like for ease of reading: i'm more than happy to discuss the way my mental health severely impacts my behaviour but i'm not willing to discuss, outside of my own admissions, about my treatment. i shouldn't have to bring it up. i mention going to a therapist, a psychologist and a psychiatrist enough. i'm in treatment, even if i can only afford a certain amount on my disability pension, and that's all you need to know. i'll bring up experiences of things in the psychiatric/mental health industry but that should in no way be taken as carte blanche for you to question what i do in my treatment, how i do it and how much of it is done.

With the genetically modified patients on DS9, what was Lauren's deal? Just being flirty?
And... which one was based on you? Do you see yourself in them in a good way?
I didn't write that one, but I think Lauren's flirtiness is an unintended consequences of her genetic modification. All the augments Bashir meets are damaged in some way, and Lauren seems to have an overrevved sex drive.
Jack. I don't know if I see myself in him in a "good" way, but I took Rene giving Jack some elements of my personality as a loving parody.

RE-Amemiya Super G 7 test.
Rotary shrews are tricky
When it exceeds 5000rpm, the engine suddenly gains momentum, and the power explodes at once. It seems that the boost pressure has been greatly increased, and it is so powerful that if it is sluggish, it may overrev. This stimulating personality is a pleasure that can never be experienced in normal.
When I opened the throttle with the feeling of a normal car, the power suddenly rose and the tail popped out. From the next lap onwards, change the lie and stand up straighter. Prepare to hit the counter and delicately turn on the accelerator. It is necessary to endure fully opening the accelerator until it gets out of the corner.
MENU HAPPY
●Engine: TD06 Turbine/Amemiya Intercooler & Stainless Octopus Foot, etc. Clutch: Twin Plate PRO-R101.6 GD Muffler Vehicle Height Adjustment Kit ●Amemiya LSD Amemiya AW-7 Aluminum Wheels Redoma Percode Response Cleaner Super Pad Pillow Rowa Link and many others
●RE Amemiya 03-3649-1604
Peaky engine characteristics also affect cornering. on the first corner
The suspension itself is hardened according to the power, but the final boil down is one step away. It would also be nice to have a little stiffer front end to increase rear grip and improve traction.
RE Amemiya superG 7
The RE Amemiya Super G7 is the only big power FR that I tested this time, and it has a character of a shrew that is a sign of energy. It's impossible to ride it with your average arm. Manufacturers don't make cars like this. That's why it can be said that it is the real pleasure of a tuned car.
RE-Amemiya super G 7
I recommend cars with excellent total balance to people, but I actually love these wild horses. The fun of taming it was outstanding, and it was the most fun out of all the cars I test drove. The world is not interesting if there are only honor students.

learned my lesson tho: next time i’m hitting the pedestrian. so we both have a bad day 😌

Think before you click
Tumblr media
CTTO
Internet security is extremely important, as Thinking Before We Click serves as a reminder. The adage is intended to prevent members of the virtual society or 'Netizens' from overrevealing themselves online, particularly on social media. Some websites requires some of your personal information, if the website is not secured/trusted, you shoud think before you click, because they can use it in malicious acts. If a netizen wants to get some of your personal information, like your personal number, you should think before you give it. If someone in the virtual world send you a malicious links, you should think before you click the link, because some of the links have viruses. So, we should think before we click.

Bad Torque Converter Vs Bad Transmission
Tumblr media
The clutch in a manual gearbox replaces the torque converter inside an automated transmission. A torque converter's main benefit is that it maintains the engine running even if it comes to a stop.
Whereas, The task of changing a manual gearbox is carried out by an intricate system of solenoids, gears, valve bodies, and clutches in automated transmissions. Additionally, compared to a manual transmission, an automatic transmission is far more complex.
Let’s understand the difference between the two
There are a few significant distinctions between a faulty transmission and a bad torque converter. For starters, a torque converter aids in transferring the rotational energy of the engine to the transmission.
This is a crucial job because it ensures that the gearbox can engage & disengage all various gears as needed. The transmission may slide or struggle to shift to some speeds if a torque converter is not functioning properly.
A faulty torque converter could also lead the engine to stall out completely or to rev excessively when it is idle.
On the other hand, a faulty transmission usually results in more significant issues with the vehicle's ability to drive. This is so that the gearbox, which also aids in regulating the vehicle's speed, can transmit power to the wheels.
When shifting gears, a malfunctioning transmission may cause the car to jerk or lurch, or it may even cause the car to stall.
A poor gearbox may also lead the engines to overrev when the vehicle is accelerating, which can lower fuel economy and increase engine wear and tear. In the end, a defective torque converter & a damaged transmission can both result in major issues with your car.
It is crucial to have your car inspected by a trained technician as soon as you observe any of the aforementioned symptoms. Ignoring these problems might cause more harm to your car and potentially leave it undrivable.

We’ll walk you through the process of bypassing the ASD relay in this article. There are a couple of reasons you may want to bypass the ASD relay that we’ll go over. Bypassing an ASD relay is never a good idea because it protects the engine from overrevving, but it...

Okay but when do we get a fic of the Girlfriends going out shittalking about their Guy's sex preferences? We need a girls night.
We sort of included Ji-eun and Cassandra doing this at Min-seo bachelorette party (which made Min-seo a bit uncomfortable). We don't think some of the girlfriends would feel comfortable talking about it. Jeong-sun for example would just naturally be very private about it. She wouldn't be offended if people were talking about it or overrevealing around her (we imagine her set of girlfriends, Angel etc., would have done it quite often so she's sort of used to that kind of chat and would find it vaguely amusing), but there's just no need for her to tell others what goes on in private with Yoongi, and in a way it might make some of the more curious girlfriends (Ji-eun and Cassandra for example) even more interested in imagining it. Like, I don't think either of them would really find Yoongi attractive at face value but it might make him a bit more appealing to them because it's so private.
Min-seo would actively feel a bit uncomfortable about oversharing but I also think she's a bit more impressionable in that if everyone was talking about it, she might end up saying a bit more than she intended, but still nothing too extreme or revealing. Da-eun would be quite similar in this regard if she knew the other girlfriends or had over revealing friends who were girls.
Ji-eun and Cass, as mentioned, might get quite detailed but still leave out certain things that had happened. They might also make things sound a bit better than they are.
Nana would be quite vague in her revelations rather than graphic, and wouldn't overshare.
Ara would be quite romantic we imagine in that she'd be more apt to describe the mood of the situation than what happened. For example, she might detail having a long bath with Jimin and there being candles and it being really lovely, but not actually say what had happened.
Young-soon would probably be the most unintentionally funny as she'd not say outright what happened but would more drop lines like 'it was a bit...intense' or 'the bed made a dint in the wall'.
But I doubt we would get a full on, all girls be super overrevealing type fic.

Doesn't seem very often that the AW11 gets featured; most people are used to seeing the SW20 or ZZW30. The Mk1 chassis tend to get largely ignored in favor of the younger siblings. Having driven all three though, the AW11 holds a special place in my heart; a pure, raw driving experience with no fancy tech, no driver aids, nothing but guts and skill pushing it to the absolute limit.

It feels good to give back to society. For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been visiting the mechanical engineering building on my local college campus. The experience has been exhilarating: I can contribute some of my knowledge to the future leaders of tomorrow. In exchange, they write papers about what they find in my cars, which will help them get tenure later so they can get away with (almost literal) murder. Everyone wins.
I was first introduced to this program/scam by one such tenured individual. He was nearing retirement, but he had one awful question in mind. This question had pulled at his mind ever since we met by random chance at a drift event (not that kind of drifter: the homeless kind.) Just how is it that I held all of my ratbag junkyard engines together despite enough budget turbocharging to kill an adult bull elephant? When he used his fearsome scientific mind to follow the trails of spilled E85 and triple-retreaded-double-decade-old all-season tires to my home, I shared my secrets with him.
His initial assumption was that I just had a harem of replacement engines and slammed them in every evening. That’s true, but that strategy only works if I blow just one powerplant per night. And it’s quite wasteful: my motto is “waste not, want not,” after all, or it would be if I hadn’t taken the comma and some of the vowels out of that cliche in order to reuse them for this very article. I showed him the basics of my setup, and he was amazed. Despite what I thought, using a ratchet strap to tighten down the head strong enough that you no longer needed intact head gaskets is some sort of innovation, as is using old asbestos roofing tile in lieu of said head gaskets.
Of course, the joke is on him. He’ll never be able to commercialize my discoveries: real mechanical engineers live in the world of theory. For instance, their textbooks say that a 1500-rpm overrev event will kill an engine, rather than scare it into running well. They simply aren’t willing to understand the car’s true feelings, and then treat it with the contempt it deserves. I might get a chance to find out if that’s true. A gofer from the university just dropped by to give me some all-expenses-paid tickets to a conference in Turin where I’m due to be the keynote speaker. I’ve never given an Italian tune-up in Italy before, and I’m excited to finally meet the sick fuck who made the Maserati BiTurbo.
