George: "no" <- can't say yes because if he does it would be obvious that he means it in a deeply romantic way

Skeppy: "Do you love me?"

Bad: "Yes!" <- says "I love you" to all his friends so this could mean anything and he knows it, he's evil

odasaku lives au in which dazai manages to convince oda not to walk to his death and they both decide to run away from the mafia together. dazai also decides to kidnap chuuya because "I need my dog with me, of course", and he doesn't know how to tell him he wants chuuya with him.

oda just sighs deeply, because he knows he is going to spend his life looking after those two.

yet, as he looks upon chuuya and dazai, two of the most feared people, curled against each other, chuuya's mouth open wide and slightly snoring and dazai's head holding the other's shirt tightly, he can't help but think he is glad he is alive, after all.

he lays his tan coat over the two boys and smiles.

I'VE NOTICED A THING.

I'm good at and it's easy for me to just describe a situation, paint you a picture of who does what and how they look doing it. You can read the sexual tension into that picture yourself you don't need me to tell you that they're about to play tongue wrestling or smth.

It's only when emotions of the people get mixed into that shit that I'm sitting here like 'I hate everything and everyone including myself this is pain why am I doing this to myself but I really want to'

This just kinda came to me randomly at work. Anyway. I'm sure I can work with that.

Though I'll still continue 'that one storyTM' from Durges PoV including my lovely little train wreck struggling, though I may just leave a tad more open for interpretation. I've written some bits from a different perspective anyway for max pain, so I might use similiar approaches more.

Please let this be my breakthrough, please I'm fucking begging, I want to fix this mess I've left behind. Also thank you dear reader who commented on an old piece, cuz this may or may not have sparked my thoughts to spiral into that direction and reread that fic.

i love fanfics where karkat is so utterly drawn to helping literally any and all of the strilondes bc he feels like he just has to, it means the world to me. he thinks they’re so so so tragic and like just needs to fix their problems however he can (even at his own detriment) because above all he cares about people and the strilondes (to me at least) all need to feel cared for even if they pretend they don’t like it so they can just not acknowledge that vulnerability; as much as i love davekat (at least in fic i haven’t read the epilogues) i really do enjoh just watching all of the platonic relationships he has with dave and dirk and rose and (though seemingly rare) roxy, it’s so good

#especially if they’re put into situations where they need help to get out bc they can’t do it on their own for whatever reason #maybe this is telling about my inner workings but i LOVE an emotionally constipated jackass being cornered into accepting help from someone #esp when that person whos helping has no ulterior motives just pure care and goodwill its so good

It’s not often this happens, as Red isn’t as capable of keeping in his aggressions as he pretends to be, but sometimes Blue might be feeling particularly violent when Red is trying to be civil. (Usually the fault of his sponsors, and he doesnt have a healthy outlet.)

When this happens he tries to disarm him first, or at least keep his hands locked together so he cant reach for anything to bludgeon/stab him with. Blue will start thrashing and yelling at him, but he just has to be patient and keep still and or sit down just holding him.

Once he’s calm, they’ll just go back to talking, and or, hashing it out with actual warfare (rip).
