while on a protocol-breaking stroll around the edge of heaven’s entrance, calamity was “overpowered” by serenity, a high ranking angel, who she tried to seduce. she then woke up the next morning in the angel’s bed.

OC-tober prompts 10(+5) -- a palette challenge! i decided to do Detective Agent Private Eye (D.A. Private Eye) and Calamity!

i decided to reach back to the last 5 prompts since i had to skip them... i really wanted to draw these two together, because quite a few people on artfight drew them together and it opened my brain to 100 worlds...

i think D.A. would find Calam really cool, despite it being his job description to sleuth her crimes. and with how bucknutty D.A. is i think Calam, especially with how shady and maniacal she is, would have a great time messing with him and throwing him for a loop. probably set up some great murder mysteries for him to solve. absolute capers abound

2. Which of them is the worst at cooking?

✝ Alberta. They could burn water.

7. Which of them is more likely to suffer from insomnia?

✪ Nora. Most of them have trouble sleeping at some point or another, but after waking up from cryosleep Nora struggles with nightmares and has trouble sleeping if she's alone. It helps if there's someone she trusts nearby, and cuddling someone, like Dogmeat, helps the most.

🎖 Nate suffered similarly before the bombs thanks to trauma from the battlefield, and would have continued to do so even more if he had survived. Nora sorta gained his sleep troubles.

21. Which of your muses is the biggest gossip?

☣ Calamity. He's also a big fat liar though and will tell you fake things just to see how you react.

30. Which of your muses is the biggest pet person? How many pets did they have in their life?

🏕 Jack

Pre-war his family had some cats and dogs and probably other critters when he was growing up, and when he went hunting with his dad they had a friend that would bring hunting dogs. He was quite fond of dogs, and animals in general.

Post-war though he doesn't really have a proper pet. He does keep chickens though, and he might keep some live animals for observation and testing to see how they've mutated, but they wouldn't really be considered pets. Just livestock and test subjects. The closest he might come is having a cat move onto the property to catch mice, radrats, and other pests that go for his crops or chickens.

Despite his own love for dogs, Beckett has trauma related to them and doesn't, so that's simply a no-go for them. Thanks to his mutations he's sorta the dog eventually anyway...

Calamity!

Calamity is actually an old concept - her original name was Dixie and she looked like this. I've since revamped everything about her, with the only thing that stayed the same is that she is Nack and Nic's mother.

Calamity's a bounty hunter, and a marauding, ruthless bandit. She's 51 years old, about 6'1'', she's stinky, and mean as sin. I'd like to ask her hand in marriage.

She believes in survival of the fittest, and took her children on jobs with her when they were young, insisting they learn to shoot, pillage and kill in order to survive life in Rail Canyon. She also frequently put them through trials and pit the twins against eachother. She favored Nicolette over Nack.

She abandoned her children without any goodbyes when they turned 16. At that point, as far as she was convinced, she'd done her job raising them and their future was in their own hands now.

Calamity travels a lot and doesn't stay in one place too long. She's been sighted at Desert Falls, Sandy Hills, Dark Valley, Lost Valley, Oil Ocean Zone, Sand Gully and Mirage Saloon.

She loves a good challenge. Hunting her mark is something she takes great joy in, and she gets a kick out of intimidating others. Her loyalty is to herself; while she sometimes runs with the occasional gang, she's known to leave them in the dust when the score is settled.

See those eye motifs around her getup? She's fallen in with some Dark Gaia cult in recent years. I'm still developing that part of her lore, but she will have a wereform.

My addition to @ego-osbourne 's Velehk Sain's trusty crew! She's under the cut because she is very unclothed.

This is Calamity, one of Sanguine's dremora, who left his realm sometime before the Oblivion Crisis and joined Velehk Sain's crew when she'd heard of a successful dremora “Pirate King.”

She minds the sails of the ship and works with the few other dremora onboard to keep the mortal shipmates in check. She's sassy and playful, usually a good sport about general mischief.

When the ship is docked, Calamity often uses her skills in... convincing people.. to trick those landgoers into gambling all their money away and consequently letting her make more money for the crew. Rumor has it she's never cheated in a game before.

Ok guys I have had a bit of a brain rot idea.

I have been playing Age of Calamity, and a thought came to mind and turned into this. Allow me to introduce my OC? linkeduniverse link, Calamity or Cal, for short. Here's some headcannons I had for him.
