Note

Idea. strip poker with tobirama, orochimaru, madara, and neji (seperately) but the reader is really damn good at poker. So the guys are sitting there in their underwear and the reader has only removed their shoes and socks. And the boys lose again and the reader (being the cocky asshole they are) says "I told you not to go against me, and look at you now." I just think this would be really goddamn funny, what happens after is completely up to you.

Tobirama Senju :

When you offered, he frowned and turned his head so you wouldn't see the blush on his usually cold face, telling you it was a stupid game he didn't need to undress you

Even when you told him that it'd be fun he turned you down

So you did the most logical thing to get his attention: doubting his abilities.

"You're quite right to refuse, I'd have beaten you so far you wouldn't have recovered"

That's it, he'd turned finally his head towards you, a look of challenge in his eyes

"I'll make you swallow your words like snakes"

Mission accomplished, now the real game could begin

The poker game was known to both of you, So the game was off to a flying start

The only thing he hadn't taken into account was that you'd never really played together before, crazy as that may sound

Round after round, and although confident at first, he began to feel disillusioned

You didn't decide to spare him, not when you knew how satisfying it was to see that look of satisfaction fade from his face

You took great pleasure in making him take off his shoes, his socks, his forehead protector ( you argued for 20 minutes about whether it was a piece of clothing ), his t-shirts...

You did lose a couple of rounds, underestimating him at some points, sensing victory was coming, but nothing to make you lose face

Then you won once again, and while he'd already made a fuss about taking off his t-shirt, what was it going to be like for his pants ? "Come on, Tobirama, don't be a sore loser. Take responsibility now"

With a sigh laced with a grunt, he removed his belt and pulled down his pants, trying to control the heat rising in his cheeks

"I think we can call it a game, I'm sure you won't have the balls to go on at the risk of removing the last article" you said, your eyes trailing towards his boxers

He didn't assume he'd been so easily loose that you stopped playing to preserve his dignity

"Unless..." you said your words trailing "you want. But then I can't promise that the game won't end up in our bedroom"

Okay if he wasn't flustered he really is now. You think you've won so much you allow yourself to be cocky too. But now he knew that you were much better at poker than he was

The reaction of his body, however, spoke volumes about his new resolve to lose the game

As you drew closer to him, you realized that his breathing was ragged, a grunt hidden beneath his breath

Before you even had time, he grabbed you by the hips and pulled you flush against him. I'm going to show you something I'm second to none at"

"Ah ? What is it ?" you replied still cocky, anticipation lacing your words

"I'm going to make you scream" and with that he took you in his arms, threw you over his shoulder and led you to your room

Finally you'd got what you wanted. What would have been the point of playing poker against him, knowing that you were going to beat him to the punch ?

Orochimaru :

He'd heard about strip poker on his travels. He couldn't wait to come back and try it out with you

It would be a way of showing his superiority through gambling, and of revealing you to his hungry eyes at the same time

He seriously thought he was going to win. And his confidence was only boosted when you asked him in a small voice "You're sure about this ?" carefully faking your ability. He nodded eagerly before repeating in a commanding tone, "Come and sit here pet" "Okay"

You'd let him win the first two rounds to build up his confidence. You only had to take off your shoes and socks. You couldn't wait to see that smirk fade from his face, so you launched your counterattack

Now immersed in your game - he noticed the shift in your behavior - you won sleeve after sleeve, making him jump out of his clothes one by one. And as he wasn't wearing much, he soon found himself almost naked in front of you ( faster than he should have )

At this point he took off his clothes mechanically, but his jaw tightened when he found himself in his boxers in front of you. His eyes widened as you cockily said, "See, I asked you if you were sure"

There you were again, he knew that you were up to something

You continued to taunt him "Look at you now how path-"

But he cut you off suddenly, taking long strides towards you "You'll be sorry you played me" he said, his voice hoarse and dripping with lust

"Stand up" he demanded and you did. Then you followed him back to your room "I'll teach you that a good pet doesn't try to be superior to its master" he couldn't help being proud of you though, but he intended to remind you of your respective places

After he stripped you, he sat on the edge of the bed and beckoned you to lie on his lap, you could feel the effect your moment of cockiness had on him

"You think you're clever. Vey well. We'll see about that" he punctuated his sentence with a firm spank on your ass "Now count and be a good girl"

Madara Uchiha :

When Madara came to you proposing a game of strip poker, it was to prove to you that he was better than you. Uchiha superiority blah blah blah

In fact, he'd been on a roll ever since he'd won an earlier training fight with his Sharingan

He was sure that a simple card game would allow him to repeat another victory

"You sure about this ? I'm warning you, It's best to stick to the win you had before. It won't have the same flavor otherwise" you joked

"Just come and play the damn game with me Y/n" he said, a hint of excitement in his words, he was sure that in no time you'd find yourself naked in front of him

However, he should have been wary, given the great confidence emanating from you as you sat down in front of him, he was still a little baffled

At the end of the 3rd round, when your feet were bare from the two rounds you'd lost, you finally looked Madara in the eye during the game, concentrating less on your cards. You frowned when you saw his Sharingan activated

"Love that's cheating. No Sharingan allowed" your voice made him smirk "If you think it'll make you win. I'm not that close anyway" his pupils returned to their original black

"That's better" you said, the game could finally begin

And it did. Round after round, he had to remove an article of clothing, proof of your superiority over him in this game

The look he gave you was hilarious. He looked as if he'd been betrayed every time he unraveled a little more. Serves him right for underestimating you

His expression fell, however, when he lost yet another round and realized he had to take off his last piece of clothing, which was his boxer

"That's it, the game's over" he said, his voice laced with bad faith, he was disgusted to have lost without realizing it

"I told you to be satisfied with what you had before. Et look at you now" your eyes trailed down his figure "Don't be a sore loser and take responsibility. Take that off"

To your surprise, he smirked and slowly took it off, his eyes still fixed on yours. He moved away from his chair and you stood up institiously as he moved closer to you

Suddenly, he placed both hands on either side of you. Your back hit the table as his body pressed against yours. You could feel the warmth of his body, his ragged breath on your ear and his arousal pressed against you

"Done. Now what are you going to do about it?" he asked in a husky voice

Your hands wrap around him, pressing him closer against you "I'm going to take my reward"

"Alright. Show me how you slay pretty girl "

And something tells you that the Sharingan in his eye was there to make sure you didn't miss any of the show you both were about to play

Neju Hyuga :

He never wanted to play it with you, maybe out of embarrassment. But one day he overheard you talking to Naruto and Shikamaru about playing strip poker at a party with all your friends, and that's when something clicked in his mind

Suddenly he really wanted to play with you. How could your boyfriend not be the 1st to play strip poker with you well maybe because he's refused countless times

When Neji told you he'd heard you talking about it with your friends, you just wanted to tease him just to hear the hint of jealousy in his voice a little more "Na Neji don't worry about it"

He tried to suppress the jealousy you'd been able to feel for a while now under a calm, confident tone he was used to using "I'm your boyfriend and I think it would be appropriate to do it with you before you do it with our friends"

"I swear you'd better not tempt me. Besides, I know you can't handle defeat"

"Defeat ? What makes you think I'm going to lose ?" he said, feeling his competitiveness flare up in him - ouch, you'd just touched his ego

"Okay fine" you said after pretending to think "But I'm warning you, every time you lose, you have to take off one of your clothes. And no arguing, that's the rule"

At your words he turned red and nodded eagerly his gaze averting between you and the floor "By the way no Byakugan allowed to see through the cards" "Understood"

And he should have known he was in for a hell of a ride when he saw the little smirk on your face, but he couldn't wait to get started and secretly hoped to win a decent number of rounds

But what a disillusion, miraculously - according to him - you were winning

You did loose one or two rounds but it was only because you were drooling over his chest

"Neji you have to take that boxer off that's the game. You wouldn't have said the same thing if the situation was reversed" he blushed intensely bringing his hands at the waist band of his boxer "That's so unfair"

"And yet you're the one who wanted to play with me. You remember what you told me "I'm a hyuga I'm bound to win against you"" you joked mimicking his voice "Guess you won the right to be a naked sore loser. You shouldn't have to mess with me. At least you got to see my feet" you laughed

He chuckled at your joke nonetheless ready to accept his defeat when you raised your hand to stop him " Don't forget it's only a game you don't have to go that far if you don't want to"

He smiled at your understanding but he intended to take responsibility, and Byakugan or not, he could see that you were dying to see him take it off

"No, it's okay, you won, I'll do it" and with that he pulled down his boxer shorts, another shade of pink landing on his cheeks "And what now ?" he asked, his voice full of anticipation

"Well now I might just reward you for playing and maybe have a little taste. What do you say ?"

"I'd be honoured" he finally spoke, his blush gaining the tip of his nose

Shattered Glass

Orochimaru x Reader

Synopsis: Mitsuki wasn't allowed to be in the lab, more for his safety than anything else. But when he breaks something with you not around, how will his father react instead?

A crash sounded out in the lab causing Orochimaru to jump. His eyes scanned around the room, trying to figure out what it was that broke. More importantly, how did it break?

"Uh oh," a small voice called out.

Orochimaru relaxed a little knowing that it was his toddler's fault but tensed up when he realized you were nowhere in sight. "Suki. Where's mama?" Orochimaru called out as he walked swiftly to the toddler. He tried his best to sound soft and kind, but he knew his words sounded sharp.

Rounding the corner, he saw Mitsuki standing there with his hands behind his back, pale eyes taking in the way the shards of glass scattered along the laminated tile. His eyes flicked up to his father's and while he knew his father wouldn't yell, he couldn't help but feel his body shake in fear.

Orochimaru tsk'd quietly to himself at the sight of his son shaking, but moved slowly towards him anyway in fear of making him cry. "It's okay. It was an accident" Orochimaru stated, hand coming down to pat softly onto the child's small head. He knelt then to start gathering up the larger pieces, "Can you go get the broom for me?"

Mitsuki nodded before racing off towards the broom in the corner, excited to help his father even if it was for cleaning up the mess he made. "Suki?!" Orochimaru's head shot up as he heard your panicked calls from the hallway.

"He's in here my love"

Within seconds, you appeared in the doorway. Hair messy and face contorted into one of pure panic until your eyes settled on the child. A sigh of relief flew from your lips as you scooped the child up from the floor, letting the broom fall from his hands in the process. It went tumbling down, knocking over a few more glasses in its wake. More shattering sounded out but you didn't care as you cuddled deeper into the toddler.

"Don't you dare run from me like that again! I was worried sick!"

Orochimaru sighed quietly as he took in the 5 beakers that you broke. While the child looked like him, Mitsuki's coordination skills were all you. "You should be more careful" he muttered as he stood and threw away the large pieces of glass. Your cheeks heated up at his statement as you finally looked down at the mess you had made.

Shooting a sheepish smile his way, you set Mitsuki down on the lab table and bent down to pick up the broom. "Sorry about that-"

Orochimaru caught the broom from you as you straightened out. "No need. Are you hurt?" It didn't matter how long you two had been together, when he was this close to you you always lost your cool. He smirked at your flustered face, he figured it was payment for him cleaning up after you.

"No..." your eyes trailed to Mitsuki and landed on the hand that he was hiding. "Mitsu..." you started, sidestepping Orochimaru to get closer to your son. He wouldn't look at you, and you knew why.

"Let me see it" you stated firmly and finally he brought his hand out from behind his back. You hissed at the cut on his palm, it would heal but you knew it had to have hurt like hell.

"Oh, honey" you whispered pitifully before looking at Orochimaru with pleading eyes. While he hasn't used his medical ninjutsu in a long time, this was something he could fix with little to no effort. Orochimaru cocked his head before stepping forward and grabbing the child's hand. Light flew from his fingers and ghosted above the cut which caused Mitsuki to whimper as the skin mended itself. But it was over soon and all that was left to fix were the two messes that you and your son caused.

Orochimaru looked at you before turning back to Mitsuki, now that the boy was old enough Orochimaru figured he could learn to be careful in the lab. "Now Mitsuki-"

"Gentler" you cut in, knowing that the tone he was going to take wouldn't help.

Orochimaru nodded before clearing his throat. "Mitsuki, you have to be careful when you're in here. As you can see, it's very easy to get hurt and I don't want that to happen. Can you promise to be more careful next time?"

Mitsukis eyes were wide at just how gentle his father sounded. He looked at you over his father's shoulder, confusion evident on his face. You nodded in a way that encouraged him to answer, this was indeed his father. It wasn't a trap. "Yes, Father" Mitsuki stated finally.

Orochimaru smiled before pressing a kiss to the top of his forehead. "Now why don't you go play outside with your mother? I hear it's a beautiful day outside?"

Mitsuki agreed and hopped down from the table. He grabbed your hand and began pulling you out, but before he could pull you out of the room entirely, you threw a loving glance over your shoulder. You were so proud of Maru for becoming such a kind person, even if it was just to you and Mitsuki.

The lab door closing left Orochimaru once more in silence and he sighed at the state of his lab. 'It was worth it though' he thought as he bent down to sweet up the glass. Because without the two of you, there would be no mess for him to clean up.

And that is what he loved the most.

How they react to seeing reader cry.

FLUFF OVERLOAD

🩷Buddha 🩷

He absolutely CANNOT afford to have you shedding tears and not solve whatever problem you have immediately.

Whenever he sees those tears running down your cheeks he lovingly lifts up your chin with his fingers, wiping them away with his thumb before pressing a few kisses to your lips. “What’s the matter?”, he asks, his eyebrows furrowing in concern. He really hates seeing you like this.

And he has many times before and will always be ready to fight the other gods for you. (Even though I genuinely don’t know what kind of mess you’re getting into to be stirring up gods and stuff) But since he is a god, which you don’t like to take advantage of, you try to keep things to yourself to not feel bad about the extra leg and a half you have in life. Since he loves you so much though, he will get to the bottom of this issue himself if it really comes down to it. If you’re struggling at work, with a project, family and friends or you’re not feeling well in general, he’s sure to immediately attend to those issues. But that’s only after he cuddles you to pieces.

He does show major signs of being clingy, so when your feeling upset he’s wrapped around you all day like a sweater, until he’s convinced that you’re well enough for him to leave you on your own and go sort out those issues. He’s like a personal hero. A very clingy one.

🩷Uchiha Itachi 🩷

He’s not as clingy as Buddha is, but when he does see you feeling upset enough to start crying, he will baby you to death. He turns into a koala and will literally wrap his arms around you and never let go. Not until he’s 100% certain you’re okay. And even then, he might spend some time being extra close to you just to make himself feel better.

He’s very susceptible to depression and when he sees you crying, it triggers a deep somberness inside of him that he can’t explain, and he starts overthinking, growing terribly paranoid about you getting hurt or being in any other kind of situation that would make you cry. He doesn’t tears, nor does he like the sound of crying, especially coming from you. So now you experience a season of clingy, overprotective, extra soft Itachi.

Even if you’re only upset in the moment and soon recover and get over whatever mad you cry, he still can’t help but linger around you for a week or two, taking many days off of work or finishing earlier than usual. He bathes with you, cooks each of your meals throughout the day, helps you get ready for bed and tucks you in at night. He will even treat you to a story while scratching your back before bed, and holds you tighter than usual, throughout the entire night.

You know he has some kind of a problem since his behavior is definitely not normal, but if it helps him in any way, you’ll always allow him to treat you like and you also try to reciprocate the treatment to help him snap out of it sooner rather than later.

🩷Orochimaru 🩷

He’s usually the reason as to why you cry to begin with, which at first, he pretends he doesn’t care, immediately turning around to walk away from you so he doesn’t have to watch you break down. But over time, he does take an interest in your feelings. He just feels guilty sometimes and doesn’t know how to approach you.

He knows you love to cuddle though, so he will try to use that during times like this and invite you to come and spend time with him while he works. He’ll rub your back and hold you close to him as he walks around his home and might even suggest going for walks around the large base hand in hand. He went as far as nurturing a garden with his own hands for you two to walk through whenever he upset you like this.

He doesn’t make you cry on purpose. It’s never his intention to begin with, but it happens and when it does, he kind of hates himself for a while. But he’ll never mention it and hides his guilt quite well. He loves it when you lay on his chest sometimes and he can rub your back, and slowly feel you begin to calm down.

Sometimes the poor man gets so frustrated over the sight of tears flooding your eyes, he’ll gently smoosh you into his chest and wrap his arms around you and just hold you, petting your head and rubbing your back while he tries to hush you. It’s only when it gets to this point that he’ll mumble and apology while he’s hugging you. He doesn’t mind standing with you like this until you finally calm down.

🩷Geto Suguru 🩷

He sees you crying and you’re surprised to see a warm smile plastered on his face. “Oh babe, it’s okay”, he chuckles, pulling you close against him to hug you. He’s so good at making the situation seem less dire than it actually is and prefers to distract you from your problems than talk about them.

He will address whatever cause those tears to begin with at later stage, but tries to focus on getting you passed your balling. Sometimes he’ll pick you up and rub your back while you wrap your limps around him and cry into his shoulder. He coos at you and baby talks you while he rocks you in his arms.

After endless kisses against your forehead while he cradles you in his arms, the moment he feels like your breakdown is over, he’ll tickle you. He tickles you until you’re breathless with laughter and have long forgotten to cry. You can only run away from him, and you try your best to wriggle out of his hold, and then he’s after you and the chase builds up adrenaline inside of you that totally distracts you from whatever made you cry.

You end up having to play fight him until there’s a winner, which he freely gives over to you. Once’s it’s been established that you’ve won, he’ll reward you with taking you out to your favorite place and doesn’t mind stopping to get some popsicles with you. He’s a total sucker for you when he tries to make you feel better and will even let you ride his dragon with him, the two of you flying over the nearby ocean, laying on your backs ontop of rainbow dragon, enjoying the wind brushing against your skin while you suck on your popsicle.

It’s during peaceful moments like this that he’ll finally ask you why you were so upset and now you can tell him without feeling too depressed about it.

🩷 Kisame 🩷

He’s not good with tears. He doesn’t know what to do whenever you cry and will quietly separate himself from you when he sees you getting emotional. It’s never with negative intentions, it’s just very awkward for him. What does he say? What should he do? He’s never really seen an example of how to approach the situation.

I mean at least he understands that you’re clearly having a hard time, so he will try and get as many chores out of the way as possible and will work extra hard to ensure that you don’t have to do a single thing around the house. He does grow very quiet though and won’t say much when he does find himself within your vicinity.

If you ask him to shower with you or do anything for you, he will of course. And he heavily relies on instruction during this time or else he’ll just excuse himself. If you’re having an episode and he notices you’re crying almost everyday, he becomes a bit scarce and when he’s away from you he’s constantly stressed out. He really doesn’t know what to do. He’ll humbly ask another member of the org for advice when it gets that bad, and will only come home at night to tidy up the entire house to make sure you’re chore-less the next day.

It’s only when you vent to him with tears in your eyes about why he’s avoiding you does the thought come to him like a lightbulb that he should probably spend more time holding you. He’s trying his best though I mean his traumatizing past is all he got sometimes. But he kind of likes it when you cling to him and your crying goes from making him nervous, to making him feel needed and protective.

Still thinking about Naruto in the year of our lord 2024 so I was wondering what your take would be on a Sannin swap, meaning team seven has different mentally unstable mentors from canon so they can be traumatized/educated in new and exciting ways <3

I've written a few about the potential dynamics between Naruto/Orochimaru, Sasuke/Tsunade, and Sakura/Jiraiya, but let me tell you about the different iteration that really and truly is my favorite:

Sakura/Orochimaru

Mad scientist, came-from-nothing ninja with insane chakra control reporting for duty.

Orochimaru takes one look at this pink-haired freak with a puddle of chakra who thinks she can stand side-by-side with the kyuubi and the last of one of the great dojutsu and says, would you like to live deliciously?

And Sakura says, of course I would.

It is not enough for her to succeed, others must fail. And Orochimaru loves and appreciates this about her.

Sakura runs away from Konoha with the promise of having a mentor who will teach her, who will focus on her, who will believe that she's more than her pitiful background and more than her overwhelming teammates.

She is, at first, foisted onto Kabuto. She frightens Kabuto.

When she gets good enough to replace Kabuto, which happens in a very alarming two years (max), Kabuto suddenly gets to live with the ever-present threat of becoming an experiment.

Orochimaru adores her and encourages her to steal any and all clan techniques and kekkei genkai that she can. Why should she be barred from knowledge if she yearns for it?

Sakura is the most learned woman in the elemental nations. She has figured out Orochimaru's Body Problem. She's replicated the Strength of a Hundred seal Tsunade uses. They are a plague unto Konohagakure.

She's gene splicing like nobody's business.

The only people who care that Sakura up and left are Naruto, Kakashi, a bit of Sasuke, and Ino. Except for...well, no one has that manic desire to bring her back, the way Naruto did when Sasuke went missing nin. They kind of view her as a failed experiment, though Ino misses her and thinks of her a lot.

Sasuke/Jiraiya

Such a miserable duo, but they kind of like it.

Jiraiya is strong enough to keep Sasuke safe, and he keeps the kid out of Konoha, which he really needed.

Sasuke takes to everything quickly and antagonistically. Jiraiya hates having such a talented student - he is, perhaps, even more talented than Minato - who is so desperately antisocial.

You know that one post that's like, someone who's objectively attractive but has negative rizz? That's Sasuke, and Jiraiya despairs on the regular, because this student of his should, in theory, take over this position as horny spy master with the way he effortlessly draws in beautiful women who can act as informants. Sadly, due to his personality, no one would ever believe that Sasuke is just charming these (knowledgable) women into bed with him.

Sasuke takes to sealing, and Jiraiya is petrified that he's going to come up with something to, like, replenish his clan at an alarming rate.

Sasuke gets rid of his brother with some sort of homemade seal that traps him in a Matryoshka doll or something. He didn't technically commit fratricide, but Itachi is suffering in that thing.

He comes back to the village looking way better than he did when he left. Jiraiya takes that as his main point of pride.

Naruto/Tsunade

Naruto, should he learn chakra control, is the ideal healer in that he has more chakra than should fit in a human body, even an Uzumaki.

It's the chakra control that is Tsunade's true challenge in teaching. And, good god, is it a challenge. Sasuke is already murdering his brother by the time Naruto can reliably aid in a minor surgery.

But once he finally learns it, Naruto is improving in leaps and bounds, as is his way.

He completes a Strength of a Hundred seal six months after he finally learns chakra control. Sakura has had hers for two years, and he does not know or care.

Naruto is saving people at unprecedented rates. Honestly, Tsunade struggles to justify making him a combat medic, because he's doing so much good in the hospital just staying at the village.

Naruto is Naruto, though, so Tsunade teaches him to brawl using her style.

He winds up on the most dangerous missions, due to the fact that he has a natural healing ability with his Kyuubi, and is now the most talented healer Konoha has (who insists on getting out there).

Akatsuki Labs, Inc. No one knows what they're actually researching, and how they get their funding, however everyone hires them, they're incredibly popular with institutions and businesses alike...

Deidara is a lab rookie who is still at the beginning of his study. He went to a scientific high school and an absolute ace at chemistry. Besides studying chemistry, his other major is pyrotechnical engineering. He blows shit up on the regular and even adds copper sulphate to fires when he is the one supposed to put them out. He frequently steals minerals from the lab to use them for his pottery projects. And yes, he knows how to make meth.

Hidan is on his way to become a neurologist. He is fascinated by the way the nervous system works (especially while processing pain) and has the ego of a neurosurgeon twice his age. However he is regularly asked for a second opinion because he knows his shit. Plant biologist!Itachi regularly talks to his plants when no one is looking and he gives them names as well. He doesn't really care much for the actual lab work and prefers to take care of the plants in the different lab greenhouses. Kakuzu is a senior scientist/professor who initially studied pharmacology/pharmacy to save many lives and prolong the lives of millions, but eventually got disillusioned and sold his soul to the pharma industry. He should technically be retired now, but he joined the Akatsuki labs inc to make some money on the side.

Kisame started out as a marine biologist specializing in shark research, however, seeing these beautiful, innocent creatures get bastardized by Hollywood and pollution made him apply to Akatsuki labs inc to help find solutions to the current crises caused by humanity. During his free time, he volunteers in a dolphin rehabilitation center.

Konan is the cofounder of Akatsuki labs inc, everyone respects her and even looks up to her. Once a brilliant scientist in the field of engineering, she got tired of how male dominated it was and how her male colleagues kept getting the credit for her ideas. She frequently holds lab courses for young girls interested going into the scientific field.

Nagato is the Akatsuki labs founder, and rarely seen in the lab. He has made himself a name in the field of robotics by inventing the Shurado robotics system which helps millions of automated machines run to this day. Rarely seen in the lab, he communicated with his employees via his Pain Alias Email. though to be fair, Konan writes most of these emails for him; she's the only one regularly talking to him face-to-face.

Orochimaru is a geneticist and biochemist, his focus being finding ways to avoid cellular decay, as well as the human genome and anti aging research. His parents are academics as well and he lived up to their expectations to the fullest. He has his own skincare formula which keeps him looking snatched at all times. Given the rumors about several scientific ethical code violations, everyone is kinda scared of him except for his personal lab tech, Kabuto.

Sasori is a renowed mortician who's also very interested in histology. His preparation techniques are unmatched and he even invented new preparation- and histological staining methods, which are called "Red Sand" and "Red Technique", respectively. He often gets into fights with Kakuzu about his microtome collection being unnecessarily expensive.

Tobi is the Akatsuki labs CEO cosplaying as a clueless intern that always steals from the candy bowl in the waiting room. In reality, he has a PHD in physics, his thesis being about rifts in space time and interdimensional interactions, however all of his papers are published under an alias. He has a soft spot for Deidara and refuses to fire him despite the latter's frequent "accidents".

Zetsu is a biological anthropologist fascinated by human evolution and human behavior. Some think even his colleagues are subjects of his studies. Some people say he's two-faced, but he is very chatty and inquisitive most of the time. He volunteered to have Itachi's venus fly traps in his office and can sometimes be seen feeding them dead flies or mosquitoes.

Synopsis: After his arms become immobilized thanks to the third Hokage, you step in to help him in the shower. Which led to a conversation you weren't sure you were ready for.

A/N: I'm so sad I can't find a good gif of him in the shower... But we all know the scene - It lives rent-free in my head.

Your eyes flicked up to his, cheeks heating up at the way he was now looking at you. He could hide his feelings all he wanted to, but you saw the adoration in his eyes. "I don't know if you love me, but I know I mean more to you in some way." A small smile played on his lips, it was faint and quick, and those who didn't know him wouldn't have caught it. But you did and it told you that you hit the nail right on the head.

He opened his mouth and you braced for a cruel rebuttal, but he shut it, eyes narrowing before letting out a sigh.

"Yes, Kabuto?"

Your head snapped to the door. He wouldn't be able to see anything but a shadow of you behind the curtain, but it made you self-conscious. Orochimaru let you move closer to him, never liking when you felt uncomfortable.

"I'll... I'll come back-"

"Good idea" Orochimaru hissed back, eyebrows furrowed as a wave of pain crashed through him. You mimicked him, brows furrowing as you took his face into your hands, trying to ease him through the waves of pure agony.
