Did you meet Jensen Ackles? if so, how was your experience?
If you're asking about the most recent convention I went to last month, then no I didn't meet Jensen up-close there--we had Copper tickets (i.e. no autographs) and all the J2 photo ops were sold out by the time I got the tickets. (I did see him fairly close though when he walked by where I was sitting after finishing an autograph session).
I have seen him at previous cons when I had Gold or Silver tickets and/or was able to get a photo op ticket. Those encounters were only a few seconds by necessity since there were many other fans waiting behind me for their autograph or photo op, so I didn't really have the chance to talk to him much (and was too shy to say more than "Hi" and "Thank you" TBH). I can say however that Jensen is MUCH more attractive in person--one of my friends said it was "like looking into the sun."
My best experience with him was my last photo op in 2019 (my hair was very short in this one because I was a little over a year post-chemo), where I brought a replica of the Colt in its box as a prop. I stood facing him with the open box while he picked up the gun for the pic, which meant that for the entire 30 seconds or so I got to stare directly at his face:
The pic itself obviously only shows either of us in profile instead of full face, but it was worth it! (Don't ask me how I managed not to melt into a puddle or spontaneously combust.)

I've seen your reply to an anon mentioning "never keep fighting"
I truly have no idea the context around this quote. I imagine Jensen said this at some point in a panel. Was it recent or...? If it is in relations to mental health, that is very tone-deaf and... eye-rolling ridiculous. Would you mind sharing if you already haven't spoken about it?
It happened at the 'straight-gate' convention in New Jersey where Misha conned his way onto the Main Panel with Jensen (probably by asking if he could set his "bi" record "straight" on stage - which he didn't). Here's a link to the video, the question starts at about 41:55.
Basically, the question was about persevering through trials, and Misha immediately goes for the joke by telling the person to give up. Jensen was so taken aback by the joke, he decided to keep it going with "Never keep fighting."
Yes, they were joking in the moment and gave decent answers afterwards, but it's just another instance of not really recognizing the time or place to joke like that. Not only is the Always Keep Fighting campaign very close to Jared's heart, but he was recovering from an accident that was so bad Jensen himself said that Jared was lucky to be alive. Do I think it was malicious? No. Tone-deaf... absolutely.

Since we're talking about the whole Misha thing... (explained in tags)
I've been an ally for 25 years at least. I always loved rainbows, so I've had them around a bit, and from time to time I've been slipping into conversations that gay, lesbian, and bi ppl exist. I've explained pansexuality and transness. And in the last 2 years, I've started to throw in asexuality (i.e. since I realized that's me! yay!)
Straight ppl have asked me a lot if I'm a lesbian. I dislike the thinking that you can be aware and actively supportive of the queer community only if you're "not straight".
Straights will be allies and proud with you, they will include queer ppl in their stories and conversations. It's spreading awareness, educating, and making the world a better place for everyone.
