Hi there! I'm 25, pronouns she/her. I'm looking for a handful of fandom threads because I'm obsessed and desperate (: I'm a novella/multi-para writer, but honestly, post-length isn't a big concern--as long as I've got something to go off of, we're golden. I work weekdays, but I genuinely try and get replies out as fast as I can. I'm super patient though, so there's never any rush on your part <3 Chatting OOC and becoming friends with my RP partners is kind of a staple for me, but not a requirement at all. (Characters I'll play are bold, otherwise I have no preference.) Fandoms + Ships: •MARVEL - CABLEPOOL (Deadpool x Cable) •TWD - JAARON (Jesus x Aaron); DARSITA (Daryl x Rosita) •STAR WARS - STORMPILOT (Finn x Poe); DINLUKE (Din x Luke); REYLO (Rey x Kylo) •STAR TREK - AOS MCKIRK (Kirk x McCoy) •TOP GUN - ICEMAV (Ice x Mav); HOLLYWOLF (Hollywood x Wolfman); HANGSTER (Hangman x Rooster) •YU YU HAKUSHO - KURAHI (Kurama x Hiei); KUWAMESHI (Kuwabara x Yusuke) •PIXAR'S CARS - McQueen x Mater; McQueen x Francesco (HUMAN AU'S)

Hey there, my name's Air! My pronouns are she/her and I'm 25 years old. I'm writing a refresh of my previous RP post to pin to my blog, since I have new stuff to add :) Anyways, please DNI if you're younger than 21. (AM NOT REPLACING MY CURRENT PARTNERS, BC I LOVE YOU ALL! Just looking for more (: ) A little about me: I work weekdays but I generally try and get replies out as fast as I can. I can write easily anywhere from 100 words to 1,000, depending on what length we decide we'd like to do. I am very flexible in that regard! Reply length doesn't really matter to me as long as I've got something to grab hold of and reply to. That being said, I definitely prefer novella/multi-para style RP. I write third person, present tense, BUT you can definitely write past tense if you prefer; I don't really care if the tenses are different. I like to chat ooc and have lots of fun musing, as well. I'm gonna list my fandoms and ships down below. I know that some are SUPER niche, so I don't really expect any hits for those but LOL--gotta try.
(There will be a ☆ next to the ships I really wanna do; characters I'd like to write will be bold, otherwise I have no preference.) SHADOWHUNTERS: • JIMON (Jace x Simon) MARVEL: • CABLEPOOL (Cable x Deadpool) ☆ • SPIDEYPOOL (Andrew!Spidey x Deadpool) • WINTERPANTHER (Bucky x T'Challa) ☆ • BRUTASHA (HULK x Black Widow) • DEADDEVIL (Daredevil x Deadpool) • CHERIK (Magneto x Professor X) • FRATT (Punisher x Daredevil) • BENREED (Reed x Ben; F4 2015) • SYMBROCK (Venom x Eddie) • LOGURT (Nightcrawler x Wolverine) TOP GUN: • ICEMAV (Iceman x Maverick) ☆ • HANGSTER (Hangman x Rooster) ☆ • HOLLYWOLF (Hollywood x Wolfman) ☆ • HANGMAV (Maverick x Hangman) • BOBNIX (Bob x Phoenix) THE WALKING DEAD: • JAARON (Aaron x Jesus) ☆ • DARSITA (Rosita x Daryl) • SHARICK (Shane x Rick) PACIFIC RIM: • MALEIGH (Mako x Raleigh) ☆ STAR TREK: • MCKIRK (McCoy x Kirk; AOS) ☆
STAR WARS: • STORMPILOT (Finn x Poe) ☆ • REYLO (Rey x Kylo) ☆ • HANDO (Lando x Han) ☆ • DINLUKE (Din x Luke) ☆ • KYLUX (Kylo x Hux)
YU Y U HAKUSHO: • KURAHI (Kurama x Hiei) ☆ • KUWAMESHI (Kuwabara x Urameshi) • YUSUHI (Yusuke x Hiei) INUYASHA: • INUKOGA (Inuyasha x Koga) PIXAR'S CARS: (IK, IK.) • McQueen x Mater (Human AU's) ☆ • McQueen x Francesco (Human AU's) ☆
I do not double! I only RP CC x CC (and oc x oc, but I'm not looking for that atm). We can write multiples of the fandoms listed above, too (: I don't mind at all! I love having lots of threads w/ partners.

Minette watches Medici, part 12 (Blood With Blood)
- I see the titles aren’t getting better... Then again, appropriate considering it’s an unofficial Twilight crossover. Yes, I know Volterra is a real city that just happened to be used by Stephenie Meyer as a seat of dark!Aziraphale and his possey. No, this does not ruin my unhinged headcannons in the slightest.
- The main plot of this episode was... A lot. For starters, rejoice, people, Lorenzo de’ Medici finally lost! Granted, it was because he is such a good boy who wouldn’t hurt a fly, but oh well. For real tho, Lorenzo’s actions having realistic (and tragic) consequences was pretty compelling. I completely understand Clarice’s need to give him a reassurance, however weak, and a hug. Hell, by the end of the episode, I wanted to give him a hug! Which is really saying something considering how little sympathy I felt for him before.
- On the other hand, the fact that Lorenzo is such a good boy who wouldn’t hurt a fly kinda makes his friendship with a violent thug like Francesco de’ Pazzi more confusing. Or vice versa, for that matter. Really, Francesco’s turn to the Medici side is justified not at all, and the stupid flashback whose only purpose seems to be to point at old Pazzi and go “look at this asshole, don’t you just hate him so much?” absolutely doesn’t help. Honestly if anything, it makes me hate the writers, not the old Pazzi. This douche really is what I was affraid Albizzi would end up being.
- On the OTHER other hand, however contrived the reasoning behind it was, I still liked to actually see them work together. Why, yes, Italian Ao3, they are pretty shippable. Man, can you believe this mess is the best subplot in this episode?!
- Francesco’s romance with Novella is nice in theory, but the little time alotted to it and Novella’s piss-poor acting kinda ruin in. Again, can you believe this mess is the best romantic subplot in this episode?! Well, that and me x Bianca’s wedding dress.
- Clarice/Lorenzo/Lucrezia D love triangle absolutely does not live up to its potential here, aside from Clarice’s Jolene moment, which I do appreciate, because I am fair like that. And maybe I am foolish, but I still want it to continue somehow, if for no other reason, then because I sincerely hope the writers do not expect us to believe Clarice’s limp comforting of Lorenzo was enough to turn him away from Lucrezia D.
- Giuliano officially earns the medal of the worst boy of this show, because what the fuck was that subplot?! Again, tsundere girl x presumptuous fuckboy is truly the inferior trope, and Giuliano truly is the worst of the fuckboys. Like, of course he had to undress in front of Simonetta for her to feel anything but disdain; like, there is just absolutely nothing good about this dude except his abs! Even then, he in turn doesn’t have Francesco’s cheekbones. Novella truly dodged a bullet here. Human mind cannot comprehend why would Simonetta feel literally anything when confronted with the possibility of Giuliano’s death, other than “huh, a waste of good abs”. Which could work as a motivation to fuck him after he comes from the battle, but I somehow doubt that’s what the writers had in mind.
- For what its worth, I appreciated the relatively realistic image of Early Modern warfare. Even the whole thing where the Florentine commander ordered an attack on a walled city because siege lasting a FEW DAYS would be too long for him could be explained by the dude being on Pazzi’s payroll or something.

Giovanni di Ser Giovanni Guidi, called Lo Scheggia (San Giovanni Valdarno 1406 – 1486 Florence), Madonna and Child between Saint Francis and Saint Michael, bearing the coat of arms of the Minerbetti and Lanfredini families, c.1444, tempera and gold on panel, 47 x 35 cm
The present work has been previously attributed to Apollonio di Giovanni di Tomaso (Florence circa 1416–1465) and Marco del Buono Giamberti (Florence 1402–1489). However, recent study has resulted in a revised attribution. Giovanni di ser Giovanni Guidi, called Lo Scheggia, was the younger brother of Masaccio. He trained in 1420-21 under the Florentine master Bicci di Lorenzo but was subsequently influenced by the work of his brother. The artist specialised in the production of small devotional pictures, deschi da parto and other decorative works, including cassone and spalliera panels. It is possible to propose an exact dating of the present painting due to the inclusion of the two coats-of-arms which belong to two important families. On the left, the husband´s crest is that of the Minerbetti family from the quartiere of Santa Maria Novella, whilst the right or wife´s crest, belongs to the Lanfredini family from the quartiere of Santo Spirito. Andrea Minerbetti, Conte di Montefeltro, was the Florentine ambassador to Paris and to the Holy See. His son Tommaso also held important offices in the city state, before he married Bice Strozzi. The son of this marriage, Piero, was born in 1414, and he in turn married Caterina Lanfredini in 1439. Their coats-of-arms are depicted in the present painting. Piero and Caterina’s son Francesco was born in 1444, and the inclusion of Saint Francis as patron of the new born child would suggest that the present painting was commissioned to commemorate his christening. Saint Michael may have been included to refer to a family patron saint, or an important godparent. The dating of the present painting to circa 1444, would imply that it is an early work by Lo Scheggia and like many of the artist’s early works it shows the influence of his elder brother, Masaccio, as well as Fra Angelico.

To Meet Again [F.P.]
Request: Hi! So I today's your birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DARLING! love your writing and I wanted to request a Francesco x reader imagine. Maybe where the reader is from noble family and meets Francesco at Bianca's wedding (something which happened with Novella, I know) but she's engaged with an important man. They fall in love with each other and want to be together. Thank you so much, you're wonderful.

“Pardon me.”
Blinking, you shuffle back, two small steps, as you tilt your chin upwards, eyes settling on a pair green ones staring back down at you. Lips parting, you let a soft smile fall on your lips; “pardon me,” you repeat his words, setting a hand against your chest. “I was not looking where I was going.”
The man’s lips curve into a smile of his own, one of which that both seems foreign but perfectly placed as he shakes his head. “I do not believe we’ve met,” he nods, his eyes wandering lower on your form to get a better look before resettling back on your eyes. With his hands clasped behind his back, he seems to be the only one you can focus on despite the chaos that goes on around the two of you, your attention completely caught by him.
“No,” you nod, cheeks warming slightly. “I do not believe we have. I am Y/N Y/L/N, and you are?”
“Francesco Pazzi,” the man introduces, taking your hand delicately into your own and pressing a kiss to the top of it. His actions only cause your cheeks to warm further, his eyes soft as he slowly licks his bottom lip, gaze heavily focused on you.
“Of the Pazzi bank,” you realize with widened eyes, “I was not aware.”
“My uncle,” the man nods, shrugging his shoulders, “runs the bank. I help him.”
Lips curving into, yet, another smile, you nod; “i’ve heard plenty about the Pazzi bank. My husband speaks highly of it very often.”
Francesco’s face falls slightly at the mention of a husband, and it does not go unnoticed by you. His shoulders fall, slightly, as well, and there is an expression you cannot fully explain that washes over the irises of his eyes as he gaze moves to the crowd around you. “Your husband?” He questions lightly, “it’s a shame, I do not think I have met him either.”
With a somewhat forced smile, you shrug lightly. “My husband often wanders off to talk business and does not like me hanging by his side,” you explain, unable to hide the distaste in your tone as you turn your head over your shoulder, able to stop said husband easily through the crowd. “I guess, though,” you add, turning back to Francesco with a brighter smile, “someways it’s a blessing. I get to drink all the wine I desire.”
Francesco chuckles as you raise your glass, a laugh pouring from your own lips in response. His chuckle is almost intoxicating, and it completely captures your attention as you take a small sip from your wine glass, eyes never wavering from her own.
“Y/N!”
And just like that, the smile fades from your lips. You recognize that voice even from far away, and your body tenses as a hand falls on your shoulders before sliding lower to your waist, pulling you against another. Pulling the rim of the cup away from your lips, you turn your head to the right, meeting your husbands eyes. “Stefano,” you greet with a stiff nod, before catching sight of Francesco out of the corner of your eye. “This is Messer Pazzi,” you introduce, gesturing over to said man. “Of the Pazzi bank.”
“Ah,” your husband grins, holding his hand out towards Francesco to which the latter accepts, although hesitantly. “It is nice to meet you, Messer Pazzi.”
With a forced, somewhat fake smile, Francesco nods; “likewise.”
Stefano then turns to you, “Y/N,” he chastises, “you know how I feel about you drinking wine.”
Feeling your cheeks warm, you try your best to ignore Francesco lasting gaze. “Stefano,” you whisper, setting your hand on his chest. “It is a party. You drink at parties.”
Stefano clicks his tongue, rolling his eyes. “Come,” he urges, moving to step back. “A business partner of mine would like to meet you. It was nice meeting you, Messer Pazzi.” Your husband offers a short wave Francesco’s way, to which he mimics.
“It was nice meeting you as well,” he bows slightly, before his eyes slide to your own. “And you as well, Ma Donna Y/L/N.”
Smiling, you nod; “I hope to see you again sometime, Messer Pazzi. It was a pleasure talking to you.”
All Francesco can manage is a simple nod before your husband is whisking you away, your head turned over your shoulder, lasting gaze stuck on that of Francesco’s.

By: Amy Fredrickson
The illuminator and painter Zanobi di Benedetto di Caroccio degli Strozzi was born into one of the largest and wealthiest families in Florence on 17 November 1412, although during his lifetime the Strozzi family would lose their battle for supremacy of Florence to the Medici. While Zanobi was primarily active as an illuminator, he also produced both private devotional works and altarpieces.
Zanobi, along with his older brother Francesco and sister Maddalena, were orphaned when he was fifteen. There is a lack of documentation regarding his early life, but tax records prove that between 1427 and 1430 he was living with the illuminator Battista di Biagio Sanguigni (1393-1451) in nearby Fiesole. Due to his aristocratic status, he began his training privately with Sanguigni, rather than an apprenticeship in a workshop. Sanguigni and Zanobi collaborated on several projects. The artists remained close, and in 1432 Sanguigni helped pay Maddalena’s dowry when she entered the Augustinian convent of San Gaggio. In total, the duo lived together for between eight and eleven years. Zanobi provided his tutor with financial support for another fourteen years. He also provided provisions and wine, and he even deeded the Strozzi property in Palaiuola to Sanguigni in 1446 when Zanobi moved back to Florence with his wife Nanna di Francesco Strozzi. Sanguigni continued to live in Palaiuola until his death in 1451 when the property reverted back to Zanobi’s brother, Francesco Strozzi.
Due to their close working relationship, Sanguigni and Zanobi have rather similar styles. In Fiesole, the duo connected with Fra Angelico, whom they met at San Domenico, where Fra Angelico was working at the time. In Lives, Vasari included Zanobi in the friar’s biography, claiming that Zanobi was a fervent follower.
Interestingly, due to the regulations of the Florentine guilds, an aristocrat could neither rule the city nor take an active part in politics. Consequently, Zanobi never registered with the Arte dei Medici e Speziali in Florence and was therefore unable to secure commissions under his own name; the majority of his works are collaborations.
When Zanobi arrived in Florence, he may have been a tenant in Pesellino’s workshop, as there are no documents that prove he purchased his own studio until several years later. Another possibility is that he entered some type of formal partnership with Pesellino (c.1422 - 1457). They worked on an altarpiece together, and the main panel is The Assumption of the Virgin located in the National Gallery of Art in Dublin. Scholars have proposed different ideas regarding how much each artist participated in this work. They also worked on an illumination of the Bellum Poenicum from 1446 to 1449.
Between 1446 and 1454, Zanobi collaborated with Filippo di Matteo Torelli on Cosimo de’ Medici’s commission for choir books for the church of San Marco. Fra Angelico reviewed the miniatures according to a document dated 2 May 1449. In 1460, shortly after finishing the choir books, the Medici also ordered an altarpiece for the church of San Girolamo in Fiesole, which was in proximity to their new Villa Medici. In 1463, he began another large commission to illuminate choir books for the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore. For this project, he collaborated with Francesco di Antonio del Chierico. It took eleven years to finish these works, even with the help of an entire workshop. In fact, the workshop incorporated several notable Florentine artists, including Cosimo Rosselli and Domenico Ghirlandaio.
While he worked primarily as an illuminator, he left behind several paintings. Zanobi’s only signed work is an Annunciation (c. 1440-1445) for the church of San Miniato al Monte, now housed in the National Gallery, London. The Lanfredini family commissioned this work for their private chapel in San Miniato al Monte. Zanobi depicted a traditional scene with the Virgin seated in prayer and the angel Gabriel announcing that she will bear the Son of God. Above Gabriel he placed a dove to represent the Holy Spirit, and he incorporated the lily as an emblem of the Virgin’s purity and grace. He also included the Lanfredini family arms on the capitals of the columns in the painting, and he concealed his signature, “ZANOBI,” on the border of the Virgin's blue robe.
The Philadelphia Museum of Art also holds an Annunciation in its collection, which demonstrates Fra Angelico’s influence on Zanobi's iconographic choices. His decision to portray the angel Gabriel flying in on clouds is unconventional, yet while working in Fiesole, he may have seen Fra Angelico’s 1425 missal depicting Gabriel in the same manner. Additionally, in 1434, Fra Angelico depicted Gabriel in pink robes in an Annunciation for the convent of Santa Maria Novella. In this work, Gabriel's garb is a similar distinctive pink ensemble adorned with gold embroidery. The painting supports Vasari’s statement that Zanobi worked with Fra Angelico and had an impact on Zanobi’s paintings.
The artist died in his native Florence on 6 December 1468 and is buried in Santa Maria Novella. Zanobi is most remembered for his miniatures in illuminated manuscripts and is considered by some as one of the minor masters of his generation.
