PJO Mortal AU (Solangelo-centric)

The Olympia Family

(AKA the family with so much chaos and drama, they would have made an even more popular reality TV show than Keeping Up with the Kardashians)

Thalia Grace - 24

An ambassador of the Artemis Foundation

Badass

Won't hesitate to throw hands at anyone who messes with her family.

Very protective of her little brother and cousins.

Not afraid to speak her mind and fight for what she thinks is right.

Has a kind of love-hate relationship with her stepmother Hera. While Thalia respects and acknowledges Hera as her stepmother, she is a free spirit, and hates being chained down by the old-fashioned rules Hera imposes.

Briefly dated Luke Castellan for 2 years, but broke up due to reasons. The break up was mutual and Luke still remains as one of Thalia's closest friends.

Deadly with a bow and arrow (she'd be hunting down hunters like they hunt animals for living if it weren't for the fact that murder is unfortunately illegal).

Jason Grace - 19

Sophomore at Uni (double majors in Management and Aerodynamic Engineering)

Flight school graduate

Heir to Jupiter Airlines (given that his father doesn't plan to retire anytime soon, Jason is considering becoming a pilot in the meantime)

Hera's favourite child since he actually follows her rules (He bends them slightly every now and then, but she doesn't need to know that).

Regular at the Manhattan Chess Club

Has an intense rivalry with his older cousin Percy that's been going on for like 10 years now... (his life goal is to beat Percy. They're currently at a stalemate of 3795 wins each.)

Very protective of Nico. He almost had an aneurysm when he heard that grumpy, little stay-away-or-I’ll-death-glare-you Nico had a boyfriend. A boyfriend.

Has a best friend Leo Valdez who is an engineer student with an eccentric personality and is a mischievous menace. His childhood friend, Reyna Avila Ramirez-Arellano, is an athlete in javelin-throwing and currently resides in her hometown in San Juan, Puerto Rico, but they still keep in touch.

Dating Piper McLean, the 19-year-old founder of the Beautifully Imperfect Foundation

Zeus Olympia

Drama Queen TM

Favours Thalia more despite Jason being his heir and enables most of her rebellious antics, much to Hera's chagrin.

Can be rather childish and petty ("It's been 43 years, and I've long since given up on expecting him to change," Hades deadpanned.)

As the youngest child of the Olympia family and with his father on Death's doorstep, Zeus was given a lot of free reign, hence his playboy tendencies. He eventually did settle down with Hera Junos, the single daughter of one of the oldest families in Greece. Hera was fond of children but was unable to sire her own due to medical issues, which led to Zeus getting a mistress (with Hera's begrudged consent), Beryl Grace, the daughter of Hera's family chef. Beryl has always had a rather strange personality and an unhealthy obsession with alcohol. A few years after giving birth to Thalia and Jason Grace respectively, her liver gave way and she died before they could find a solution.

The kids call her ‘Aunt Ra’

Jason is her favourite child because he actually listens to her

Coming from both a high-class and old family, Hera was raised to be a perfect lady (a lady should not wear pants or speak out of turn etc. etc.) and has a rather old-fashioned way of thinking, enforcing strict rules in her household.

She still loves Thalia, but because the way Thalia acts goes against everything Hera was taught, her relationship with her stepdaughter is a bit strained. Hera now mostly lets Thalia do her own thing, but every now and then might still be a bit controlling. She's trying, okay?

Bianca di Angelo - 19

Sophomore at Uni (majors in Journalism and English Literature)

Works part-time at the Artemis Foundation

Generally quiet and shy, but has a tendency to fuss over small details.

Very responsible and possibly the only one with a brain cell among the cousins. (Proteus and Triton don’t even live in the same continent half of the time; Kym doesn't give a damn; Thesi is too nice to reprimand them; Ro‘s too busy fawning over her fiancé; Hero is more likely to fan the flames than quell them; Thalia, Jason, Percy and Nico are always either competing against each other or breaking the Internet with their antics again; Hazel is pretty innocent but has a slight vindictive streak so caution must be exercised; and Tyson and Estelle are innocent beans of sunshine that must be protected).

She can be bold when she wants to be, as well as reckless.

Has her father's habit of gesturing with her hands while talking and when she is on edge.

Ace

Nico di Angelo - 17

High school Senior

Heir to Pluto Corp.

Resident Emo in the family (“I'm not emo!” “Your only-dark-clothing phase says otherwise.” “It's not a phase, Persephone!” “Like father, like son.”)

Stubborn AF

Can't deal with all his overprotective sisters and cousins

Currently pining over William Solace ("Shut up!")

Avid gamer, plays digital games, card games (his childhood and to-this-day favourite is Myth-o-magic, which is one of the reasons he approves of Hazel's boyfriend, Frank) and all games in general (he visits the arcade monthly to make sure he's still 1st place in every game there)

Has a tendency to hold grudges and gestures with his hands while talking or when on edge, a habit he shares with his father and older sister.

Plays the violin (Persephone had introduced him to it, and he'd taken a liking to it)

Hazel Olympia (formerly Levesque) - 14

High school Freshman

Aspiring artist (she’s won thirty different art competitions locally in the span of three years and placed silver last year in the Chelsea International Fine Art Competition under an anonymous name because she wanted to win by her own merit rather than rely on the Olympia name. Hades plans to surprise her by giving her own exhibition hall for her next birthday.)

Regular at the Manhattan Riding Club

Has a bit of a vindictive streak in her that was probably born out of spite due to her upbringing

Exudes a powerful aura of passive aggressiveness, but is also incredibly kind and magnanimous

Has the ability is summon, manipulate and detect precious minerals, as well as the ability to place curses on them. (This knowledge is confidential and hidden from the public)

Loves her family with all her heart, and literally no one is more protective of Nico than she is

She was the first but also last person to know about Nico's boyfriend (First because she goes to the same school and is not dense, thank you very much, but technically last because she was the last person that Nico officially told since Will is terrified of her for some reason, something about her being 'the FINAL BOSS'; this amuses Hazel to no end).

Has a very cute crush on Frank Zhang, a HS Junior who’s an archer and animal lover (it’s mutual, by the way).

Hades Olympia

CEO of Pluto Corp., one of the largest companies in the mining industry.

#DONE with life and all the people in it, particularly his crazy family

Functions solely on his children, Persephone and caffeine, usually caffeine because the other two are often the cause of his high blood pressure

Broods a lot (”I don’t brood.” “Yes, you do.”)

Deadpan 200% of the time and takes no shit

Loves all his children equally and definitely does not have a favourite (it’s Hazel, in case you’re wondering)

As the eldest son of the three brothers, Hades was betrothed and wed to his childhood best friend Persephone Terrafield by their fathers in an attempt at a business partnership (Spoiler Alert: It didn’t work out in end). Admittedly, Hades and Persephone did have a small infatuation with each other when they were younger, but it never grew into anything serious, and as they grew older he saw her as more of a sibling than a lover and vice versa. After the inevitable death of his father, Hades and Persephone divorced but literally nothing in their relationship changed since they’d never loved each other romantically in the first place. When Hades decided to court their mutual friend, Italian diplomat Maria di Angelo, Persephone supported both of them wholeheartedly. In the span of the seventeen years they were together, Maria gave Hades two beautiful children, Bianca and Nico. Unfortunately, Maria passed away after being on life support for two years in result of a plane crash when Nico was 6.

In the two years when Maria was hospitalized, Hades was so desperate to find his beloved a cure that he sought out a witch doctor that was rumoured to be in New Orleans. Marie Levesque, the aforementioned witch, was a greedy, manipulative person with a deluded and unstable mind, who drugged Hades and essentially raped him because she thought his spawn would have the perfect blood for experimenting magic on. She used magic to wipe his memory of the previous night’s events and handed him an ‘antidote’ that was actually just water dyed a milky white. After ten years, Marie finally revealed to Hades a 12-year-old Hazel, who looked miserable, was suffering from malnutrition, wounds, burns etc. and had a supernatural ability which Marie proudly said she had bestowed to her via dark magic. Hades was absolutely mortified, revolted and a bunch of other things. He filed a lawsuit against Marie, charging her for rape, child neglect, child abuse and human experimentation, as well as taking permanent custody over Hazel Levesque (now Hazel Olympia).

Persephone Terrafield

CEO of jewelry enterprise The Red Pomegranate which was a sub-branch of Pluto Corps. The enterprise has the highest production rate in the US.

Self-designated matchmaker for Hades (Hades always tells her she should focus on her own love life first, but he’s just an ungrateful brat)

Current life goal is to fulfill Maria di Angelo’s dying wish: help Hades find love again. (Mission status: still at Square 1 because Hades has some trust issues after the Levesque Incident)

The kids all call her ‘Aunt Seph’, but she loves the children as though they were her own

She and Hades often joke that they would totally still be married if they didn’t see each other as siblings and platonic soulmates and she hadn’t had her sexual awakening of being lesbian.

She lives with Hades and the children as she finds it too much of a hassle to move into her own place, not to mention lonely (with the kids at school and doing club activities, someone needs to make sure Hades gets exposure to the sun anyway).

Persephone is the daughter of an unnamed businessman and Demeter Terrafield, an agricultural revolutionist and healthy-cereal-obssessed woman.

Her mother and Hades have this sort of weird rivalry going on whenever Demeter visits; Demeter hates Hades because he hates healthy cereal, and apparently anyone who hates healthy cereal isn’t good enough to be hanging around her daughter, so she always replaces all his coffee with decaf and puts the healthiest cereal she can find on his bedside table every morning; in retaliation, Hades will deliberately eat the most sugary sweets he can find in front of her and locks her out of their personal greenhouse. (The glass walls are made of the strongest glass he could find and the door is locked by multiple manual and digital locks.)

Hestia Olympia

CEO of WarmHearth Interior Design Agency (WHIDA)

Everyone's favourite person, indefinitely

Has the infinite patience of a goddess

Gentle, kind, very wise, gives great advice

The kids call her ‘Aunt Tia’

Often fondly exasperated by her younger brothers' antics (because no, just because they’re grown men now does not mean they are going to stop their childhood feuds since despite their protests, they are all petty AF), but once she snaps, they all line up like toy soldiers and behave nicely.

Knits a lot. Most of her carpets, quilts, bags, scarves etc. are handmade.

She looks relatively innocent, but don't be fooled. There's a hidden arsonist in her that is always ready to come out when she's angry.

Hestia has a 'I'm not mad, just extremely disappointed and upset' Mom Look that has sent people bawling their eyes out and begging for her forgiveness with just one glance

She is the oldest of the Olympia siblings, but as a child had a frail and weak body. Kronos wanted to get rid of her since she was 'useless and couldn't be wed off', but Rhea, their mother, begged and pleaded Kronos to let her live. For some unknown reason, Kronos complied.

Her brothers are all very protective of her

Their face off on the mountain was one of grief and rage and betrayal on both sides, it was one of love

Thalia took the betrayal of the one she loved personally, took the attack on their little sister personally

Luke knew she would never forgive him when she pushed him off the edge, and his path was cemented

Thalia was glad she didn't have to see him die, despite everything she loved him, and she was glad he'd seen the truth in the end

My Opinion on Riordanverse Ships: PART TWO [the sorta but not really canon]

PERACHEL: So, here's a hot take. THEY'RE NOT THAT BAD. Their personalities are pretty similar. I feel like their sense of humor goes well together. I also feel like Rachel could've been Percy's relief from demigod life. Of course, I don't think that she was such a tie to the mortal world that he saw her in the Styx, but🤷‍♀️. They're good friends too. And besides, pecabeth exists. Solid 5/10

Rating PJO Ships

I already made the PJO shipping jar meme (not linking because tumblr hates links) but thought I’d write it out anyway.

Solangelo - (5/10) Will is Nico’s unnecessary rebound because Rick couldn’t let someone walk around with a crush on Percy without pairing them off with someone or making them live a life of chastity. The fandom went wild with this ship despite all of their “development” being off the page. Would be better if the building attraction and relationship was given actual page time to develop instead of being rushed.

Frazel - (10/10) My only complaint is that we didn’t get more of them being the awesome couple they are. The way they went from friends to lovers is perfect. Looks cute but can kick your ass. Very supportive of each other. I am here for biracial power couples.

Lukercy - (10/10) There are literally dozens of parallels between them and Rick wrote them as soulmates. I love that Luke trained Percy so hard that Percy’s never lost a sword fight except to Luke himself and still hears Luke’s voice in his head guiding him through fights. The subtle ways that Luke constantly gave Percy (and Co) chances to escape from Kronos’ grasp even when he still believed in Kronos was golden. Luke was the only person who was kind to Percy at Camp Half-Blood and trusted Percy to help other demigods when he died? My heart. How Percy now shares all of Luke’s views on the Olympians? Bittersweet irony. I wish that Luke hadn’t died because I’m tired of writing resurrection AUs.

Percico - (10/10) The most powerful power couple. Nico’s youthful hero worship giving way to love? Sign me up. Percy spending winter looking for Nico to keep him safe and trying to reassure him that he has a place at Camp Half-Blood? Give me more. Making mistakes and forgiving each other for them and their relationship strengthening because of it? Gods, yes. Going to Italy to go gift shopping and flirting? Thank you for this blessing, Rick. If only they had been endgame.

Thaliabeth - (7/10) Thalia is the only person that Annabeth respects and Thalia has extremely protective feelings toward Annabeth. They would be the nightmare power couple. Murder wives who slay anyone who stands in their way of power and glory. Neither of them would take shit from the other. And honestly, I’m here for it.

Perachel - (10/10) Mutual respect and open communication are extremely sexy in relationships. Rachel being Percy’s mortal tie and his chance at a normal life; Percy being the one to help Rachel with her powers and clear sight? Please yes. They were really cute and sweet and had so much chemistry. It would have been great if Rick acknowledged that the Oracle isn’t a lifelong job and that Rachel can still date and have sex as long as it isn’t vaginal penetration.

Percabeth - (0/10) Annabeth hits, pinches, pokes, kicks, ribs, and punches Percy too often for my tastes. She’s got a superiority complex and makes herself feel better by calling him stupid, crazy, and insane. Constantly threatens violence. Annabeth is possessive, jealous, refuses to communicate, and doesn’t respect Percy or allow him to have autonomy. She constantly wants to control what he says and does or doesn’t say/do. She victim blames him multiple times for incidents that were beyond Percy’s control. Percy is scared of her, refuses to argue so that he doesn’t set her off, and thinks Annabeth is going to hurt him every time she so much as looks at him. Percy deserves better.

Jiper - (5/10) It would have been cool to see them work past the lies and false memories to make a real romantic relationship but I don’t really have a horse in that race. They’re alright. Not bad, not the best.

Pipeo - (7/10) If the theory that all of Piper’s memories of Jason were actually memories of Leo is true, then I’m here for this. The fact that they were friends before they even knew they were demigods was fantastic. Give me that friends to lovers dynamic and the chaotic trouble they would get into together. They would be unstoppable.

Caleo - (5/10) Pairing Calypso up with a man boy instead of a man man was a strange choice but Rick likes pairing up teenagers with beings that are over a thousand years old. It’s terribly romantic that Leo kept his promise and came back for Calypso. I like that they decided to leave the demigod life behind to do their own thing. They’ve had enough of the gods! Let them figure themselves out and enjoy each other and life.

Connabeth - (4/10) The idea is cute if you don’t think about it at all. I think Connor would stand up to Annabeth but she’s been known to wear down three thousand year old centaurs [Chiron] so that he’ll do what she wants...so I’m not sure that Connor actually stands a chance of holding his own against Annabeth.

Lukethan - (4/10) It would be really cute but they’ve never even spoken to each other in canon. Ethan spoke with Kronos.

Thaluke - (2/10) Thalia doesn’t like Luke. She withheld a lot of [trivial] information from Luke just because she could and didn’t tell him important info either. She almost definitely knew that Luke would do whatever she wanted him to because she’s got a Look that makes him melt. Thalia is incredibly eager to kill Luke and eventually does. Luke is too dependent and blinded by how much he wanted someone to love him. They’ve got an unhealthy dynamic and I don’t see either of them changing to become better people together.

Valdangelo - (6/10) They’re both small and cute. That’s all I’ve got. There’s no reason not to ship them. Oh, and Leo warming up a cold Nico with his fire powers is so sweet that I’ve got cavities just thinking about it.

Jasico - (9/10) Rick was really writing them with romantic troupes during Mark of Athena and House of Hades. When they were paired off with other people, I was actually really surprised. The way that Jason supports Nico’s queerness and the way that Nico can teach Jason that he doesn’t have to live up to stereotypes and other people's expectations...that would have been really good to read. The way that Jason’s death affected Nico really tugged at my heartstrings. I like to think that Nico visits Jason in the Underworld.

Thalianca - (6/10) The potential of Thalia and Bianca could have been so good and also good for comedy. Imagine Thalia - who missed the past five years - trying to catch Bianca up on the 21st century and being behind on the times. Both of them getting caught up together? Yes. Training together, friendly games and competitions. Midnight rendezvous at Camp Half-Blood. Bianca slowly showing Thalia that not all Hunters of Artemis are bad. Girls supporting each other and growing as people because of their relationship. This is what we could have had.

ok y’all i’m here...the moment almost none of y’all have been waiting for....bianca/thalia protagonists with alternating pov’s au

warning it’s kind of super long and may or may not read like a 2nd grader’s semi-coherent game of pretend so under the cut it goes!

so the main things you need to know about this au are 1. thalia survives and 2. annabeth’s + luke’s ages are a lil diff bc canon is my sandbox 3. i can’t decide if percy exists in this au or not (maybe y’all can help me decide?)

so the first book:

would start a few months after grover brought thalia (12), luke (13), and annabeth (10, not 7) to camp half blood. they were chased by monsters sent by hades on the way, and thalia almost didn’t survive, but ultimately she got lucky and managed to send a bolt of lightning through her spear for the first time and they made it into camp

it’s been some time so annabeth is happy as a clam in the athena cabin doing her 10-year-old-with-severe-mommy-issues thing and luke is actually pretty popular with the hermes cabin bc he actually Met Their Dad Holy Shit and also he’s getting pretty good with a sword

at the same time, thalia is alone in the zeus cabin. everyone has been freaking out bc they all saw the huge bolt of lightning that incinerated a couple hellhounds as they made their grand entrance and What The Fuck Child Of The Big Three???

she’s also further isolated because chiron will take her for private training sessions sometimes, since she is clearly really powerful already and also Hades Himself was trying to kill her (chiron told her the reason was the big three’s pledge not to have kids, and maybe about the great prophecy? if he tells her that then she’s sworn to secrecy)

once grover leaves on another protector assignment, thalia mostly hangs out with luke, and annabeth. luke + annabeth both will try to eat meals with her at the zeus table but annabeth doesn’t want to get in trouble and luke is genuinely making friends in the hermes cabin so thalia will feel bad sometimes and send him back

kronos, seeing this bitter isolated child of the big three’s dreams: it’s free real estate

MEANWHILE

hades is Pissed that thalia survived and zeus got to break their oath And get the glory of a prophecy child

so he sends someone to take bianca (12) and nico (10) out of the lotus hotel and casino a little early.

grover is still their protector, but since the Stirring hasn’t begun in earnest yet and hades is lowkey determined to keep them safe, they make it back to camp half blood with no escort/incident

bianca + nico are put into the hermes cabin, and luke kinda takes them under his wing bc while he’s not bitter he still needs therapy bc this 14 year old has never met a pre-teen he couldn’t try to parent

luke introduces nico and annabeth since they’re the same age and they become really good friends!! she Loves mythomagic and he thinks her dagger is super cool and they’re both just really excited about camp <3

bianca is more reserved and resistant to the whole thing, and she wanders around alone exploring and runs into thalia in the zeus cabin

at this first meeting they get into a bit of a fight bc bianca is still in shock/denial about the gods being real, but thalia at this point has zero patience for this

anyway after that and maybe another scuffle during capture the flag or something they hit it off and become best friends in the way girls can, especially bonding over how they’ve both had to take on raising annabeth and nico basically on their own at the age of 12

~QUEST TIME~

thalia is given a quest for [unspecific reason] and chooses bianca and luke, they go off leaving annabeth and nico frustrated at home

quest hijinks etc, bianca is trying to figure out her parentage + her weird mysterious powers? and thalia is arguing with luke because he’s settling into camp/hero life really well actually but she’s getting progressively angrier with the gods for trying to kill her and also keeps getting dreams from kronos and doesn’t get why he doesn’t seem to remember all of the shit that the gods have put him through

bianca + thalia have las-vegas-style-heart-to-hearts where thalia shares her tragic backstory about her mother and her brother and how hades tried to kill her and even about the great prophecy and how she’s trying on this quest bc of that and her dad but at the same time these dreams are making her suspicious that he might’ve been responsible for her mom’s death.

bianca then shares her own stuff, about how terrified she was being on her own with nico having to protect him but also not remembering most of her childhood and not remembering her parents or how she ended up in the care of this lawyer and just the absolute mindfuckery that her memories/past are

luke is asleep in those scenes i guess lol 🧍‍♂️

anyway eventually they finish their quest in this massive climactic battle where bianca discovers her powers in a huge-showy-”i’m the ghost prince”-way and is formally claimed by hades which thalia sees as this Massive Betrayal obviously and bianca is horrified too because she knows what hades did to thalia but at the same time she’s just so happy to finally understand at least part of her past

thalia just reaches a breaking point though because everyone around her just doesn’t understand her anger and just when she thought she had found another sympathetic person who understood what she was going through she joins hades??? no. no fucking way. kronos reveals that he’s the one who has been sending her dreams, prob by sending some messenger who he possesses or smthing and when he offers thalia the chance to join him? she does (dun dun dun)

main beats of the rest of the series:

thalia and bianca on opposite sides of the war training to be the prophecy child, they come together a Lot and have like melodramatic fight scenes where they talk out their anger and try to get the other to join them bc they don’t want to kill each other

luke is extremely conflicted/betrayed and there’s a titan’s curse moment prob towards the end of the third book where they’re fighting and thalia is trying to get her to go with him but here he actually does go to join her (gasp!!) and is evil for at least one book but his heart’s not in it and he goes back to the good side eventually

by the point of luke’s betrayal, annabeth and nico are growing and developing and old enough to go on quests w bianca and by the last book they’re a main trio of sorts and their hypothetical character development is already making me emotional

there’s just a lot of general sexiness with foils and inner conflicts and bianca doesn’t even want to be the prophecy child but she needs to for the fate of the world and bianca is so angry at thalia bc thalia is a daughter of zeus and could control her powers and is perfect and just meant to be the prophecy kid, not some daughter of hades who they didn’t even have a cabin for before

hm maybe by either the last or second-to-last book thalia + bianca are close to reconciling or at least their interests are aligned for the moment and they read the text of the prophecy together and things go Wild bc they both think “single choice shall end his days” either is about luke or nico and it turns up the gas to their fighting both of them care about both of them and yeah

and then i can’t decide if there’s romantic arcs at all but if there were it would go like this:

just a dash of thaluke where at first it was luke having a one-sided crush but thalia misses him a Lot after she goes to kronos and wonders if it’s that she misses him or if it’s something More until to get him to defect there’s like a melodramatic moment in the fight where thalia kisses him and they go off to be Evil Together but it ends bc luke doesn’t believe in the cause and only joined her in hopes of getting thalia back to his side

once luke leaves/is kicked out thalia realizes that she didn’t love luke she just wanted a family and also in the second half of the series she realizes she’s a lesbian as a parallel to her redemption arc

bianca meanwhile is unconcerned w romance until she has her botl-hoe-moment where within one book she 1. runs into the hunters on a quest and has a thing with zoe nightshade who tries to get her to join plus tells her about that time she met thalia, 2. she goes to calypso’s island and falls in love w her in the moonlight or w/e and has her what-if moment, and 3. when they meet up that book thalia somehow knew abt zoe + calypso and seems almost angrier abt them than the war?? weird bc bianca knows that thalia is Totally Straight right??

my main point is that bianca/thalia is our friends-to-enemies-to-lovers endgame thank you i will take my pulitzer now

Thalia. Luke has anxiety and gets stressed easily, so Thalia is constantly doing things like that to help him feel better when he gets overwhelmed.

They would have it on Half-Blood Hill, Annabeth would be maid of honor and Jason would walk Thalia down the aisle. Luke would propose but would then basically let Thalia plan the whole thing until she tells him he should help because it’s his special day too.

Neither of them. Unlike Luke and Thalia, they both prefer to be comforted verbally. Jason will accept hugs, but Piper mainly just wants to vent.

They would have kind of a hybrid mixture of a modern wedding and a traditional Roman one, and Aphrodite would be very involved.

Frank, the big teddy bear.

Percy Jackson as the antagonist and Luke Castellan as the protagonist of the PJO/HOO series: an AU

Percy Jackson faced 'daddy issues' since childhood and because of which when he got to know that his real life dad exists, but not in the mortal world, it was too much for him take at once.

After being taken to the camp, he was offered rule over the world by several evil greek gods and he happily agreed with them. He had that "why should I care about a person who chose to remain anonymous all this time" mentality.

He began acting rudely with his cabinmates and camp mates as soon as Poseidon claimed him.

After Annabeth Chase mentioned about a very kind guy named Luke Castellan from her past life, Percy vented all his anger upon her and decided to avoid any kind of physical intimacy with her.

Annabeth wept and cried for a few days but being a daughter of the goddess of war and wisdom, she thought that she had to remain strong despite falling for a guy liking or disliking her for her past.

Percy was chosen for a quest only once where he took full advantage of his powers and merged with the evil titans.

Knowing that the world was facing an endangerment, Luke was called back to the camp where he, along with Annabeth freed Thalia and visited the empire state building to have a meeting with the Greek gods.

Poseidon was disappointed to know that his most favorite kid would hold grudges against him and which would endanger the entire world.

The oracle prophesied an apocalypse but after engaging in a battle with the titans and Percy Jackson, Luke Castellan remarkably emerged victorious.

He was offered immortality, which he was certain to have rejected and did the very same.

Thaluke gained importance.

Percabeth never existed and Annabeth soon forgot about Percy.

Percy regretted having said insolent words to Annabeth and making her hate him.

🌲 What is the kindest thing your OC has ever done for someone? What is the kindest thing someone has ever done for them? On the flip side, what is the worst thing your OC has done to another person?

Uuuuh y’know Bash heals people left right and center as much as he can but he honestly doesn’t consider that a ‘kindness’ on his part - its just something that he needs to do because if he has the ability it would unthinkable to do otherwise. I think one of the few deliberate acts of kindness he’s done, in his mind, would maybe be writing a letter to Margo encouraging her and Thaluk to visit each other because they seemed lonely and like they missed each other but didn’t want to admit it?

Now the kindest thing someone has ever done for him is a bit more difficult - several things kind of vie for that position. I think that one that stands out right now, though, is Danche’s gift to him mostly due to the sheer novelty. He can’t remember the last time someone gave him a present just because they wanted to rather then as repayment for something or to help in a future job or something practical like that so he was touched that she would give him and the others presents just for funsies.

Ignoring the very obvious ‘has definitely killed people’ answer, it may not be objectively the ‘worst’ thing he’s ever done but something that he definitely feels some guilt over is how in New Balchik they had to manipulate events to get Gastus to find Manguia’s body while they were investigating her death. No matter how necessary it was it still left a bad taste in his mouth.

🌾 What would your OC be like if they were evil. Or if they’re already evil what would they be like as the good guy?

Oooomygooood what WOULD Evil!Bash Cleric of Un-Healing be like?

The thing is if circumstances in the past had been just a littttttle bit different its honestly not that big of a leap. Bash has some definite anger issues that he’s learned to temper and channel over the years but if, instead, he’d stewed in that anger and actively basked in it?

Bash’s anger tends to be a thing of frosty silences and bloodthirsty intent, cold and deliberate. Seeking vengeance for past wrongs would be in the forefront of his mind, blocking out any softer emotions entirely. He’s also very practical so, while he might not enjoy causing pain in and of itself, he would have no issue employing whatever means necessary to get things done. Let off the leash of morality I think slow, cruel deaths to anyone who stood in his way followed by reanimating their corpses to bring their loved ones to heel would not be beyond him.

🌿 What is something true about your OC that they refuse to admit about themselves? Is there any reason to this besides embarrassment?

Probably that he’s a closet Romantic. xD He just loves seeing people happy together - not just romantically, but families and friends and everything. Just people truly, deeply caring for each other brightens his day. Danche and Yule’s adoration of each other, Desiree and Sara’s unquestioning sibling protectiveness, just anything like that really makes him happy. Modern!AU Bash is def the kind of person to kick up his clunky combat boots next to his black coffee and unironically enjoy the shit out of a cute romance novel or a fluffy found family story. It is mostly embarrassment that keeps it under wraps - can’t ruin the Brooding Goth Aesthetic after all.

I wrote this in a ‘verse where Thalia was able to be saved, and Luke isn’t trying to bring about the end of the world.

“Are you jealous?”

Thalia spun around at the sound of someone behind her, one hand going for her dagger. Yes, she was in camp, but that didn’t mean she was exactly safe. Gods know the Stolls had summoned more than one demon into camp as a practical joke.

At the sight of Luke, she felt her heart give a tiny lurch. Ever since her near death when she arrived years ago, her and the son of Hermes had gotten closer. She was pretty sure that at some point, she had developed a crush on him. Not that she would admit it out loud.

“No,” she responded automatically, putting on a face of nonchalance. “Why, should I be?”

“You get that look on your face whenever one of the Aphrodite kids flirt with me. Like you want to bring down lightning and wipe them off the face of the Earth.”

Oh gods, was she that obvious? She had found herself glaring at the daughters of Aphrodite who shamelessly flirted with him, but had been fairly certain no one had noticed. Apparently that wasn’t the case.

“I’m just looking out for my best friend, is all.” She shrugged.

Just then, the conch sounded, signalling it was time for dinner, cutting off any further conversation, for which the daughter of Zeus was happy.

As she tried to brush past Luke, he reached out and gripped her forearm, bringing her to a halt. “Luke, let me -”

The rest of her sentence was cut off by the blonde ducking and giving a light peck on her lips, before pulling back.

“You don’t need to be,” he said, releasing her arm and taking a step back. “See you later.”

Thalia couldn’t help but stand there for a few seconds as the other demigod left.

Thaluke (Thalia x Luke)

1. Who is the early bird/Who is the night owl? Luke is the early bird, Thalia is the night owl.

2. Who is the big spoon/Who is the little spoon? Thalia’s the little spoon because she’s smaller.

3. Who hogs the cover/Who loves to cuddle? Luke is a huge cover hog and they both love to cuddle.

4. Who wakes the other one up with kisses? Luke. Always Luke.

5. Who usually has nightmares? Both of them. They’re demigods, after all.

6. Who would have really deep emotional thoughts at the middle of the night/Who would have them in the middle of the day? Thalia has them at night because she’s usually the one who’s awake. Luke has them in the middle of the day but generally keeps them to himself.

7. Who sweats the small stuff? I’m going to be honest, I have no idea what this question means.

8. Who sleeps in their underwear (or naked)?/Who sleeps in their pajamas? Thalia usually just sleeps in shorts and a bra, Luke sleeps in pajama bottoms but shirtless.

9. Who makes the coffee (or tea)? Luke. He knows exactly how Thalia likes it and always has time to make it for her in the morning because he wakes up first.

10. Who likes sweet/Who likes sour? Thalia loves sour like nobody’s business, but Luke can’t handle it. He doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth either, though. He prefers bitter or salty things.

11. Who likes horror movies/Who likes romance movies? Both of them hate romance movies with a passion. Thalia is big into horror and Luke likes it but not as much as she does. He prefers action or thriller.

12. Who is smol/Who is tol? Thalia is smol, Luke is tol.

1. Who is the early bird/Who is the night owl? Jason is the early bird, Piper is the night owl.

2. Who is the big spoon/Who is the little spoon? Despite what you might think, Piper actually likes to be the big spoon. Jason lets her.

3. Who hogs the cover/Who loves to cuddle? Piper hogs the cover. They both like to cuddle but Jason is more enthusiastic about it.

4. Who wakes the other one up with kisses? Jason since he wakes up earlier. But unlike Luke, who just kind of peppers kisses all over Thalia’s face until she wakes up, Jason does it more of a Sleeping Beauty style.

5. Who usually has nightmares? Jason, usually about his mom leaving him to the wolves.

6. Who would have really deep emotional thoughts at the middle of the night/Who would have them in the middle of the day? Jason just has them all the time. Piper only occasionally, and for her they’re more of shower thoughts.

8. Who sleeps in their underwear (or naked)?/Who sleeps in their pajamas? They both sleep in pajamas.

9. Who makes the coffee (or tea)? Jason tries but he’s not very good at it so he just orders Starbucks.

11. Who likes horror movies/Who likes romance movies? Neither of them like horror, but romance movies are a guilty pleasure for both.

Frazel (Frank x Hazel)

1. Who is the early bird/Who is the night owl? They’re both early birds, but Hazel gets up at dawn, so a little earlier.

2. Who is the big spoon/Who is the little spoon? Hazel is always the little spoon because Frank is worried that if she tries being big spoon he’ll lean back and hurt her on accident.

3. Who hogs the cover/Who loves to cuddle? Frank tends to be the cover hog because he has more body mass to cover. They both love to cuddle, though.

4. Who wakes the other one up with kisses? Neither because they wake up so close to each other, but there’s always a good morning kiss that involves Frank literally picking Hazel up because that’s adorable.

5. Who usually has nightmares? They both have them, but Hazel has them more often, about her past and dying the first time.

6. Who would have really deep emotional thoughts at the middle of the night/Who would have them in the middle of the day? Frank for both. However, he usually keeps them to himself out of embarrassment. On the rare occasions when he does share them, Hazel finds them adorable.

8. Who sleeps in their underwear (or naked)?/Who sleeps in their pajamas? Frank sleeps in pajamas and Hazel sleeps in a baggy t-shirt she stole from Frank.

9. Who makes the coffee (or tea)? Frank tries but then he ends up having some sort of accident and Hazel has to help him.

10. Who likes sweet/Who likes sour? They both prefer sweet, however Hazel can tolerate sour. Frank can’t.

11. Who likes horror movies/Who likes romance movies? They’ve only ever tried to watch one horror movie and they both got scared like halfway through. They like romance but like romance as in Disney.

12. Who is smol/Who is tol? I don’t think I need to say this, but Hazel is smol and Frank is tol.

2. Who is the big spoon/Who is the little spoon? Ethan is the little spoon and pretends to hate it but secretly he likes it.

3. Who hogs the cover/Who loves to cuddle? Ethan hogs the cover. He also pretends to hate cuddling but he loves it.

4. Who wakes the other one up with kisses? Neither of them. They’re pretty lax when it comes to PDA for the most part.

5. Who usually has nightmares? Both of them but more often Ethan.

6. Who would have really deep emotional thoughts at the middle of the night/Who would have them in the middle of the day? Alabaster has them during the day and Ethan is always like Gods, my boyfriend is an idiot, but then secretly has similar thoughts himself late at night.

7. Who sweats the small stuff? Again, don’t know what this means.

8. Who sleeps in their underwear (or naked)?/Who sleeps in their pajamas? They both sleep in pajamas. Ethan’s usually incorporate a hoodie or shirt he stole from Alabaster.

9. Who makes the coffee (or tea)? Ethan makes his own (black coffee with salt instead of sugar), and Alabaster also makes his own (earl gray tea).

10. Who likes sweet/Who likes sour? Ethan hates sweet things. He loves sour, bitter, and salty stuff. Alabaster doesn’t really care.

11. Who likes horror movies/Who likes romance movies? Just like Thalia and Luke they despise romance movies with a passion. Ethan’s into horror and psychological thrillers, while Alabaster prefers sci-fi or detective genres.

12. Who is smol/Who is tol? Ethan is an angry smol and Alabaster is his tol.

13. Who is considered the scaredy-cat? Neither but they both like to call each other that when teasing.

14. Who kills the spiders? Alabaster. Ethan will sometimes, but only if he feels like the spider has done something to inconvenience him.

Perachabeth (Percy x Rachel x Annabeth)

1. Who is the early bird/Who is the night owl? Annabeth is an early bird, Rachel is a night owl. Percy is a permanently exhausted pigeon.

2. Who is the big spoon/Who is the little spoon? Percy is the big spoon and Rachel is the little spoon with Annabeth as the middle spoon.

3. Who hogs the cover/Who loves to cuddle? Percy is the cover hog. Annabeth loves to cuddle, she’s surprisingly clingy when it comes to her partners.

4. Who wakes the other one up with kisses? Percy on the rare occasion that he wakes up before his girlfriends.

5. Who usually has nightmares? Percy and Annabeth because of Tartarus.

6. Who would have really deep emotional thoughts at the middle of the night/Who would have them in the middle of the day? Percy. Always Percy. And, being ADHD, he has a tendency to blurt them out with no restraint, causing Rachel and Annabeth to facepalm.

8. Who sleeps in their underwear (or naked)?/Who sleeps in their pajamas? All of them sleep in pajamas.

9. Who makes the coffee (or tea)? Annabeth since she always wakes up first. She bought custom-made mugs with everyone’s names on them so they can tell their cups apart since they all like the same type of coffee.

10. Who likes sweet/Who likes sour? Rachel and Annabeth both like both, Percy loves sweet and can’t handle sour to save his life.

11. Who likes horror movies/Who likes romance movies? None of them are big fans of horror, but Rachel and Annabeth aren’t into romance either. Annabeth loves documentaries and Rachel likes musicals. Percy is big into Disney and animation, and sometimes he gets into Annabeth’s documentaries if they’re about ocean animals. And romance movies are a guilty pleasure for him.

12. Who is smol/Who is tol? Percy and Annabeth are both tall. Rachel is comparably smol.
