do casual paralive fans even know that characters have twitter beef. kanata has allen blocked. both cozmez twins have zen blocked. kantaro has an alt where he vents and shit talks other characters. kenta has a parasocial relationship with ryu, they're not even mutuals. the only person kanata & nayuta follow (other than each other) is shiki

edit bc new stuff happened ever since anthem came out : dongha now follows every team leader Except for allen (however allen follows him). kantaros vent alt now only follows kei. hajun does not follow amprule (but chungsung follows him. shout out to family dramas). kei & rokuta are the only characters to not follow buraikan. the majority of akyr does not follow anyone from gklk (iori follows all, hokusai only follows shion). visty does not follow anyone in 1nm8. and to close it off, we have yet another gigantic L by mikoshiba kenta!! he now follows reo and yes. he is once again ignored.

Sotf Ben my beloved in one of the rare moments I didn't want to hold him from the scruff of his shirt like an angry kitten. Oh man I adore so many of them, honestly the art style in general is SO COOL that I just love both the concepts and the drawings themselves. I find the art for a bunch of them is more silly than scary so i shy away from those, even if some of the descriptions for those are really dope too

Here's some that I like! I am biased towards eels x)

Host eel (parasites <333)

Voltaic grouper (how could I not love the lightning themed one i gasped out loud when i caught it the first time)

Serpentine Mackerel (It's a snake. Obviously I love this thang)

Shard ray (this is a fucking fighter jet <3)

Sprouting eel (petal themes AND eels? love this thang)

Defaced ray. This one is the fucking scariest aberration BY FAR. I wish more of them looked this fucked up tbh

Bonuses:

Decaying blackmouth. I like this not for anything justified but because this thing reminds me of Graves for whatever reason

Tattered mackerel (I just think the art for this is gnarly as fuck. It's bad enough to be torn to shreds but to just BE shreds? a shadow of a shadow. Metal as hell)

mark hears your giggling before he ever sees you. it felt weird being at this party without you, but now that he hears you, so satisfied with whatever plans you'd strung together with his friends... he finds himself giddy with excitement. donghyuck tells him to stop looking for you quickly, acting as though you hadn't given yourself away.

he hears your voice before anyone else joins in: "haaaappy birthday to you..."

and then he sees you, carrying a cake with lit candles. the rest joins in, and mark's smiling harder than before. he sees the way the light reflects in your eyes as you make your way forward, leading the charge. he knows the cake in your hands is homemade, too, because you'd been casually asking him little questions for weeks now. what flavor he'd want, the colors, any decorations...

you could have literally bought him a crummy store-bought cupcake and he'd love you as much as he does now.

you set the cake down in front of him, and for a moment, he just wants to quickly kiss you before going back to the party. but he feels the way you lean in for a second, giving him a lingering kiss on the cheek.

"happy birthday, cutie," you giggle, "i love you."

he doesn't say it back--not now. not unless he wants to get teased by his friends for how in love with you he really is. when he says it to you later, you just smile and give him this cheeky "i know."

"all i have to do is look at you to know," you tease, stealing a kiss from him during this quiet moment the two of you have together. you giggle, leaning against him when he curls an arm around you. "no wonder your friends tease you so much."

(and his subsequent giggles say it loud and proud, too: he adores you with everything he is.)
