Sonetto during Green Lake pt 2

Sonetto thinks cats are adorable and brings one in for one of Jessica's lessons. Idk where she got it. It makes you wonder if Vertin is a kitty to Sonetto, the same way Pupnetto is puppy to Vertin.

Sonetto is a patient tutor who looks for flexible ways to teach according to her students' learning style. She she is serious, but she isn't as rigid and stern as the Foundation. I love this because imagine if someone like Sonetto was the one teaching Vertin and the others? Maybe she would have paid more attention in class.

She gets caught off guard by Jessica’s hugs, but always accepts them with a thank you.

Sonetto believes Jessica is a person who learns about new objects through associating things with things is familiar with (she's right. There are examples of this sprinkled throughout this event and Nightmare at Green Lake). This shows she is actively paying attention to her students' needs.

Sonetto raises tangible cognition. My first thought was that makes sense considering she dealt with a tactile person like Vertin since they were kids.

Jessica wrote a poem for Sonetto. It's silly but Sonetto is very proud and moved by it. Puppy is so soft. Now we have two puppies!

26.03.2024

• I had higher expectations for the exam I wrote today. I wasn’t 100% prepared but I was solid. But the paper didn’t agree with that at all. All the questions were so…. An hour in and I was ready to walk out.

• Post exam was spent sitting in the sun with some friends and complaining and trying to at least be glad it was over. We all put flowers in our phone cases and seeing the center squashed is bugging me so bad. I just didn’t want to be the only one that threw my flower away💀.

• The rest of the day was spent napping and mindlessly scrolling. I want to start planning and prepping for the new semester while I’m still motivated from possibly failing that exam. I’m kind of excited though.

• My friend is throwing a beach themed birthday party and she’s very serious about it, so I have to find something to wear that fits the theme. I haven’t gone to a beach in over 10 years.

Does anybody else get embarrassed around professors if you do badly on their exam?💀 I can’t imagine having to face my professor again after I wrote on that paper. Ugh.
