Sometimes I look back at the little crossover comic you made and I just... uh...

THE SHADING. THE TEXTURE??? THE DETAIL??!?? THE CRAFTSMANSHIP???
Wdskdkuhdflidhf what do I say??? I’m speechless. Like holy cow. You did such an excellent job with their designs and adding little details. Bruh I wish. Eeehehege gfhjh sorry I’m a very normal person. Very normal about this.
gonna be real with you chief something in my mind genuinely recoils whenever you draw your dog people (cannot stop thinking of them as carnivorous) making or eating bread.
surrealist horror.
I love them. I would die for them. But dear god it scares me
This was 3 days after they met, both kittens freshly adopted in a strange new environment. Cody had come home 2 days before Rex, and while he hadn't had much time to establish his territory, he was not thrilled with the stinky newbie and constantly hissed, though he was never aggressive.
Fortunately, they're both kittens, and their mutual desire for playtime quickly won out over their wariness of each other. A mere day after this, they were cuddling and grooming each other, already the BFFs they are today.
Here they are conked out after play time. They are definitely not hanging out with each other.
Patty Eclaire - Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
ADORable adorable character - I was a sucker for Patty having such a sweet motherly relationship with Espella... and being a tough boss to Phoenix and Maya fjdfhsdf. The bakery is just so cozy - plus, someone that obsessed with bread... a woman after my own heart.
as someone fascinated by the past i would love to have time travel fantasies but unfortunately pretty much every single scenario i can imagine just involves me dying immediately, most likely as a result of my disabilities but probably also violence, social ostracisation, etc, and i feel like this does change your outlook on the world and your understanding of your place within it
"what would i have done in X situation" died. that's what i would have done. i would have died.
i can joke about being a medieval scribe all i like but i wouldn't even have survived in a monastery bc of my health and my inability to eat literally any of the staple foods available at the time and if you can't survive a scriptorium you're pretty much fucked for everywhere else
my place in the modern world feels pretty fragile sometimes but some of that fragility definitely comes from the knowledge that it's only because i live in the modern world that i even have a chance
