cake is done and frosted! its lemon-poppyseed, gluten and dairy free :) she's a bit messy (maybe rustic? i like rustic better) but very cute for a first cake

i tripled the frosting recipe and it worked great! also, vanilla extract would work really well instead of almond! used a vegan butter spread (photo below) and it worked the just same as regular butter, and water in place of milk
