ok, so hotel's new design just SLAYS, so lets take a look at the ✨ details✨

first of all, THE STATUE in memory of Dazzle😭 Im crying. and an apple! ofc

so the main point - I see characters' features in this new design and I just think its badass

these kinda remind me of the webs, I think they stand for Angel

these kinda look like Sir Pentious' eyes? If so, its so cool they made a hotel feature based on him in his memory❤️

next!

THESE are Husk's card emblems ofc and I guess Angel's thingys? Like xoxo or smth kinda like how they're on a parallel👀

these may be Mimzy's notes? or just a pretty feature, they're all singing there after all

these ones are Lucifer's circus themed carousels (there were shown some little carnival thingys in his and Charlie's song so ig they might be his)

THESE are Alastor's and I hope Lucifer's towers. look at them. right at the opposite sides. "I hate you but I still wanna support our daughter". they gonna yell at each other from the different ends of the corridor

and Keekee is staring right into your soul

Something I noticed in "Dad Beat Dad"

When Vaggie gets everyone to get the hotel ready for Lucifer's arrival, Alastor just stands there watching with a scowl on his face

Alastor is immediately hostial the second he sees him

Alastor seems to dislike Lucifer because he sees him as a deadbeat, whereas Alastor sees himself as Charlie's found family.

During the song, Lucifer says, "I started this"

To which Alastor responds, "I'm singing it, I'll finish it!"

Sort of implying that Lucifer may have started raising Charlie, but Alastor is raising her now at intends to finish doing so!

Just a cool detail I noticed

As much as I loved the finale, there is one tiny little nitpick that I have with it, and that's how it handled Dazzle's death.

The issue wasn't that he died as much as the death itself wasn't given the focus it deserved. Dazzle was a huge part of Charlie AND Lucifer's life, so it's a bit of a bummer that we couldn't get a scene of them mourning/grieving for him (or a scene of Razzle mourning him, for that matter!). Like, couldn't we even have a brief scene of Charlie shedding a tear for him before she began the final song?

I absolutely love how they made a statue in his honour, but it's still a downer that it was only shown so briefly in the two scenes it was shown in.

Again, it was a NEAR-FLAWLESS finale, but this was just one little thing that I wish they could've done differently.

P.S. If it's not an issue for you, that's perfectly okay. I'm just sharing my own thoughts on the matter.

Oh my, Lucifer loves them so much. As far as I know they are his creation. And since they have full dragon form and are Charlie's protectors, they will soon have to protect her.

Razzle and Dazzle must have been created by Lucifer with Charlie's safety in mind, given she is protected from the extermination (the pardon lute mentioned in episode 1)

"You taking care of my wittle gurrl? You better be." - episode 5

When Lute took out (Dazzle? The darker red dragon?) that must have alerted Lucifer that Charlie was in danger, who had been given pardon, not be killed during the extermination - giving him full permission to get involved.

It seems Adam can't stop crossing lines - first blowing the secret of the extermination to heaven, then fighting with Charlie Morningstar. Seems that going after Charlie, killing the 'sacrificial lamb' (Drazzle?), was enough to permit Lucifer to join the fight. Otherwise, I'm sure he would have been there sooner <3
