It’s so fun seeing peoples comments who’ve seen ninjago vs me and my twins absolutely unexistent knowledge of this show. We quite literally had absolutely no idea this show existed besides it’s name until a friend introduced it to us. Quick question- well more like a long question with a rant-

Have I finally implemented myself into a fandom on a social media platform with other people who are genuinely nice, not toxic, and just make me wanna rip my heart out and give it to them/p

After like two months have I made mark? Do people like the stuff I make? Do people even like me? Am I a part of a small chunk of this community?

I don’t know about whoever is reading this but I look at all these people who talk to me and draw these amazing things and I can’t help but see it as- some sort of high validation when they say something nice or respond to me.

I guess through my years of social media I’ve always expected the creators I enjoy to never see my comments, fan art, ideas, and just what I like over all. But I come here and I hate to say it but I think I’m convincing my brain that- well I’m like everyone else here. My art might not be as good, my ideas might be ass, and maybe I say stupid shit sometimes but… The people that I see as literally the best of the best- are telling me that I’m just as good? That I have talent? That I could be something?

I’ve never really praised for anything I do- I mean my own family just nit picks what I could do better- and my mental issues probably don’t help with the whole “you’ll never be as good as them” mindset.

But again I look at the people I’ve met on this app and I see people so much better then me- and yet they’re on their side, LITERALLY COMPLEMENTING ME- I don’t know if they feel obligated too because they see I’m trying or I’m getting pity praise but- I have never ever been praised by someone I look up too-

So what I’m getting at here is, Thank you for all making me feel like a person again. You have honestly made me feel 10x better about myself even if it was just Pity.

So I have a short list of people- I know I don’t have the biggest relationship with y’all but I feel the need to thank you

So thank you to @gamergirls427 for being my first genuine friend on this platform

Thank you to @goony-gooner for interacting with my content and involving me in some things I would have never known about

Thank you to @juaneloriginal for literally being the best person ever? You are genuinely one of the people I look up too the most

Thank you to @adventurecrimez for just… Being a nice person? We need more of you

And Thank you to everyone who I couldn’t think of- and those who just like what I do. I appreciate the support and kindness, I really do.

So I’m short just thank you for making me feel like I belong in a community like this. You’re all too sweet and I don’t deserve to be friends with anyone of you
