In her sprites she always has a massive slouch, that made me think, what if she's much taller than we think?

You probably have a much better idea of Undertale stuff than I do as you've stated you look through Undertale dialog for fun or something, what's your opinion (sorry this is probably a dumb ask)

undyne elbows papyrus conspiratorially like "HEY!!! wanna know a cool trick i learned being a professional girlfriend??" then she turns towards alphys who's chatting with sans on the other side of the room and hollers "HEY HOTCHEEKS!!!" and she fucking periscopes to full height. and alphys, red as a tomato, is like "oh, ha-ha, v-very funny, thank you babe. anyway, as i was saying-" and then she turns around and sans is just silently staring at her, dead-faced, from half a foot below her eye level

how tall is Gravel?

6'8" , the same height that I draw Undertale Papyrus

Generally I base all Papyrus heights off of him, they're usually an inch or two taller or shorter.. Considering some lore details, logically Gravel should be maybe a little shorter than Undertale Papyrus, but the same height is fine.

I don’t think I’ve ever actually explained this so here’s a useless little funfact: the reason I make Edge so much taller than the other Papyri is bc his Gaster did more extensive experimenting on him, while the reason Red is still only roughly the same size as the other sanses is because Gaster reached a cap on what he could do with him regardless bc of his low hp
