phil spector is so interesting but it's like. he WANTED to be interesting. his goal was to stand out and be the best and have everyone suck his dick all day long. and you don't wanna do that, because he's phil spector and he was the worst guy to ever live. but at the same time he did it. he made the best pop music in the world and everyone loved it and loved him and called him a genius and sucked his dick all day long. the story's already happened, and he won, so there's hardly much point in fighting it now. you just gotta admit it. he lived an interesting life and, like all the best disasters, it's hard not to stare, even after it's over.
