Miracle Boxes - The True Generation

These are the second iteration of the Miracle Boxes, and the generation that lasted the longest, stretching out for several thousand years. The Miraculouses within these boxes are very similar to the generation before, save for many kwamis of the Mage Box being divided out among the other boxes of the world, and the Mage Box being hidden away as the Secret Box.

During this time kwamis were free to chose their own holders, and spent more time out in the world than in their Miracle Boxes. Guardians were protectors of kwamis in their dormant state, but were not wardens of them. Kwamis would often travel far from their boxes and across the world, acting as protectors where they felt they were needed.

yes i know logically nathalie would give adrien INTENSE training on how to handle money and Not get scammed but can we just imagine for a second that this never happens. because im imagining the core four gang ordering a pizza together one day and they're like 'oh adrien can you send your bank info so we can transfer you the money back?' and this poor boy sends his entire card number AND security code into the group chat. everyone is HORRIFIED. they immediately delete the message from their phones and laugh about it for a while but then suddenly alya has a moment of realisation and is like.

"adrien, you haven't... given anyone else this information before, right?"

that is how adrien learns at age 18 that, no, despite plagg's reassurances, it is not normal for an online cheesemonger to ask for a photo of his credit card, nor is €1000 a month a reasonable amount of money to be charged for a camembert subscription box

So. There’s this show I really hate.

I didn’t even want to watch it, but I was forced to sit through literally all of it because my parents liked it for some reason that completely eludes me. Not only is the plot catastrophically bad and the characters inconsistent — it’s also very, very misogynistic in essence. Just thinking about it now makes me want to chew on the writing team’s bones.

I genuinely have nothing good to say about this show.

So. Do you know how many posts I uploaded to the corresponding tags?

Because there’s no point in spending energy on a thing I hate so passionately, and even less in ruining it for other people.

Don’t get me wrong — it’s OK to point out irregularities in writing, and to talk about specific aspects of a story that upset you. But uploading dozens of posts about how you Hate The Thing, Analysing The Thing Is Pointless, Everyone Who Worked On The Thing Is Stupid, and Everyone Who Loves The Thing Is Delusional, is maybe not the genius take you think it is.

It doesn’t make you smarter than everyone else. It just makes you boring.

MIRACULOUS JACKET

HELLOOOO so...been a while I know.

Sadly I had to be responsible (ew) and focus on school, but now I'm on summer break and was able to finish the last patch!

This guys was a monster to make, it took me so long and I had so many complications during it, I literally ran out of tread before I had to leave to catch a flight.

But now I'm back home, and the jacket is finally done!! Just in time for the Miraculous movie coming to Netflix on Friday

Close up shot of the patches on. It's quite surreal to see it finished, it was more than a year ago that I came up with the idea and now I get a bit emotional seeing them all together.

You all have been with me since the beginning, and for that I thank you <3

Andre is a complete and total coward! Even when he ‘turned over a new leaf’ is BS! He can blame Audrey all he wants, but in the end, he was still Chloe’s primary caregiver most of her life. He was the one who spoiled her rotten and saved her butt from any punishment she deserved, all the while not disciplining her himself. Oh, but then when the monster he created goes out of control, that’s when he cares. Oh, and then instead of actually doing something to help Chloe break these awful habits or attempt to be a better father, he ships her with her emotionally abusive mother who brings out the worst traits while adopting the 'good’ child who isn’t even his kid (BTW doesn’t she already have a dad). To me, that honestly looks like, he’s trying to save his own reputation and doesn’t actually want to any heavy-lifting when it comes to bringing up a child.

Seriously what the heck was Astruc and his team thinking with this?!

Remember, Astruc said that Chloe was at the age where she was supposed to “build her moral compass away from her parents”, which pretty much shows how little he understands personal growth.

But then again, the only time the show ever actually condemns a bad parent for their actions is when they’re already dead, as we’ll see in “Representation”.

Caved under the pressure of my feed and decided to jump back into mlb and design a self-indulgent miracle box for myself! And as an extra treat, I decided to base the kwamis in the box on characters from ballet acts because I fell back down the ballet lover hole for some reason...

It's still a work in progress, but here are the two most powerful kwamis in the box!
