HMMMM. this is a relatively popular headcanon, i think, but i really do not agree when people draw cartman greasy and ugly!! as a teen/adult, i mean. those liane genes are strong and while he doesn't take care of the rest of himself he does go heavy on the cosmetics. washing his hair a lot and covering up his blemishes and all that. and most importantly he is very naturally pretty with big brown eyes and long eyelashes and a relatively clear face. and he likes to look nice!
