But they are honest to god so fuckin funny he usually ends up wheezing

Essek was the first one to make Caleb bark out a laugh in class because he sent him a "Oh no German boy!" meme he made and Caleb almost got in trouble for his laugh

Campaign 3 is a problem for me.

Before I explain, I love everything Critical Role. I love the actors, the charecters, the set, the crew, the story and whatever traumatic bit Sam is gonna present to us at the begining of an episode. Thanks to them I didn't go crazy in the pandemic and they make me laughe with very little efford.

That being said. This new campaign is a lot. We're having "end of the world" sytuation as really our first mission. Bells Hells don't even know eachother that much and now they're out there fighting for fate of the whole Exandria.

The only charecters we mildly know more about is Laudna, Orym and Imogine becouse they're connected to the whole "end of the world" thing.

Laudna died becouse they got mixed up with the people who are gonna do the thing with the moon and we had to take a break from all of that to focus on her. And I liked that, even if it was relaying heavily on campain 1 I loved seeing White Stone, how it grew, Percys and Vexs kids and even the Sun Tree.

That being said I'm not that found of so many old charecters coming back. I love all of them, I would die for them but having them pop up like easter eggs is not for me. 2nd campain holded back on that and it was so much better for it. I was beyond happy when Beau and Caleb showed up but then I thought - Man, now it's leaning on Mighty Nein too?

It doesn't feel like Bells Hells story anymore. It feels like long one shot with charecters who are made as side charecters for the old charecters to do or finish something cool.

They are on level 8 for DM sake. They aren't gonna save anything, everyone else is gonna have to do it for them and that's pissing me off.

In both previous campains we had time, a lot of time and adventures before we got to the big bad. I mean in 2nd campaign we didn't knew about our big final guy (Lucien) till like after 100 episdoes. The ending of that a campain was rushed, I will say that but still they had time to prepare for the final battle, learn stuff and even level up. Same with Vox Machina, we knew about Vecna since like almost the beginning but we had soo much happend to our heroes before the finally.

This feels like ether we're ending campain really earlie or something bigger and baddier is gonna happend (don't know how anything can beat the whole moon) or we're gonna save everything and worry about charecters sticking together later.

I loved first like 10 episodes of this campain. It felt like an adventure until it started connecting everything to this one big thing. I still love it but it feels lot more hollow and rushed. Too much ties to old campaign, I wish that Bells had time to shine. Just them.

I would never doubt our Lord and Saviour Mattew Mf Mercer and I hope that soon I'm gonna wash my mouth with soap but that one thing

Vax showing up. That kinda broke some unseen line for me. I wanted to be happy, really, he's there to protect what he loves even in fate worse then death. Instead I was numb and I hated that feeling.

I love Vox Machina and Mighty Nein but I came to 3rd campaign for Bells Hells, not class reunions.
