dear diary,

i just feel like i’ve gotten so much worse these past few days like everything is irritating me. i have this impending feeling that I’m just going to snap. it's like those two second clips that replay in my head of me doing absolutely insane things just to express how i'm feeling are quite literally consuming my thoughts.

i know i’m not supposed to ruminate on how i feel or look up my symptoms or even talk about it like i want to to other people but it just feels like completely too much. i feel like it gets really bad when it gets around this time, like somehow my anxiety is connected to nighttime.

my highs are really high and my lows are extremely low. i can’t bring myself to write and i’m not finding joy in the things that i like. it’s extremely crazy because i literally want to smile right now but i’m so irritated or at least i was two seconds ago but now i feel silly or like i want to cry? i don’t know i’m so confused and i just want it all to stop.

i have too much on my shoulders and it's really dragging me down. it shouldn't even be like this for real but these are the cards i was dealt. it's not fair. i don't know what else to say to be honest, other than the fact that my head hurts really bad and i have no idea where my medicine is.

ok. that is all for today. it's time for me to do my skincare and watch my silly little cartoons until i fall asleep. i hope that everyone who reads this is doing well.

Have you ever felt Poseidon’s shackles? Wonder Woman’s Lasso of Truth couldn’t hold a candle to the weight of the reins of the god of the sea. I reach for the links that drag me into the deep, feeling my anxiety peak as I discover there’s no purchase to grasp. In a spirited stupor I raise my fists to the sky & a hollow bellow shudders from my lips. Bottomless waves of emotion cascade through my vessel as I peer with pleading eyes into a sparkling celestial sphere. Dead stars glisten visceral codes of light into my shimmering eye & the Evening Star’s twinkling mocks a mad cackle in the twilight; its brilliance burning the crumbling infrastructure of these mortal instruments. This reactionary decay collapsing worlds I once knew…In this very moment there is no past, there is no future. The swords of my liberation sprout from the earth as shining sentinels, awaiting a bolt of insight to show me the edge of my deliverance from shackles unseen. Deliverance from a botched emulation of a minds immaculate conception. Salted pearls drip into my womb of woe, the Mother cradling and celebrating an unborn Sun. My golden core splits and my yolk spills into the darkness. The veil dissolves, the Mother weeps with joy, the Father makes way & the Golden Child expels shadows with shades of grey.
