HE HAD SUCH GOOD BACKSTORY AND MOTIVATION TO BE AN INTERESTING CHARACTER AND A PARALEL TO CAROLINA, BUT THEY JUST THREW HIM IN THE GARBAGE AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WITH HIM

They could have been an epic foil for one of the main characters. There was so much comedic, angst, amd character growth potential. They brought his character back from the dead and gave him a really cool history with our main characters, and then they just didn't expand on it at all and killed him when it didn't make much sense.

Propaganda:

This Man is so cool and dramatic. He's got a black glass eye like a shark, I'm pretty sure sharkface is his only Canon name, he's got the edgy red and black color scheme, he's got some really cool scars, and shark tattoos. All he really wanted was justice/vengence for his friends the same way one of the main characters (Carolina) did, it's not fair that this man who was trapped in his grief the way Carolina was gets killed for it while Carolina gets away with all the bad things she did in the name of HER grief. He was already down and out! It would have been really easy for the main characters to have at least a little sympathy and accidently rope him into their found family and come to terms with the loss of his old one. But nooooo, they just had to kill him for some stupid joke that failed miserably. Oh, he also uses flamethrower a lot.

Another Sharkface Lives AU; something-something he says his big dramatic speech about how they can all bury him or burn him but he won't stop, and the Reds just suddenly bust into the scene on a vehicle blasting the stupid polka, fly straight over Sharkface, land on the other side of him, Sarge gets out, calls "Dibs on this guy! He's crazy, I like it!", then they leave. I don't care where they were or what they were previously doing during this moment originally, everything re-arranges so they can do this. Why? Because. They launch their vehicle over Sharkface. Red Team JUMPS THE SHARK. That's it, that's the whole joke, shark jumping, and now he's forcibly adopted by them. Have fun on Iris, bro~

So. Here's some possible bg/lore mixing - idk if normal, 'non-secret service/intelligence agency' humans in this universe know vampires exist but disregarding that -

I think a lot of the vampires, esp the ones in space, are pretty high generation or thin-bloods (i.e. they're weak). Originally Locus + Felix were on the v edge of being thin-bloods (like gen 13) but... they're not anymore. The wonders of diablerie - not that they really advertise it. Views on that haven't really changed. They're also autarki aka freelance/mercenaries, but I dunno when they were Embraced; could've been before, during or after the War. Doesn't rly matter that much, they can all work imo but at least for Locus post-War works best

Locus could have either the Blood Addiction bane or the Noxious Blood bane since I think both could work for him, and Felix would have the classic Ravnos Bane of needing to move around.

I'll post more thoughts abt why I chose those clans for them + more abt sharky etc a bit later bc I don't want this to be too long lol <3

- One of the last surviving members of the Black dragonflight… Very generous with cool gear, usually cloaks. Currently competing for the position of new leader of the black dragons, despite being only 12 (in dragon years though so he’s mature for his age). Everyone I know wants him to succeed cause he’s way cooler
