I think one of the many things I liked about the OG Powerpuff Girls (1998) was mainly in one of the scenes in the intro where they beat up the Townsville villains, there was a close-up moving frame of Buttercup kicking Him in the mouth and they showed actual gore.

Yeah, it must've shocked you that CN showed blood here. Though, in the new intro of the 2015 Powerpuff Girls reboot, they changed it where they showed no gore sadly :(

so as currently stated I just finished binge-watching Invincible (which I really love oh my gosh) and I'm all caught up, but I was beating myself up about ONCE AGAIN having another smart, red-headed heroine who likes pink and wants to do good in the world as a favorite character in a series (Atom Eve, seriously, I love her so much)

then I end up watching her special episode and get to this part
