Imagine that after Adam dies Lute decides to keep his house clean because she cares. But then she comes across his diary.
It starts off about his hatred for Lucifer, Lilith, and Eve. Along with his conquest in Heaven. But around the time he met Lute it starts filling up with entries about her and how much he admires her.
Then it just becomes about his burning love for Lute towards the end and how them dating is the best thing to happen to him since he died.
Finally the last page he wrote in reveals that he was planning to propose to her. With a ring he kept hidden in his dresser.
Lute breaks down, but puts the ring on. Promising to never take it off. Since she would have said yes. A million times yes.
