oooh how would the warthog work in this au? would they be smaller so their paws can reach the pedals or did you have something else in mind? :0

asks where i dont have to draw anything are such a treat while i fight artblock + tloz hyperfixation temporarily nuking my muse for rvb stuff

i imagine its just a little smaller, probably with higher pedals! i'm tied between 1. them sitting and driving roughly like people, or 2. sitting with hind legs on the seat while one forepaw presses on pedals (which are much higher up in the cockpit) and the other forepaw operates steering wheel and all that stuff.

most technology in this is still roughly the same, they're often just shaped and/or operated a little differently, because it's not humans building stuff for humans in this universe, it's cats building stuff for cats! the world has been built different for different-shaped bodies, but the ideas are all the same. :)

Do you have any specific in universe headcannons for the sake of them being. Yknow. Cats? How do any of the battles work? Is it warrior cats style where they just beat the crap out of each other? Or is there cool cat guns. Cats should have guns and tanks i think it would be cool

so you will be surprised to know that in the 3 years i've run this blog i've never had a good definitive answer for this warrior cats style DEFINITELY can be a part of it, especially during fights such as the infamous "tex beats the shit out of everyone" fight and other more desperate fights/fights where weapons arent as easily available. there's also weapons compatible with cats' paws (as they have opposable thumbs in this for obvious reasons) and sometimes mouths. this is the case with tucker's sword, all knives, and some gun models. other gun models attach to the side of the collar. im not sure how exactly they're fired- maybe having some sort of mechanism in the collar or even being compatible with ai ports.

yes!! ship content is generally fine and you can even tag me in it, however i do not allow proshippers to interact with my blog or use my designs for any reason!

also! how do you come up with designs and breeds to use? is it just a vibe? cause thsy're all so good dude

finally back on my grindset for a little bit between college! i wasnt going to give caboose a redesign at first, but once i decided he needed more white in his face and big fangs it was all over.

anyways! to answer your question: i come up with designs mostly just through imagining kittycats while i listen to/watch rvb. a lot of it is through vibe, but usually colors will unintentionally source from their armor color or the color i hc their hair to be. most finer details and better marking placements are banged out as i try to fill empty space and balance the designs. breeds usually involve a mix of vibe and what cat breeds have similar coloration and/or markings to the finished design. i also look for breeds thatll explain traits that i'd like to carry over from human to kitty (such as caboose's big size being a maine coon trait, sarge's mustache being a persian trait, simmons being an abyssinian bc of their jumpy/hyperactive nature, etc). i honestly have been waiting for someone to ask me about this, so im happy to finally be able to explain my process!!
