Strange ladies at the pond.

My favorite Hellblazer comic book cameo and panel out of the entire OG Vertigo series. 💚🤟🏼✨

I finally got a chance to make one of these panel art drawings for myself. I’ve been working on it for two weeks now here and there when I had time.

Please check out Narcissy on Instagram! I had a vision of the song Fall by Lisa Hannigan brought to life with Narcissy’s beautiful artwork and she made it come true! The lyrics describe a ship mutiny, wrestling with the devil, running away from your problems and it makes me think of Ed every time I listen to it.

She doesn’t have a Tumblr account (yet) but you may have seen her art floating around on here. Some of it has become quite well-known around the fandom. If you are into gender-queer Ed like I am, I think you will particularly love her work.

Here’s the truth, for Batman to help curb corruption and fight crime, it costs Gotham 3 billion dollars in damages every year….I too would be taking Jokers side since that’s a ridiculous amount for a poverty stricken city.

I never really understood it when people would get upset because an obscured piece of media they liked gained popularity. I love seeing other people liking the same things I do, it makes it so I have more people to talk to about it and there’s more merch and fanart too.

I kind of gave up on the background halfway through but I really wanted to draw a few scenes from my book. Definitely a lot harder than I expected since I literally cannot draw what’s in my imagination perfectly. I really did miss drawing my OCs though!! 😊 ❤️ For context, this is the scene right before the crew leaves to go to the Address of Moral Inducement and after Iridian confronts Logan about something.
