In progress piece of one Kian Stone

Started digitalising this yesterday and ngl I was listening to the extended version of Cupid on loop. That song feels like this colour palette.

I have not forgotten the tattoos! I am currently working on them in a layer that I hid because it looked shitty ngl.

Fun fact: My mum saw this and asked if the character “was from that show with the wisp in it”

I feel like I prefer the line art in the original sketch, but that happens will all my art honestly. When I clean it up in Procreate I find a bazillion problem, or because the pen size isn’t exact the digital doesn’t feel the same as the initial sketch.

The part I am most proud of currently is the rendering of the polaroid in the background. A close second would be the colour pallete!

Don’t worry I will add the heart glasses! I’m absolutely obsessed with that design hc. Aside from elf ears, slapping on wacky sunnies/goggles is my artist’s guilty pleasure.

Might make a simplified version into a charm or sticker.
