Round L11, Poll #2 (Losers bracket 2A semifinal #2)
This is the losers bracket. The winner of this poll will advance to round L12, while the loser will be revealed and eliminated.
The matchup is:
Character 288: 5 foot girl, 6 foot sword. Perches in chairs instead of sitting. Magically gave someone depression (he deserved worse), and then cut him in half vertically (still deserved worse). Chosen One of two different gods. Killed one of those gods.
Versus
Character 67: Is part horse. Can cause others excruciating pain with their own anger. Joins an illegal rebellion at age 13. 3 elves are all in love with her. One of them is her cousin. A grumpy short man tried to get her exiled from society because she has brown eyes.

slappygibson272 replied to your post “in semi-lighter news here are some thoughts on spells each of the...”
Wait... they leveled
Yes! Matt tweeted a brief video since they forgot to do it on the actual stream. No reveals other than confirming Fjord took his next level in paladin and what their HP increases will be. Most of them rolled pretty well for HP, and here’s a quick overview of what L11 entails:
Fjord: as mentioned, two first-level spell slots for which he can prepare 6 paladin spells (or use divine smite), his Lay on Hands goes up to 10 HP, and he gets to pick a fighting style. Still no official oath yet - if he continues the paladin path, which seems like the way he’s going, the next level will be super interesting. I think his cantrip damage increases too - when you look at cantrips it’s about overall level and not levels in the casting class.
Beau: it’s a subclass feature and I don’t know for sure as Cobalt Soul has been modified since the original Tal’Dorei campaign guide, but I believe it’s the one that lets her use her intelligence modifier to take additional reactions. Her intelligence modifier with the circlet is 4, so this is pretty impressive.
Caleb: learns 2 more spells for free, gets a sixth level spell slot and can learn sixth level spells now, cantrip damage increases.
Nott: learns 1 more spell, sneak attack is now 6d6, and she gets reliable talent which means that all rolls in skills in which she’s proficient (or an expert) can be rounded up to 10 if she rolls below a 10. Unless they continue to use the interpretation that nat 1s are still 1s (which they did sometimes for Vax, but not always iirc) she cannot, for example, roll below a 23 for stealth.
Jester and Caduceus: can prepare 1 more spell per day, get a sixth level spell slot, cantrip damage increases, and they can destroy undead of CR 2.
Yasha: relentless rage - if she takes enough damage to go unconscious while raging, she can make a DC 10 constitution save and if she succeeds, remain conscious at 1 HP (similar to half-orc relentless endurance). This continues with the DC increasing by 5 with every successful save, and resets to 10 after a short rest.

Nick Mullins' Premiership preview - part two Leicester to Northampton
Tumblr media
9:24am, 13 September 2021 BT Sport’s Nick Mullins has over the last decade become the instantly recognisable voice of rugby union in the British Isles.ADVERTISEMENTOver the course of around 40 matches per season – and upwards of 100 preparatory training ground visits – BT’s leading match commentator sees more Gallagher Premiership action than most.As such he is ideally placed to assess the hopes of the 13 teams for whom the road to Twickenham next June gets underway this weekend.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Matt Dawson and Mike BrownHere is the second part of his club-by-club preview.Leicester TigersLast season: Sixth with 54 points (W11, D0, L11)Top scorer: Zack Henry (98)ADVERTISEMENTTop try scorer: Julian Montoya (5)Head coach: Steve Borthwick (appointed 2020)Arrivals: 14 including Freddie Burns, Marco van Staden and Bryce HegartyDepartures: 17 including Tomas Lavanini, Zack Henry and Joaquin Diaz BonillaADVERTISEMENTMost recent play-off season: 2016/17Title wins: TenNick’s verdict:“Clearing out the attic feels the best way to describe last season when they had the most major of overhauls. It felt like I was getting an email every day telling me another player had left.“At times it felt brutal looking from the outside but clearly it was needed because by the end of last season they were looking like their old selves.“I think I said in commentary at one point that they were starting to look, smell and play like Steve Borthwick and if ever a team needed to be remodelled in the image of its head coach than Leicester were that club.“Borthwick has come in and taken them back to the old days. I think the signings are really clever – as we saw with the Lions van Staden is impressive. They’re getting some old-fashioned grunt back in the pack and with the likes of Freddie Burns and Bryce Hegarty there will be plenty to smile about.“Although we seem to talk a lot about coaches and the standards they set these days Kevin Sinfield is going to be a really interesting story this season, as will Richard Wigglesworth and Matt Smith coming together to look after the attack. I’ll be surprised if they’re not pushing hard for the top four.”Part 1 of 3 from @andNickMullins covers Bath to Harlequins "Lots of neutrals looked at them last season and wondered how a team with so many impressive backs could not be more consistent?"https://t.co/UX1qpmMACY— RugbyPass (@RugbyPass) September 13, 2021London IrishLast season: Ninth with 48 points (W6, D2, L14)Top scorer: Paddy Jackson (177)Top try scorer: Curtis Rona (8)Head coach: Declan Kidney (appointed 2018)Arrivals: 14 including Benhard Janse van Rensburg and Marcel van der MerweDepartures: 10 including Blair Cowan, Waisake Naholo and Tom HomerMost recent play-off season: 2008/9Title wins: NoneNick’s verdict:“Speaking personally their new stadium is one of the go-to places in the Premiership. The walk to the ground past the riverside pubs then the value for money from a season ticket at Brentford is tremendous.“They are thrilling to watch at times, but I suspect because Declan Kidney is more pragmatic than me that he would swap some of the excitement for a bit more consistency.“There’s no Blair Cowan or Theo Brophy-Clews this season but with a good crop of ex-academy players let’s see Irish not having to come back from 30 points down to win thrillingly quite so often, and instead winning a few dull games.”

But Newcastle will be well worth watching, they’ve signed cleverly and I like the coaching team Dean Richards has put round him.”Local politicians promised otherwise…https://t.co/wjkNj2n1KS— RugbyPass (@RugbyPass) September 13, 2021Northampton SaintsLast season: Fifth with 57 points (W11, D0, L11)Top scorer: James Grayson (83)Top try scorer: Ollie Sleightholme (7)Head coach: Chris Boyd (appointed 2018)Arrivals: Six including Juarno Augustus and Brandon NansenDepartures: 11 including Ben Franks, Harry Mallinder and Samson Ma’asiMost recent play-off season: 2018/19Title wins: OneNick’s verdict:“I always got the sense last season that for all the promise and despite them finishing fifth there was still a huge sense of frustration amongst the players and coaches.“When you consider they finished three or four wins off Quins, they can look back at plenty of matches they should have won if they’d had a bit more composure close to the try-line.“That will be a big work-on for them again this season – but I like the fact that Lewis Ludlam is in charge and he’ll have a lot of experience around him.“If Saints can find some consistency when their noses are around the try-line they will be pushing for the play-offs, and there’s no reason to think they can’t turn that frustration into winning a few more games.”"It's probably time they started putting in some really consistent performances"– Franklin's Gardens is an excellent breeding ground to help get talent into the international conversation, but taking it to the next level is a puzzle that needs solving https://t.co/nlrAY58zQ9— RugbyPass (@RugbyPass) September 12, 2021

Group C Round 5 - 8th August 2018
Lots of people back from hols this week, so only really Karl still out gallivanting. Quali in Red threw up something interesting, and to my recollection, probably unique in the club history (please feel free to trawl back and have a check). Russ pointed out that all 9 qualifiers finished on the same second – not just within a second of 1st to last, but actually all 9 of us on 8 point something! Cool.
Tumblr media
The racing was, as always, quite quick and closely bunched. All three groups saw some very close quarter battles throughout the night. So let’s go racing – Alan got the launch spot on in Yellow as Heat 1 kicked off proceedings, Junior followed on in Blue with Lee at the tail in Red.  A lap later and Lee drove inside Seb to take P2 as he started to chase Alan. An off for both the leaders saw Lee rejoin at the front, with Alan snapping at his heels with Seb still within striking distance in 3rd. Alan got the slipper down as he harried Lee, and by L9 Lee succumbed by the smallest of margins as Alan regained the pointy bit.  These two guys drove the opening 13 laps absolutely side by side – you could tell they were really enjoying the dice. An off on L13 saw Lee drop back a few inches as Alan set off on his almost perfect run to the line. The single off on L4 was Alan’s only blemish as he stormed Heat 1 for the victory.
Tumblr media
Seb was very relieved to get onto Green for H4 after the frustrations of Blue in H1. So much so, that he went flag to flag without too much interference from the other two.  Alan enjoyed the opening two laps in P2, but a poor L3 saw Lee capitalise and grab it from him, going all the way to the flag behind Seb, with Alan crossing the line at the back. A reversal of H1 !
Lee had the bum deal in H7, a lonely drive at the back trying to get the best out of Blue lane. Alan was within a whisker of Seb as he circulated in Green, but a trip up on L8 let Seb have a bit of breather as he started to pull away at the front in Red. A couple of hiccups just before the 2/3rds mark perked Alan’s ideas up a bit, but Seb soon got back in the groove and pulled away for a comfortable win.
The guys last outing in H10 looks relatively boring from the graphs – it was anything but! Seb got away in Yellow like a scalded cat, Alan was next away in Red with Lee chasing him from Green. Seb worked away at getting his laps consistent and thus eked out a good gap of several seconds from Dad who was doing a very good job of keeping his laps consistent too. It was a ll looking like a bit of a foregone conclusion, until Seb slid off on L25 – Alan was right on his tail! Both banged in four great laps and then both crashed on the last lap. Does neither want to win! Well, of course they did, with bated breath the Scuderia floored it for the line, with Seb keeping his composure and lead to tag a well earned win for the final heat. Lee kept bashing away at Green, but was unable to make significant inroads into Alan’s safe P2.
H2 was another linear affair, Martyn bringing up the rear with an utter nightmare in Blue – that’s his night in the bin! Leon charging hard and having a flawless Red, as Mike had just that little edge as he ran a flawless Yellow. The two front guys were nip and tuck all the way, a very exciting, close, and well driven race – try as he may, Leon was never quite able to pull in front of Mike, despite them both alternating a few tenths faster than the other as the laps counted down. Great racing!
ForH5, Mike sat out in Blue and sung Team America’s “Roanreee” for the solitary thrash around in the slow lane. Meanwhile, Leon got the drop in Yellow leading Martyn (Green) off the line. Leon’s first fumble of the night came on L4 and Martyn was through to the lead. On L9, Leon literally just squeezed ahead. The guys then had a great dice until Martyn got too excited and slid off on L15. Leon drove the remaining 15 laps very well, so Martyn couldn’t get a sniff in. The only other excitement in the heat was Martyn trying to fend off the shame of being lapped by Leon, but I.I.R.C. the king of slapshot did him on the last corner to earn lapping bragging rights.
Next time out, Martyn got the holeshot in Red and drove his first flawless heat in a long time to tag a flag to flag win. Leon got away 2nd in Blue with Mike on the chase in Green. There was about 0.5s in it until L13 – Leon ditched it and Mike took P2. Mike got his rhythm going and finished the heat with only one incident on L2, meaning Leon had no chance of closing the gap.
As they entered their last heat, Leon held a 9 seconds advantage over Mike, with Martyn a further 10 seconds back. The lanes were looking better for Martyn (Y) and Mike (R ) with Leon in Green. Martyn got a good start, edging away from Mike and Leon who were locked in a paint swapping duel just behind. An off for Martyn on L7 allowed Mike through, but it was Slipper time for Martyn as he regained the lead a lap later and started to pull away.  Leon and Mike once more put in flawless runs and were really chasing the bejabers out of each other. Another silly off for Martyn on L25 put paid to any chance of just nicking a place from mike at the end of the night, but have a look at the score sheets to see how far Mike was ahead of Leon as their race night drew to a close!  I think the three lads really enjoyed themselves tonight.
Tumblr media
And so to group 1 in H3. Steve had a lightening start in Yellow and apart from his opening lap of 8.6s, did every other lap under 8.5. Craig was holding P2 in Blue, with Russ going pretty quickly in Red. L8 saw Craig’s charge slowed as he had an off, meaning he had to try and chase down Russ for P2. As Steve cleared off on his immaculate run, Russ ran consistently under 8.5 himself. The gap between Steve and Russ stayed around the 2 to 3 second mark for a good part of the race, with Steve eking it out to 4 seconds at the line. Craig had started to creep back towards Russ, but finished in P3 about the same distance back.
Craig (G ) got a flyer off the line as H6 got under way, Steve was pretty sharpish off the line in Blue, with Russ having a bit of a doze in Yellow. By L2 Russ was up to speed and demoted Steve to P3, and closing the gap on Craig. Good lap times from Craig made life tricky for Russ, though his persistence paid off as Craig binned it on L13. I was going to say “the bearded one then set off…..” until I realised everyone in the top group sports whiskers. Remember Leon, we need to grow a beard to win more regularly at Llany! So Russ set off to do some very quick laps until he overcooked it on L19 – whiskers in the eyes perhaps? But he got his mojo backstraight away and managed to keep a second a half gap over Craig as the latter drove the wheels off trying to catch Russ.  Steve, meanwhile kept it smooth to get the best out of Blue.
H9 by contrast was a “no overtaking” sesh, Craig taking the win in Red, Steve P2 in Green and Russ tail-end Charlie in Blue.
The grand finale of H12 had a little more of a dust up in it. Craig shot out of the gate in Yellow, with Steve half a second back in Red, but sadly it all got a bit cross threaded for Russ in Green as a double off dropped him out of contention – still podium slots to play for though, so he knuckled down and did the remaining 29 laps with his racer’s head on and came home without further mishap. P1 swapped hands on L4 as Craig hit the barriers, immediately followed by 4 sub-8 second laps as he chased the auld fella. All it took was one tail-slide from Steve on L11 to allow Craig to edge ahead.  Unheard of! Craig binned it again L18, but graciously, Dad did likewise a lap later. You couldn’t separate the two now. Then Craig went to the next level and started pulling out 3/10ths a lap – Steve was spent, he just couldn’t catch the youngster, with Craig taking a very well earned win and Steve taking P2 with full battle honours. What a race to finish the night on. And there was me bumping my gums a few weeks back saying we should drop Group C because it was boring! Not a chance, if any doubt about which class to run at this years GP, the excitement of tnight cemented the decision for us! Roll on Fiat 500s next week.

I Want To Forgive You (I Know Why You Did It)
read it on AO3 at https://ift.tt/bL4afCU by Rose_Finch A sixteen year old Bruce. A stack of notebook paper. A page he forgot to get rid of. There's nothing quite like having 911 called for plans he had written down so he could discard. Or "Alfred, Alfred, don't let them take me." He begged. The sirens grew louder. He still stood in place. "Please, Alfred." Alfred held up a damning stack of torn notebook paper. What he'd been using to go through his thoughts and actually think. Alfred flipped through the pages and held up a page literally titled Suicide Plans B12-L11. They were dated to two weeks ago. Bruce winced. He forgot to burn that round of internal debate. "I have to." Alfred choked out, the pages crinkling between his fingers. "I cannot just let you slip by with this like I do with most everything else." When building a D&D character, experience has taught me that they must be useful in combat, no matter what else they do. The game is built around combat encounters, after all, and if you I can’t contribute to the main activity of the game somehow, I feel disappointed. D&D also has specific ideas about how combat works. Do I understand those ideas well enough to make a useful PC? More below.
The 30-round day
In 5th edition, D&D breaks up your adventuring day into a series of encounters, punctuated by short rests, and ending in a long rest. Since abilities typically recharge on a short or long rest, we’re interested in how often these things happen relative to each other.
This post estimates 3-5 rounds of combat is typical. The DMG seems to agree. The DMG advises about 2 short rests per day, and about 6-8 encounters per day. Days end in a long rest, so that’s 2-3 encounters per short rest, 6-8 per long rest. So if we take the middle ground (4 rounds per encounter, 7 encounters per day), you’re really engaging in about 30 rounds of combat per day, give or take, and getting your short-rest abilities back twice during that period. Because it’s not 30 contigous rounds, long-duration effects won’t get their full benefit in our abstraction, so we’ll account for them individually.
Example
I’m playing a Half-Orc Barbarian in one game. He’s level 2 now, but we don’t have to stop there. I’m also dipping Fighter for 3 levels pretty soon. So let’s look at his stuff.
Action Surge: an extra action (and hence 1-2 attacks) every short rest, or 10 rounds. Across 30 rounds, 2 attacks per round gives a total of 60. Action Surge adds another 2 attacks per short rest (if used for this purpose), bringing this to 66, so a 10% increase in actions and hence damage. This is not accounting for feats like GWM that trigger a bonus action on a critical, more on that below.
Feral Instinct: advantage on initiative benefits him 7 times a day.
Rage: lasts 1 minute, use count resets on a long rest. This is 8 rounds (26% of the time) at levels 1-2, 12 rounds (40%) at levels 3-5, 16 rounds (53%) at L6-L11, 20 (66%) at L12-L16.
Relentless Endurance and Relentless Rage: RE is a racial feature, usable once per long rest. Relentless Rage is a neat mechanic, because it uses a saving throw whose DC ratchets up each use, then resets on a short rest. At L14, his CON save of +8 hits a DC 10 95% of the time, DC 15 70% of the time, and DC20 45% of the time. So he gets one “get out of death free” card every 30 rounds and a second one every 10 rounds or so, with odds decreasing if killed more often than that.
Second Wind: the ability to heal 1d10+3 (maximum) every 10 rounds, or 3d10+9 every day. Synergizes with RE/RR in that he can immediately self-heal on his action.
Crit fishing and bonus damage
Critical hits always hit regardless of AC, and add an extra damage die. Half-orcs get a bonus damage die on crits as well.
How often do they happen? With advantage (thanks to Reckless Attack at level 2), 19% of rolled attacks will have a critical.
At level 4, the GWM feat offers a bonus action attack on a crit. Assuming we get to use it every time, GWM effectively adds 19% more attacks. That’s 5 per day at level 4, 11 at level 5 (due to our second attack), and 12 at level 7 (due to Action Surge). Each of those can crit too, though there’s no GWM chain reaction, and 19% of 12 is still only one extra crit.
Aside from criticals, GWM can give bonus damage. Here’s the to-hit chances and average damage (taking hit chance into account) for normal, RA, and RA+GWM attacks.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Making the best use of GWM depends on hitting more often, to offset the -5. Advantage helps, but what else can we do?
Leveling up, and raising STR. This will take awhile.
Magic weapons. Because this crit-fishing build is specific to the greataxe, my options are limited unless my GM is generous.
Other magic items. A Belt of Giant Strength would be great, but I’m not counting on it.
The party has a bard, and if the player uses Bardic Inspiration on me, adding a d6 to hit will be helpful.
Battlemaster fighters can add superiority dice via Precision attack, but my build calls for the Champion, so that’s not an option.
Conclusions
In terms of the relative usefulness of our features, we find…
We can rage for one quarter to one half of our adventuring day, during which we take half damage and do extra damage
We can afford to be brought to 0 HP and still be standing about three or four times a day
We crit about 20% of the time, and (factoring GWM into account) each crit adds about 2.5 damage dice
Action Surge doesn’t add substantially to our attacks per day, but is a great “nova” ability to lay out a lot of damage at once
With bounded accuracy in effect, the effective damage from RA-GWM looks attractive
Whether this is the most mechanically optimized character, it should give me the effect I wanted: someone who can pile on damage, then push some buttons that improve his ability to do harm, and do them often enough that they’re not frustrating to use (or skip).

Introducing – The Longines Avigation Watch Type A-7 1935, Revamped for 2020
We’ve said it before: Longines is one of the brands with the richest history and it is clear that the current management knows how to capitalize on this with the successful Heritage collection – which has recently seen the addition of the Tuxedo or the Sector dial models. One area of expertise for Longines has always been aviation watches, with models like the BigEye or the Hour Angle watch made for Charles Lindberg. And there’s the iconic Type A-7, which today makes its comeback in a more reasonable and faithful package.
The 1935 Longines Type A-7 for the US Army
First issued between the World Wars, the Type A-7 Avigation Hack Watch was a pocket watch chronograph adapted to the wrist specifically designed for navigation. Think of it as an American equivalent to the German B-Uhr Fliegers, only with a chronograph, or to the French Type 20 (see our article about Type 20 watches here). It was supplied to the US Army Air Corps (1926-1941), the predecessor of the US Army Air Forces (1941-1947), and later renamed US Air Force (1947 – present days). The Longines Type A-7 Avigation was designed for aircraft navigation, “Aerial Navigation”, from which derives the name “Avigation”.
The Longines Avigation Type A-7 watches were immediately recognizable with their monopusher chronograph architecture, with the crown/pusher at 2 o’clock and their case/dial shifted 40 degrees – this odd angle was designed to make consulting the time easier without the pilot having to take his hands off the stick. These watches were massive with their 51mm diameter chrome-plated metal cases and were produced by Gallet, Meylan and, of course, Longines, with different dials – black Arabic numerals (as seen above, on the left) or with white dials and Art Deco numerals.
In 2012 Longines resuscitated this unique design with the first Longines A-7 Avigation, a monopusher chronograph with a shifted black dial and a 49mm steel case: a collector’s piece with no concession to ergonomics. In 2016, the brand also revived the white dial model with a 41mm case, as seen here.
The 2020 Black dial Longines Avigation Watch Type A-7 1935
While the 2012 Longines Avigation Watch Type A-7 was certainly a very desirable piece, faithful to the proportions of the original 1935 model, its 49mm case did not make it the easiest watch on the wrist – to say the least. This year, Longines brings back this signature design in a more reasonable package, just like the white dial model, with a classic black dial and Arabic numerals.
The rounded, fully polished case of the 2020 Avigation Watch Type A-7 is now a far more wearable 41mm diameter with elongated lugs – about 49mm lug-to-lug. While smaller, the design retains all the desired elements, meaning thin lugs that seem welded on to the case of a pocket watch and an onion crown positioned at 2 o’clock with the chronograph pusher integrated into it. The watch is worn on a brown alligator strap – but I can easily see it on something more rugged.
The main attraction of the Avigation Watch Type A-7 has always been its 40-degree shifted display and the new model respects this feature. If this appears strange at first, the alignment of the two counters and the crown provide visual balance and give the watch a lot of personality. The dial is now matte black with white tracks and printed Arabic numerals executed in cream-coloured Super-LumiNova. The cathedral hands are not entirely faithful to the original model but still work well in this 1930s context. The presence of a date complication is always debatable.
Under the solid stainless steel caseback with an Avigation logo is a proprietary movement for Longines, produced by ETA. The calibre L788.2 (or ETA A08.L11) is a deep evolution of the Valjoux architecture, modified to be a monopusher chronograph actuated by a column wheel. This automatic movement runs at a 4Hz frequency and boasts a comfortable 54h power reserve.
The Longines Avigation Watch Type A-7 1935 (ref. L2.812.4.53.2) will soon be available from retailers and priced at EUR 3,280.

Now, speculation for the bottom table:
Nott: rogues get ASIs at both L10 and L12, because they’re quick studies. I think bumping up intelligence would be useful for spell save DC reasons - phantasmal force and tasha’s hideous laughter have both been pretty clutch at various points. As for feats, sharpshooter could be pretty lethal - given that she’s often rolling in the high 20s to hit anyway, the -5 penalty for +10 damage that we saw Percy use would be fantastic for Nott. In addition, at L10 she learns a new cantrip (she’s gone mostly for saving throw/utility spells which I suppose makes sense given how ridiculous rogue damage is), at L11 and 12 she learns new spells (still no higher than 2nd level), and at L11 she also gets reliable talent, AKA “I rolled a 2 for stealth, so it’s a 23″.
The Clerics: At L10 they get divine intervention, which has a low probability of success but is super cool when it happens and the risk associated is low. They also get an extra cantrip; Guidance seems likely for at least one of them (probably Jester). At L11 they get 6th level spells; as clerics they prepare spells daily so no need to choose but of particular interest: Find the Path which makes land travel much easier; Heroes’ Feast, which we know from C1; Word of Recall, which they could use to designate the shrines at the Xhorhaus (for example) as a sanctuary to their respective deities and therefore be able to teleport back to it (note: this only works for up to 6 creatures including the caster, so both Jester and Caduceus would have to plan for it if the full party is present); and Heal (70 HP back instantly). They also can now destroy challenge rating 2 undead. Finally, at L12 they get an ASI/feat like everyone else. I don’t think Jester has war caster yet and that would be helpful, but I also like the idea of actor for her given how often she tries to trick people. Meanwhile, I’m not sure what Caduceus would take but I kind of like observant in that it will bump his passive perception into absolutely ridiculous levels.
Yasha: At L10 she gets a battle cry ability that inspires her allies for a round, giving them advantage on both attacks and saving throws. This will be pretty rough if they encounter her while she’s still under fiendish control, but fantastic when they win her back. At L11, she gets relentless rage - if she drops to 0 HP while raging, she can make a CON save and drop to 1 HP instead (and keep doing it with increasing DCs on the save, to be reset to the initial 10 DC upon a rest). Finally, at L12 she gets a 5th rage per day and an ASI, which would probably be best served by bumping her strength up to 18 (thus increasing her attacks, athletics, etc by +1) and her dex up to 16 (thus increasing her AC and saving throw abilities by +1). She could also choose to put the ASI points into constitution which would also improve her AC by 1 and would jack up her HP even more; my choice would be strength and dex because of their versatility and because they’re at a level where unless you’re in full plate armor or a monk or something, chances are most creatures will hit you, so it’s better to improve your chance of making a saving throw and getting in a hit yourself; Yasha hasn’t gotten knocked out since she was like, level 5, so she’s not hurting for HP.
