in the air, really.
Seems for now, he’s been caught in the crossfire of Einin’s harrowing battle with life (and more than just her’s) and death. He can’t help but pity her misfortune. But hey, if slaying giants is on his record, how much different could a giant goose monster that wants to eat this supposedly unassuming woman really be?

the way amanda knew adam and how adam knew nothing about her yet he was still kind to her when she was already aware that she had to capture him… and and and the fact that his goal was to make her smile and how he did just that and how amanda probably felt like she didn’t even earn that from him and conflicted about whether he deserved to be in that game at all.. well you see ummmm it makes me want to d

my feelings towards the bbc series are a mixed bag overall but i do love milady’s scene in the confessional where the writers dared to have her utter the words “why did god abandon me? why didn’t he answer my prayers?”

definitely having thoughts about what kim dokja looks like to other people vs. to himself...how people keep saying he's "blurry"...how the constellations were surprised that he's not ugly when they saw him in person rather than through a channel...how he's not really a character and he's the only person with the fourth wall...idk idk. much 2 think about.

I was kinda Jesting about it a little bit ago, but Killian and Shaun just have the potential to have SUCH a fucked up relationship. Shaun, the guy who considers the death of his mother to be collateral damage, who was going to free Killian as a social experiment, who finds out his dad takes off into a grief induced drug haze and becomes a raider overlord for a little bit. VS Killian, the guy who straight up tells him to his face "I love you, but I never should have been your father, and the parent who could have saved you is dead". Killian who realized he couldn't be the kind of father a child deserves wayy too late, but having a wife and kid was kind of all he had. Shaun who has to contend with the realization that his dad thought it was a blessing that Shaun and Nora were "dead". Killian who realizes he's done the exact same thing his parents did to him. DELICIOUS.

hunger games au- [GUNSHOT]
fun fact, once i came up w a hunger games au for two wlw characters and they were from different districts and one of them was part of one of the first districts aka she trained and volunteered, but they fell in love and loved each other after so much running, after one saved the other. the girl from the poorer district had a best friend and a little brother waiting for her. they were watching her intently.
the two girls kept going round, not outright killing them at the poorer girl's request. they collected berries.
they became the last two tributes, and swore they wouldn't kill each other. the poorer one even suggested they could stay there, face whatever threat came together.
she said that with a smile as she picked the berries off the bushes.
her lover drew an arrow.
took a deep breath.
and hit the mark, between the girl's head and chest.
she was crowned victor.

inconsequential season 3 observations:
- joseph morgan’s cheeky little dimple is quite devastating and it’s driving me feral
- seeing elena slowly succumb to damon against her own self-expectation is delightful beyond words
- it sometimes looks like paul wesley wants to break character and laugh at shit and i love that
- i’ll always defend my girl katerina petrova like she’s just a woman alone in the world you feel
