A hot mug of tea steeped with fresh ginger, a spoonful of honey, the juice of an entire lemon and a healthy dose of love and affection.
If this doesn't heal Kim's cold and soothe his sore throat, then nothing will. Chay is convinced of that.
Once the tea has cooled down enough for Kim to drink without burning himself, Chay makes his way with it into their bedroom where he finds his boyfriend bundled up under a swathe of blankets and pillows, looking miserable.
Kim is many wonderful things, but a good patient is not one of them. Chay once read something on the internet about "man flu" and nothing has resonated so much with how he feels about his boyfriend in this moment.
Chay sits down on the side of the bed, cooing as he moves the blankets aside to reveal Kim's sweaty, sulky face. "Darling I brought you tea. Sit up so you can drink it. It'll help with your throat."
Kim sniffles, coughs once and groans loudly as he moves to sit against the headboard. Chay resists the urge to roll his eyes at the dramatics.
In all fairness to Kim though, getting sick has ruined the Halloween plans they'd been organising and preparing for for the past two months. Chay has been getting really into sewing this year and he'd made both their costumes from scratch. It was a shame they weren't going to be able to wear them to the party this evening.
Luckily for WiK's official pages, last week they'd done a little photoshoot in the corner of the apartment set up for livestreams. Kim was too sick to want to even look at his phone, so Chay had scheduled them for posting on his behalf. They'd be going up in a couple of hours.
Kim looks at him pathetically as he sips his tea, puppy dog eyes at full force. Chay smiles at him fondly, moving to grab the damp towel from the bedside so he can dab at the sweat on Kim's face.
"You shouldn't get too close," Kim says lowly, voice horse.
"It's okay, I never get sick." Chay's smile widens "and I don't think you're in much of a state to care for yourself right now, Phi."
Kim gives him his most pathetic look and Chay laughs lightly. "We didn't get to wear your costumes…" Kim looks so mourneful that Chay can't help but lean over to kiss his forehead. His temperature actually seems like it might be going down, Chay notes before he pulls back fully. Thank God.
"We can wear them again next year, Phi. It'll be good actually, because I'll get a chance to do that embroidery on the shoulders of your jacket that I ran out of time for."
Kim sighs, pouting as he hands Chay back the empty mug. He slides himself down awkwardly and rearranges himself until he's once again fully submerged in blankets, only his face peaking out.
He gives Chay another cute, pathetic look."Lie down with me?"
Smiling fondly, Chay moves to the other side of the bed, taking the towel with him. He lies on top of the covers and reaches over to brush Kim's fringe back gently, tracing his fingers down the sides of his face. "Go to sleep, Phi, I'll take care of you."
Kim grumbles out something unintelligible, shuffles closer to Chay's side and closes his eyes.
He looks a bit like a sleeping cat, Chay thinks fondly. Maybe he'll alter Kim's costume for next year, make it more feline. He'd look cute with two little ears.

Send "Nude Model" for My Muse to pose naked for Your Muse
Even though Asmodeus loved the attention, it has been quite a while since he did some photoshooting, especially nude modeling. Usually people can’t pay enough to make him pose naked, but for Phisaya he would do it for free.
The sin walked inside the room, wearing nothing but a large purple robe covering his body, tied on his waist. The studio was all ready, dozens of cameras around a small stage with lights focusing on the center of it.
“How have the tables turned right, Phi?” The sin took a few steps forward, heading towards the center of the stage and sitting on it, crossing his legs and letting the robe show a bit of his chest now. “Now I’m the one on the other side of the camera. It has been a while huh?”
Asmodeus took his robe off, revealing his body completely rid of any clothing, he leaned back, letting his body be supported by his elbow as he posed, laying on his side trying to show more of his chest.
“Let’s make sure this magazine of yours get some nice pictures, shall we?”

Ophelia Nigmos - The Gift
It was a regular day off at Bentley 8 household for Johnny, Ripp, and Ophelia. Meanwhile, another Bentley 8 members were on their jobs. Angela on her modeling photoshoot, Dirk on his residency at the hospital, Dustin on his filming projects, Puck on his orchestral duty, and Lilith was meeting Lola Belle, their record label boss.
Suddenly, Johnny heard something collapse in the living room.
Johnny chased that sound.
Turns out it was Ophelia who collapsed after she took a book from the shelf.
“Oh My God! Phi!”
Johnny tried to wake Ophelia up, but she didn’t respond at all.
“HELP! RIPP! RIPP! COME HERE!”
“What’s wro... Fuck! What happened to her!? Should we call 911?”
Johnny kneeled and touched Ophelia’s forehead.
“I don’t think so. It’s just a fever, I guess.”
“But how do we know if it’s something more serious?”
“Trust me, my mom is a nurse. Now we have to carry her to my bed.”
“Geez, her temperature is so high.” Said Johnny.
“Is she’ll be alright?” Ripp almost cried.
“Don’t be a baby, Ripp. We should call Dirk home,”
“I’ve already told everyone on the group chat. They will come home soon.”
“I guess she’s exhausted because of our band tours, plus I’ve seen her already coughing since three days ago.”
“Damn, I hope she will be fine. It’s her birthday tomorrow.”
Then, the rest of Bentley 8 members arrived home one by one. Dirk examined Ophelia, and Johnny was right. It was a fever because she was exhausted. Johnny stayed by her side through the night and he woke up because Ophelia was delirious.
Finally, in the morning, Ophelia woke up from her sleep and cried. Johnny hugged her immediately.
“The ghosts are still haunting me in my dreams, John. Looks like they became earthbound spirits who holds grudge against my aunt. And I dreamed about Nervous too,”
“Do you mean your cousin?”
“Yes. I had a nightmare about him being tortured by The Beakers. How cruel they were to him, and he became the test subject for two devils dressed as a scientist couple for their unethical experiments. I can’t imagine what he went through. It must be hell on earth for him. I miss him, Johnny. He’s my only family.”
“Hey, hey. Your family is not only Nervous, Phi. But also us. Bentley 8 is our family, and don’t forget about me and Ripp who accompanied you since high school. Remember, it’s your birthday today. You should be happy.”
“Thanks, guys. I can’t go through this without you. I love you, Johnathan. I love you, Rippert.”
“You’re welcome, Phi. We love you too. Happy Birthday.” Said Ripp and Johnny at once.
Johnny kissed Ophelia’s left cheek as she embraced Johnny and Ripp at the same time.
“Happy Birthday, Ophelia. Don’t cry, you still have us as your family.” Said Angela.
Lilith hugged Ophelia and Angela.
“Happiest B’Day, Phi. Don’t be a crybaby. Because we are the Bentley 8 Girls who are supposed to be tough bitches, right? Who will become the mediator between me and Angela when we fight if you’re sick?” Said Lilith.
“I don’t know what to say, Angie and Lil. I couldn’t thank you enough you are here.”
“Stop crying, Phi. Your smile is one thousand times more worthy than your tears. Happy Birthday.”
“Thanks, Puck. You’re so adorable.”
“I will give you some medications to treat your fever and overcome your nightmare after this, Phi. Happy Birthday to you.”
“Thanks, Doctor Dirk.”
“Ophelia, I’m sorry because I’m the one who hid your clothes when you skinny-dipped one week ago. But I hope you’ll forgive me for that. Happy Birthday.”
“I can forgive, but not forget, Dustin. After all these years, you’re still such an ass. But thanks anyway.”
The next day.
Ophelia came to the Strangetown mental hospital, accompanied by Dirk who’s a psychiatric resident.
“Nice to meet you again, Nervous.”
Nervous didn’t answer her. He was staring at nowhere.
“Nervous just took another ECT for psychiatric treatment, because he was unresponsive to regular medications due to severe trauma that Loki and Circe Beaker did to him.”
“I resent them for that, and I hope they rot in hell. It’s been 5 years since Aunt Olive killed them both for what they did to Nervous. Ironically, she died one year after that and Nervous lost his sanity. I guess Aunt Olive is not in heaven as well because she murdered many people, but I wish all the best for her. So, Nervous is can’t be cured, huh?”
“Don’t worry, Ophelia. Nervous will be fine. He’s safe and sound now. We will do anything to cure his schizoaffective disorder. All you need to do is to be patient and keep paying his hospital bills until he recovers from his illness and trauma. But it’s not going to be an easy task because you guys are living in different cities, plus our schedules as a band make it difficult for you both to meet up.”
“Of course, I will pay everything to keep him healthy and stable, because I have more money now thanks to being a Bentley 8 member with you too, Dirk. And although I can’t be with him every day, I’ll always visit him occasionally, especially when he needs me.”
“Yes. And he also has a frequent visitor named Pascal.”
“do you mean Pascal Curious? Johnny’s uncle?”
“I guess so. He promised me that he will be the caregiver of Nervous.”
Time went by until the visiting hour for Nervous was over for that day.
“You’ve been suffering for too long, Nervous. You deserve happiness with Pascal. I’m sorry, I have to go home. But remember, I will always be by your side despite our distance. My poor cousin who became my adopted brother, I will do everything to make you happy.
Just to be with you, is already a gift to me.
Just to be with Johnny, Ripp, and another Bentley 8 members on my birthday, is having the best day of my life. And I’m forever grateful for that.”

What are your thoughts on next episode of Lovely Writer?
My thoughts? Well, one thing I’m really happy about is that Episode 6 will likely wrap up the entire Nubsib is Gene’s childhood friend reveal because they already showed it in the promo. That means it isn’t the climax or the big cliffhanger of the episode.
Based on the book, Episode 6 will likely be chapters 14-16.
Gene goes to the photoshoot with Sib, which we briefly saw in the promo. He goes to get a coffee and Tum warns him not to leave too long or Nubsib will worry.
Gene bumps into Mhok while he’s at the cafe getting coffee, and he offers to pay.
Mhok sits with Gene and tells him he’s a 3rd year at university, and tells him that he was urged to audition for the show by his friend who is a BL fangirl. He asks Gene to sign his novel the next time he brings the book to set, and Gene agrees.
Nubsib interrupts them and tells Mhok to get back to set. Then he tells Gene to be careful who he talks to, because it’s dangerous. Gene is confused but Nubsib doesn’t elaborate.
Tum, Nubsib, and Gene go to get sushi after the shoot. When they go home Gene tells Nubsib that he’s going home for 2-3 days.
Gene heads home and brings some cake for his Mom. They chat a bit and his Dad and his brother Jap come home around 6pm.
Gene is a bit anxious because his Dad was totally silent in the past when he told them that his BL novel was being adapted to a series.
After eating with his family, Gene drops some more cakes off at the neighbors and then retires to bed. He posts a selfie from bed on IG, and Nubsib comments “Cute” which makes a bunch of fangirls go wild in the replies. (This will likely be changed since they added Tum telling Nubsib and Gene to be careful on social media, in the show).
Nubsib texts Gene on LINE and tells him he misses him, and then tells him not to post too many pictures online because he’s possessive. They text until Gene falls asleep.
The next morning Gene goes to visit Auntie Orn aka Nubsib’s mother and Gene’s neighbor. She has one of the three biggest houses in their neighborhood. Gene remembers swimming in their pool all the time, and being close to their youngest son (Nubsib) before Gene was sent to live in a dorm during highschool and Nubsib was sent to study abroad.
Gene greets Auntie Orn who pinches his cheeks because she always loved him (even a little bit more than Sib). While in their house Gene spots a picture of Auntie Orn and her husband with their two sons. He recognizes Nubsib but thinks that maybe Auntie Orn is a fangirl of his. But nope, she confirms that that’s Nubsib, her youngest son. Gene realizes everything.
Auntie Orn tells Gene that Sib came back from study abroad a year ago, and he’s currently living in the city to work as an actor, but when he comes home they’ll definitely be able to meet again. She also tells him that Nubsib is using a different surname because her husband doesn’t want their family name (and the family business) involved in show business, but he supports Nubsib making money as an actor. Nubsib and his brother are meant to take over the family business when they’re older, which is why he has a stage name.
Gene drives home and is furious and upset. When he arrives home he immediately tells Nubsib to pack his things tonight and get out of his place tomorrow. He tells Nubsib that his family has hundreds of condos all over the city so he doesn’t need to live with him. Nubsib realizes that Gene knows.
Gene asks Nubsib point-blank if he knows who he is and Nubsib says he knew. Gene says he’d punch him if he wasn’t Auntie Orn’s son. Nubsib says Gene can punch him as long as he listens to him.
Gene is so upset he starts biting his lips and Nubsib tries to make him stop. Gene says he doesn’t want to hear anything and he doesn’t want Nubsib to treat him like he’s stupid anymore.
Nubsib says he never thought Gene was stupid. Gene demands that he leaves and threatens to call security to drag him out, but he doesn’t have the stomach to do such a thing.
Gene packs his things and goes to his suburban house. He cuts off all communication and only calls his Mom to tell her where he is.
While he’s sitting outside, he sees a random dog that he starts petting. And then he sees Nubsib standing in front of him.
Nubsib immediately grabs Gene and says he misses him so much. Gene asks how the hell he got there and Nubsib says he called Gene’s Mom and asked where he was.
Nubsib looks tired from missing Gene, just like Gene does. Neither have slept.
Nubsib blurts out that he likes Gene, but not only like. He loves him and he wants to make him his. He wants to be the only person who hugs Gene.
Gene asks how he could have loved him for so long, and how a kid can even feel something like that, and Nubsib says what he likes, he really likes.
Gene asks why he lied about having a condo and a car, and Nubsib says it’s because he always wants to be with Gene.
Nubsib asks Gene if Gene would have allowed him to stay with him if he had been honest from the start, and Gene says if he’d been honest he would have let Nubsib live in his condo for the rest of his life.
Nubsib counteracts that Gene would have still seen him as a little brother, and Gene can’t deny that.
Gene says he’ll let Nubsib prove his love for him, but if he tricks him again he’ll hit him. He also tells Nubsib to stop pretending to be a good boy in front of him.
They do the whole “I just pet a dog, so right now you’re kissing a dog” “Well then, let’s kiss a dog together” bit, and kiss.
Nubsib and Gene makeout for a while then they go inside and order some food. Nubsib goes to shower and Gene is shy and annoyed cause he uses Gene’s towel.
Gene goes to write and Nubsib retires to bed. Gene is too embarrassed to get into bed with Nubsib so he sleeps on the couch.
Nubsib dreams of their childhood days, and then wakes up realizing Gene isn’t in bed.
We get the famous princess carry from the trailer where Nubsib carries Gene off the couch and takes him to bed. He remembers the magical day~ he met Gene when he was 6 years old while he holds him.
Nubsib calls Tum who asks if Gene is still furious at Sib and at him (because Tum is the one who brought Nubsib to Gene’s place).
Tum yells at Nubsib and Nubsib says that all Tum has to know is that he loves Gene. Tum is shocked that Nubsib has loved Gene for this long. He tells Sib to take care of Gene, and then hangs up.
Gene wakes up and they go to get food. Gene thinks Nubsib’s Aston Martin Vantage looks ridiculous in their small town flea market.
Gene asks the shopkeeper to get noodles for him and his Nong and Nubsib is offended because he’d prefer for Gene to call him “husband”.
Nubsib says that if Gene calls him Nong again, he’ll punish him with a kiss.
Nubsib tells the shopkeeper that him and Gene aren’t Phi-Nong, they’re Husband-Wife (Phua-Mia) and Gene tells Nubsib that’s wrong and he’ll stab him with his chopsticks. Nubsib says it’s not wrong because they’re going to become that.
They go back to the house and end up in bed. Gene tells Nubsib that if he tries something he’ll tell Auntie Orn on him.
They end up talking about their childhood. Nubsib says he remembers Gene wanting to live in his house and, wanting to be his bride.
Nubsib asks Gene if he can kiss him, and thinks that having Gene finally under him feels like a dream.
