Saw someone pointing this out earlier, but Kagami basically ignoring every red flag Felix showed off and dating him, might be unintentionally due to Marinette and Adrien. Extensively, they pointed out how Kagami has taken a lot of her social cues from those two, so thanks to Marinette's problematic behavior and stalker tendencies, combined with Adrien eventually dating her, Kagami's likely thinks that this red flag behavior is completely normal.
But Kagami was the one who got fed up with Adrien's behavior while they were dating (Lies) and also pointed out how obsessive Marinette can be around Adrien (Protection), so that argument doesn't really hold up.
