“Mir Ibrahim Bizenjo owns land – a huge amount of it – in various parts of the coastal district of Gwadar. He also owns a lot of large motorised fishing boats — some registered in Pakistan, others in Oman across the Arabian Sea from Pakistan’s Makran coast.

And he has a business partner, Mir Imam Bizenjo, who is known as far as the United States. The two are related too: Ibrahim Bizenjo’s son Charagh is married to Imam Bizenjo’s daughter.

The latter has been designated as a drug trafficking “kingpin” by the United States since 2009 under a law that bars “significant foreign narcotics traffickers” from doing business with American banks. A list of such “kingpins” issued by the American government referred to him with various aliases including Imam Bheel.

Imam Bizenjo has been in the news – both before and after that designation – for all the wrong reasons and yet he has not attracted much public attention.

Way back in 1998, he was named as a mastermind behind a passenger plane hijacking. The plane was flying from Turbat city in Balochistan to Karachi on May 24 that year when three armed hijackers forced it to land in Hyderabad, about 160 kilometres to the northeast of its original destination. The hijackers were overpowered a day later. During investigations, they claimed to be belonging to a student organisation from Balochistan and said they wanted to register their protest against Pakistan’s decision to conduct its nuclear tests in their province’s Chaghai district later the same month. They were subsequently hanged in 2015.

Imam Bizenjo was never arrested or tried in the case.

When General Pervez Musharraf removed Nawaz Sharif’s government in 1999, Imam Bizenjo sought help from Zubaida Jalal, a politician from his native district of Kech in Balochistan, to have his name cleared in the hijacking case. In return, he promised to help her win a National Assembly seat that then comprised Kech and Gwadar districts.

Jalal told Reuters news agency in 2012 that she agreed to help him because he said he had left drug trafficking “many years back”. After she won the election in 2002 and became the federal minister for education, a court hearing the hijacking case dropped charges against Imam Bizenjo over a lack of evidence.

Jalal and Imam Bizenjo had a falling out later so Imam Bizenjo put his son, Yaqub Bizenjo, as a candidate against her in the 2008 election. She lost the poll to Yaqub Bizenjo by a margin of 28,000 or so votes.

During his son’s tenure as a member of the National Assembly over the next five years, Imam Bizenjo and his family made headlines twice — and for violent crimes on both occasions. In the summer of 2009, a parcel bomb exploded at Yaqub Bizenjo’s residence in Karachi’s Defence area; in March 2012, Abdul Rehman Dashti, Gwadar’s district coordination officer, was shot dead allegedly by Imam Bizenjo himself in another part of the same locality.

A Baloch separatist group claimed responsibility for the first incident. Its leader alleged that Imam Bizenjo and Yaqub Bizenjo were helping intelligence agencies against the separatists and that the bomb was a warning for them to desist from doing that.

As for the second incident, investigation into it has not been completed even after six years. Imam Bizenjo was never arrested in the case, let alone interrogated or tried.

Why would Imam Bizenjo murder Dashti given that the two were known to be close to each other? There are unconfirmed reports that the murder was linked to Imam Bizenjo’s drug trafficking business. There are suggestions, also unverified, that it could be connected to Gwadar’s real estate sector that has become a multibillion-rupee affair after the 2005 construction of a deep sea port in the city.

Now his name is resurfacing — and again with reference to real estate.

Kalmat Khor lagoon looks like a large tree if viewed from the air. It is two kilometres wide and 12 metres deep where the Arabian Sea enters the land but seven kilometres into the land it expands enormously to 27 kilometres in width and 19 kilometres in length.

The lagoon, located 320 kilometres west of Karachi, almost halfway between the towns of Ormara and Pasni on the Makran Coastal Highway, covers an area of 102.25 square kilometres. It is surrounded by low hills which send a lot of sediment and silt into it during rains thus making it a perfect habitat for mangrove trees, say two botanists, Fayyaz Rasool and S M Saifullah, in a research paper published by the Karachi University in 1996.

The lagoon is also a fisherman’s paradise. Fishing can happen here all year long, even during the monsoon season in summer when the open sea becomes too rough to fish.

Local residents claim the Pakistan Navy is acquiring thousands of acres of land around the lagoon and, they allege, Ibrahim Bizenjo and Imam Bizenjo are the main beneficiary of this reported acquisition. Using their political influence and their ability to bribe government officials heftily, the two are said to have purchased more than 3,000 acres of land over the last few years from people living along the lagoon at paltry prices and are now expecting to make windfall gains by selling that land to the navy.

Syed Essa Noori, a member of the National Assembly between 2013 and 2018 from the region that includes Kalmat Khor, falls short of repeating these allegations but says he has heard from many people in Kalmat and Pasni towns about a land deal being done between Ibrahim Bizenjo and the navy.

Noori, though, blames a previous Balochistan government, headed by Dr Abdul Malik, for creating a land rush. That government revoked an ongoing land settlement process for Gwadar district’s Pasni subdivision, where Kalmat Khor is located, in 2013, thus mixing up state-owned land with privately-owned one, he says.

A new land settlement process that followed still goes on, according to Noori. And it has created opportunities for people with money and influence to encroach upon state land and have it registered under their own names, he alleges. It has also helped them purchase lands at lower than market prices from individuals who risked losing land in their possession to either the state or someone else under the new settlement process, he adds.

Malik denies any wrongdoing. When he became chief minister in 2013, he says, “land grabbers had encroached upon hundreds of thousands of acres of state land by having it declared as private land through bribes”. That is why he revoked the earlier settlement process. “The new settlement was done extremely transparently and more than 400,000 acres of state land was recovered from land grabbers.”

Malik also claims he did not leave the settlement process unfinished but completed it during his tenure (that ended in December 2015). “I have nothing to do with the process of land settlement being done in Pasni now.”

Whatever the reality, land settlement in the subdivision is still under way and its completion has been further delayed because Pasni does not have a land settlement commissioner. The post is lying vacant, says Muhammad Omer, the local assistant commissioner, who, in a green T-shirt and blue jeans, looks more like a sportsman than a government official.

Omar acknowledges having received a Pakistan Navy request for land acquisition but insists that it cannot be entertained before the land settlement process has been finalised.

Many residents of the subdivision claim that, regardless of the local administration’s refusal to acquire land for the navy without a final land settlement, there are signs that a silent acquisition is already taking place. They allege the navy’s checkpoints are appearing overnight next to their villages and towns in the vicinity of the lagoon.

Fishermen in Kalmat town say their access to Kalmat Khor has been blocked by security posts being built by the Pakistan Navy. Those from a village near the lagoon found their fishing nets burnt down to ashes early one morning in March 2018 near an under-construction Pakistan Navy post.

They see the incident as a warning to them to stay away from the lagoon. Otherwise, they say, how could anyone burn the nets after the personnel at the post had assured them that they could leave their nets there without fearing any damage to them?

When some fishermen later wrote social media posts about the torching of the nets, officials from the state approached them and gave them 50,000 rupees as compensation.

Fishermen complain the compensation is not just inadequate but is also meant to suppress their grievances over the expansion of the navy’s physical presence in their area without a consultation with them.

Haji Iqbal set out from his home in Turbat city on a cold morning in January 2010 to visit his farmland in a neighbouring area called Koh-e-Imam (or the leader’s mountain). When he reached there, he says, surveyors associated with the Pakistan Navy stopped him and did not allow him to enter what he thought were his own fields.

The surveyors told him the navy had acquired the land that he claimed to be his and had also paid its price to the provincial government’s revenue department.

Iqbal was shocked. No government official had told him that his land was being acquired by the navy. Nor had he received any money in return for it.

He was also surprised. Why, he wondered, would the navy need his land located more than 100 kilometres inland from the Arabian Sea.

Scores of other farmers in the area have similar complaints — that their land was acquired by the Pakistan Navy without their knowledge. “We only became aware of it when the navy started construction on our farmland and we were stopped from visiting our fields,” says Shabbir Ahmed Dashti, who claims to have lost 90 acres to the acquisition.

Earlier, in 2008, the navy acquired another 2,500 acres of land in Kunchati village of Dasht subdivision which, like Turbat, is a part of Kech district. The method of acquisition in this instance, though, was different from the one applied around Koh-e-Imam.

A team of navy officials is said to have approached Sohail-ur-Rehman who, as executive district officer revenue at the time, had the power to acquire any land in the district for official purposes. They reportedly apprised him about their desire to acquire land in Kunchati for a naval base but apparently asked him to find a way that allowed them to bypass the lengthy official procedures. The land was needed urgently.

Rehman came up with a novel idea. He informed landowners in Kunchati that the provincial government was going to acquire their land at an official rate (which is usually much below the one obtained in the market) but they could avoid the acquisition if they willingly sold the land to the navy — at a premium.

He then prepared two documents. One was an application by individual landowners. Its subject read: “Payment of compensation in lieu of area affected because of construction of a naval base (defence)”. The text of the application stated that x amount of land owned by person x was going to be affected by the construction of the naval base for which the government was paying compensation. “Please pay the compensation money,” the application asked the executive district officer revenue on behalf of individual landowners.

Each landowner put down his personal particulars and that of his land in the application and signed it (or put the impression of his thumb on it if he was unlettered).

The second document was an affidavit in which the landowners stated that they had received the compensation money. They also declared in it that they would hand over their land to the government after having received the compensation.

The two documents were meant to give the process of land acquisition a semblance of being legal but it is still far from legal, say law experts. According to a high court lawyer based in Turbat, land acquisition by an institution of the state becomes legal only if it follows the laid down official procedures. No other process, however elaborate it may be, makes it legal.

Yet the fact remains that none of the landowners in Kunchati has challenged the process in a court of law and the whole transaction is being seen as complete — and forgotten.

There is another important aspect of this particular land acquisition. Kunchati, like Koh-e-Imam, is more than 100 kilometres inland which, in the opinion of political and human rights activists in the area, makes it a less than ideal location for a naval base.

Also, no base has been built in the village even though almost 10 years have passed since the applications were submitted, affidavits signed and land acquired.

Officials associated with the Pakistan Navy’s public relations department say land acquisitions in Gwadar district are being made to implement a new arrangement for the security of Pakistan’s coast and sea waters. Called Regional Maritime Security Patrol, according to a non-classified Pakistan Navy document, this arrangement will be implemented “in critical maritime areas/choke points within [the] Indian Ocean … in order to maintain a robust security posture and protect national and international shipping”. It will “contribute in projecting Pakistan as a responsible state shouldering Regional Maritime Security” and will enable the Pakistan Navy to protect national and international ships plying in the Indian Ocean from threats of piracy and maritime terrorism as well as to counter drug trafficking, arms smuggling and human trafficking. The patrols will also help the navy “in generating rapid support to contingencies like Humanitarian Assistance, Search and Rescue and Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations in times of need”.

Another non-classified Pakistan Navy document explains that maritime activity is “set to grow exponentially” as soon as the Gwadar Port and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) become fully operational. “This will include increased shipping activity to/from our ports as well as development of maritime economic zones along the coast.” But the success of both the CPEC and the Gwadar port is “intrinsically linked with conducive maritime environment along our coast”. The Pakistan Navy, therefore, “has taken a number of initiatives to ensure” the security of CPEC-related projects and those linked to the Gwadar Port as well as “to augment maritime security arrangements all along the coast”.

The second document says the navy has raised a Coastal Security and Harbour Defence Force to “enhance vigilance and to respond to any emerging threat”. As a part of this force’s operations, a number of security stations, each equipped with surveillance and monitoring equipment, will be set up all along Pakistan’s coastline, from Jiwani in the west and Sir Creek in the east, it explains.

The Pakistan Navy also raised Task Force-88 on December 13, 2016 for ensuring the security of the Gwadar Port, “its seaward approaches as well as CPEC-related and other maritime projects”. This task force includes air units, unmanned aerial vehicles, fast attack ships and shore-based surveillance equipment.

It is because of these operational requirements that the Pakistan Navy is asking the government in Balochistan for land acquisition in various areas along the coast, says a navy official in Karachi. But, he adds, no land is being acquired directly from private landowners even though they are always “happy to sell their land to the Pakistan Navy”. This, he explains, is because they know the navy will never make them undersell their land. “They understand we will give them the best price for their land.”

If it were not for his grey hair, Naeem Bazai looks rather young. Sitting behind a large wooden desk in his office in Gwadar city, he is poring over a stack of office files and looks too busy to have time for responding to queries regarding land acquisition for and by the navy and other armed forces. As deputy commissioner of Gwadar district (he is now transferred elsewhere), he had a huge area under his jurisdiction – the district’s coastline alone is around 600 kilometres long – and, consequently, a huge amount of administrative issues to take care of.

When I finally get the chance to ask him about the land being reportedly purchased by the Pakistan Navy in Pasni from Imam Bizenjo and Ibrahim Bizenjo, he pushes the files aside and asks, “Are you from the navy?”

He has already seen my business card before allowing me into his office but I introduce myself again. He then says he is not bound to share official information with journalists and advises me to contact revenue officials in Pasni to get the answer to my question.

When I ask him if he has received 47 different demands for land acquisition in various parts of Gwadar by various state institutions, mainly the military ones, he responds: “This office does not initiate any land acquisition process merely on the request of the armed forces as they often do not deposit in advance the mandatory 25 per cent price of the land to be acquired.” He then pulls the files back in front of him as a signal for me to leave.

Before I exit his office, he shoots another exhortation in my direction: “Official matters better be kept official.”

His roundabout responses are certainly unhelpful in clearing the air of mystery and mistrust surrounding land acquisition by the armed forces which, according to official sources, is going to be larger than ever before. Official documents reveal that the ministry of defence, Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Air Force and National Logistics Cell (NLC) – all military-linked institutions – have asked the Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) to find more than 60,000 acres of land for them in different parts of the district. Most of the land the three armed forces want to acquire, though, is in Gwadar subdivision — closer to where the Gwadar Port and the Makran Coastal Highway are.

A GDA official discloses, on the condition that he is not mentioned by name, that the Pakistan Army wants to acquire 45,000 acres of land for building a garrison near Gwadar city. It is also seeking land for its Special Services Group (190 acres), for NLC (1,000 acres), for joint defence purposes (9,270 acres) and for setting up another garrison in Gurandani South area (2,500 acres) besides asking for many smaller patches of land for other purposes. Similarly, says the official, the Pakistan Navy wants to acquire around 1,500 acres of land in different parts of Gwadar district.

These demands have sent jitters among local realtors.

On a hot and humid evening a couple of months ago, many local estate agents are sitting on plastic chairs in a circle in the porch of a bungalow in Gwadar city. They are discussing what kind of impact these massive land acquisitions may have on the real estate market in the area.

One of them explains that a lot of land being sought by the armed forces falls in localities where private firms and individuals have invested billions of rupees in real estate. If and when those lands get acquired by the state, he says, their owners will get the official price for them which is always lower than the market rate and may turn out to be below their own purchase price.

“What will happen to their massive investment?” he wonders.”

After thinking it over for a bit, I've decided that I might as well do a proper underrated 3DS game rec list. I'm a bit of an ATLUS junkie and that's gonna be pretty disgustingly apparent in this list, but it's not my fault that they released hit after hit and all of them were duly ignored.

Due to tumblr's 10 image limit (and my struggle to keep motivated to do one thing for more than three hours) I'm definitely gonna have to break this up into parts and I'm fairly certain one of these lists is just gonna be MegaTen games lmao but I'd like to let people know about these excellent titles and see if I can't at least get people interested in them so they can get more traction.

So, without further ado:

Some 3DS Games that were criminally slept on (part 1)

Monster Hunter Stories

God, where do I begin with this game. Well, the basics: It's a JRPG spinoff title of the now widely successful and popular Monster Hunter series featuring a different take on interacting with the varied and intricate monsters populating the world: Riders.

Yep, instead of hunting the beasties, you play as a young rider who's completed their intiation ritual and can now bond with 'Monsties' as they've cutely labelled the usually ferocious monsters of the wilds. The great thing is that you still fight Monsters--tons of them in fact but this isn't a paid review and in my humble opinion, the most impressive thing about this game is the visual style. The landscapes, the armour, the way they redesigned and 3DS-ified the classically hyper realistic and monstrous beasts to not only be absolutely adorable but still capable of being intimidating when the time calls for it, the stellar animation of special moves and combination attacks--it's delicious, nutritious, stupendous, I can and will consume it like it's part of my recommended caloric intake.

It's very akin to Pokemon in the way its basic gameplay premise is set up, however, instead of catching--or even indeed befriending--the Monsties in the game, you rummage through their nests and steal their eggs, later hatching them and getting yourself a brand new lightly kidnapped monster pal!

Other general things about the game:

Pros:

The armour and weapon sets for both male and female characters slap along with the general character customisation options. They're incredibly diverse (though limited in body type) and you can switch around traits and features whenever you want from your house.

The POGS--these porkers are everywhere and they serve as tiny little achievements for exploring every odd and end of the world. Also they have little outfits. They're so cute. 🥺🥺

You can actually ride the Monsties. All of em. Or, at least the ones that you have available to be your buddies. They all have exploration skills and traits that not only make exploring much more interesting but encourage you to swap out your active Monstie and play around with your options a bit.

Y'all breeding Monsties is complicated and I live for just how intense and ridiculous you can get with optimal builds for these things.

The story is really competently put together! The characters, character designs and even the internal conflict with your starting trio of characters is really compelling along with the mystery of the blight that's infecting Monsters across the world. It's not anything worth awards but it's compelling and it makes you care about the characters if that's what you're in the market for.

Amazing sound design, expansive world, everything about the presentation of this game oozes that Monster Hunter charm even if the art is cutesier than usual. You'll never get bored of its stellar visual presentation!

Available for around twenty quid on the Google Play store, so if you want, you could actually get the full game on your smartphone or tablet. Note though that it would be a battery nuker.

Cons:

If you're on a regular 3DS, frame rate drops are a given. This game kinda pushes the visual capabilities of the 3DS to its absolute limit--a lot like Okamiden did back on the DS.

One save file :( It's pretty much for the same reason as above but still.

If you're playing as the girl, you can't get male armour and vice versa. Since there's only one save file, you'll never be able to have all of the armour sets in a single playthrough and that's criminal because both of the sets for the genders are absolutely breath-taking, thank you.

I 👏can't 👏make👏my👏 own 👏Palico👏

Multi-player for this game is pretty dead seeing as it's almost five years old by now and never got much press or traction. Usually this wouldn't be an issue - this game is 99% singleplayer and you don't really need to fuss about with multi-player to have fun, but if you want to collect all the Monsties, you'll need it since the only way to get Glavenus is through pvp achievements. :/

Final thoughts: Play it if you find yourself getting tired or disappointed with 3DS Pokemon games but still want something that feels as fantastical as Pokemon. It outshines the 3DS Pokemon games at every turn and I will never be over just how thoughtfully put together and fully realised these games are. Of course, if you've ever played Monster Hunter, then you know just how intensive these games are with the lore, biology, cultures and world of their Monsters but seeing that translated into JRPG format was just very sobering and it's a game that, to this day, continues to awe me with just how much love and attention went into it.

Last note: If you're still unsure about it, there's a demo available on the e-shop of the 3DS that allows you to play through the entire initial area of the game. Your data does carry through to the full release and to give you an idea of how much I've been able to squeeze out of it - my playtime for that demo is currently sitting at 22 hours. Make sure to get a hold of that Cyan-Kut-Ku!

7th Dragon III Code: VFD

The title may sound intimidating but the premise is not! A mysterious disease called Dragon Sickness spread by the Dragonsbane flowers that have cropped up all around the world. You and your team are recruited by the Nodens game company after you display extraordinary prowess in their hit virtual reality game 7th Encount. As you go through the adventure, you are tasked with finding out the truth behind the Dragon Sickness and asked to stop both it and the Dragons that are destroying the world.

This game is fun. It's another turn-based JRPG however, in this game you create all of your characters yourself from the myriad of classes available to you from the jump. Different classes of course have very different specialisations - Samurai focus on high powered cutting damage with their swords, Duelists are summoners who can influence the element of the battlefield as well as summon monsters from each element, Agents can hack into your enemies and inflict a barrage of nasty ailments, just to name a few - and you are given three teams of three characters each to experiment with different team comps and find the balance that works for you. There's also a wide variety of Dragons to hunt and kill in the game, which directly affects how infected your world is with the Dragon Sickness causing Dragonsbane. Along the way you will also come into contact with many interesting characters, concepts and confrontations that will make the task of saving the world all the more imperative.

Pros

1. The character creator and differing classes give way for tons of experimenting and playing around with your own unique approach to combat and carrying out your missions. Granted, 'character creation' is generous, it's little more than palatte swaps but the classes are really where VFD shines. Eight main classes may not sound like a lot, but the expaniveness of the character skills, their synergy with their fellow classes and the uniqueness of some of the classes in and of itself allows for so much flexibility and creativity in approaches to even tougher bosses. It also encourages the switching about of your party members to really finagle with the options available to you.

2. God this game is pretty. The locations, the character art, the creature design - all of it is gorgeous and this game capitalises on every bit of the 3DS's presentation limitations as it can.

3. You can romance anything and everyone - yes, you can even be gay/lesbian/poly in this game. In fact, one of the main characters - Julietta - is gnc and he's a constant source of joy as well one of my personal favourite characters, right behind Yuma.

4. Exploration is very very forgiving as the game has healing spots and teleport nodes all over the world to allow for quick, seamless travel between quest points without feeling like anything is too much of a hassle. There are also special enemies that allow for quick grinding as well as quick farming of money. In general, the game does a really good job of making sure that the grind is never unbearable or inconsiderate of your time.

Cons:

1. This is the fourth game in a series the West has never seen any other title for, and from the looks of it, will probably never see any other titles for. Because of that, there are some elements that may seem confusing or revelations in the plot that may seem to come out of nowhere.

2. While the visuals are great, the OST of this one is pretty short making for a lot of reused soundtracks that can get really annoying if you're like me and need your audio to be interesting or consistent so it doesn't distract you too much.

3. This one isn't really a con but it is divisive: This game gets pretty difficult at times. A few of the main dragon enemies including and especially the final boss can give you a serious run for your money in the annoy-o-meter in terms of the kind of absolute JRPG fuckery they can pull out of their magic bag of bullshit movesets and while I generally enjoy that kind of thing, I know it's not for everyone. Most regular combat shouldn't be too tricky once you have a team comp that works well together but you also need to pay attention since the same team that carries you to victory one time might be worth beans against another dragon.

Final thoughts: This is... a really good game. Interesting story, really interesting characters, pretty world and a battle system that really makes you sit down and think. There's also a demo for this available in the e-shop and while your data doesn't carry over - you do receive multiple perks for carrying over your demo data including some exclusive items that, while not game breaking, do help a ton in the early stages of the game.

This isn't a final list by any stretch of the word; I only have the energy to do these two right now, but the next games up for coverage are Ever Oasis and Stella Glow! Thanks to early members of the Trilateral Commission, China was brought out of its dark ages Communist dictatorship and onto the world stage. Furthermore, the Trilateral Commission orchestrated and then facilitated a massive transfer of technology to China in order to build up its non-existent infrastructure.

In fact, as we shall see later, Trilateral firms have exported even advanced military technology to Communist China.

Further, as part of one world, Trilateralists see an ultimate merging of free enterprise Taiwan with the Communist mainland. Even more remarkable, the paper envisages that Communist China will return to an expansionist aggressive policy under two conditions:

as Communist China “gets stronger,”

if relations with the Soviets are “normalized.”

The paper adds, “already now, the activity of Communist Guerrillas in Thailand and Malaysia, linked to each other and looking to China, persists and even seem to be on the increase.” (page 59)

So far as Communist China is concerned, we may conclude that Trilaterals:

want to build Communist China into a military superpower,

wish to do this with the full and clear understanding that China will likely resume its expansionist course in the Far East, and

are willing to subsidize guerrilla activities in Thailand and Malaysia (much of the “civilian technology” currently being transferred has usefulness for guerrilla warfare.)

And my son Harry Evans who recently married the only daughter of the Weasley now has grey hair even though he is only 19 years old he already look like he is in his late 30′s. Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter-Moonlight both Graduate Mahoutokoro School of Magic. And Takashi Morinozuka and Mitsukuni Haninozukavalong with Diana Ryuzaki-Black are also graduating Ouran High school the three of them are planning to attending College in Boston while Felix and Kamiko are planning to attend College in Paris this would be the first time Kamiko and Disna would be country apart. Since they been together since they were babies. And the Moonlight and Potter family are moving to Paris to expan their company. And the Culpa are also moving to Paris as well.

Both Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter- Moonlight attending their college year in Roseheart Academy, in the other side of Paris where Chloe attend school.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng doseb’t believe she catch up to be a Hero so she gave up the Ladybug Earring after the stone Heart and the Guardian was force to give to find another Ladybug before another get Akumatist especially when Cat Noir also gaved up his ring so he need to find hero luckly, luck seems to be on his side that day since he meet two teen who are perfect for Ladybug earring and the Black cat ring, and the two of them also happen to be souls of creation the true holder of Tikki and plagg.

It’s been 2 years since Lila Rossi came back to paris and turn all my friends against me, I am basicly outcast the rest of the class at the back of the room with Chloe indoing so the two of us become best friends and I even meet her older cousin Kamiko Potter-Moonlight we look alike that anyone could mistake us to be cousin or sisters instead of Chloe’s and I even meet her boyfriend Felix Culpa who happen to be the older cousin of Adrien who has more of a backbone than Adrien himself while they look simliar in appearance but their personality is nothing alike what so ever. While Felix is strong and independant, Adrien on the other hand is weak, and dependant of others.

We even meet their 3 friends who remind me of so much of my old friends, but they are alot more Loyal than my old friends ever did so I end up befriending them.

Allegra remind me so much of my former bestfriend Alya but at the same time different. She even have a ladybug blog more famous than Alya since she got her ow blog Lady Noir being Endorse by both Ladybug and Cat Noir personally. Which Alya dosen’t so it’s no suprise that Allegra’s blog is more Famous

Then is Claude and Allen, Claude personally remind me so much of Nino as well he even love music.

Kamiko help me get an intern in her family fashion company the Moonlight Frashion line which rivals that rivals that of the Styles Queen, Aubrey Bourgeois.

Kamiko and Felix three friends are also their super hero allies Allegra happens to be Honey bee.

Claude is also happen to be turle miraculous holder Snapper.

Then finally their Allen he happen to be fox miraculous, Artic Fox.

Each of them discover each other’s identity.

1 year later...

On June 5, 2004

Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter-Moonlight are now 21 years old and graduating Roseheart Academy and their superhero self also manged to take back the Butterfly and the peacock Miraculous it was discover that Hawkmon is Gabriel Agrest and partner Mayura is his assistant Nathalie Sancoeur, they were catch by the police and taken to jail, while Hawkmon's son Adrien Agrest is taken custody by his Aunt Amelia Culpa until he graduate college 2 years from now.

With the Arrest of Gabriel Agrest, Lila Rossi's tower of lies are expose to all her classmate they were furious to be made a fool of for 2 years and 1/2 , and by then Marinette Dupain- Cheng already cut herself lose from the rest of her former friends even if they apologize they can never make things right with marinette they bullied and even going in saying to Jump the Eiffel tower of Paris and died. The only friends she now have in her class is her two bestfriend Chole Bourgeois and Kagami Tsurugi.

Alya and the others are trying to make up to Marinette but she is avoiding them.

Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter-Moonlight are getting married to japan in 3 months and Chole and her two friends Marinette and Kagami are invited for the wedding, along with their family.

Minako Hitachiin also found the reborn self of her own lover Kunzite his new name is Jason Kyle an old friend of Nathan while growing up they meet in College where his memories of his past return

and the one Tudedo Mask and Sailor Mars and thenothers were fight with is nothing but a clone created by Queen Beryl.

5/29/20---6/29/20 still a guitar player, anyway

so i ordered a busking amp-recargeable battery power- from a guitar shop in germny on may 29th. on june 2nd it was at the frankfurt airport "ready for export"

about 2 weeks later the package was STILL at the airport. i emailed the shop and wrote "i*m starting to worry" can u help?

they sent back "don*t worry we will see what we can do "

the next day i got email from the shipping co. (dhl) "the package is being returned to the original sender" emailed the folks in germany said "what*s going on?" no reply

then i got message that the package was received by original sender (from DHL) another email to the store in germany-no reply. couple days later i sent "you have the package back-just refund money bck to my credit card thanks. the next day got email saying they refunded my money-with no other expanation...

so AFTER all of THAT i tracked down a different busking amp-aroma AG-40 at lark in the morning in california and ordered that one. took 3 days to get here and i used it last night. works fine thank you. gonna host outdoor songwriters nite once a week in front of a local cafe. gonna be fun.

finally, here we go. sorry this took so long, I got a little carried away.

probably going to save this one for part three, also, but after I expand it and probably change a few things so it’s somewhat new material. thanks for the prompt, it was a lot of fun!

When Warren woke up that morning, the last thing he’d expected was—well, Chloe, standing at the bottom of his bed with a can of shaving cream in her hand and her rapt attention centered on Nathan’s prone foot from where it kicked up against the bed end. That had definitely been unexpected.

Maybe a better way of putting it was that it was one of the last things he’d been expecting, because while he’d certainly not been expecting that to be happening (he’d question her morals later, because apparently a prank war was involved and he had no want of being a collaborator in any sense of the position), he also hadn’t expected to find out that Nathan might in fact be better dad material than Warren himself was, which went against all laws of humanity in his mind.

Nathan? Potential dad material?

Yeah, he wasn’t ready for that revelation, either.

How, you may ask, could Warren have possibly found out that Nathan’s parental instinct, seemingly despite all odds, was stronger than Warren’s?

Well, via Alice, of course. Kate’s pet bunny rabbit.

Fast forward through Warren crying out in sleep-fuddled confusion and Chloe fleeing the scene faster than the Roadrunner before Nathan could rouse himself and see her, and then the following morning ritual of actually getting ready for the day, and stop a good few hours in with Chloe returning to Warren’s side only to shove a key at him.

“The shit is that for?” Nathan commentates, throwing a look first to the key and then to Chloe herself.

Chloe raises her hands, giving Warren a blameless look. “Spring break, dudes. I got places to be and a death in the family is so not my issue.”

Warren whips his gaze to Chloe in alarm, blinking rapidly. “What? Who died?”

“Who cares?” Nathan cuts in before Chloe can explain anything, and Warren has to resist the momentary want of cramming something in Nathan’s mouth to get him to shut up a second. “What the shit is this key?”

“Do you have eyes, Prickdick?” Chloe taunts, pointing at the key.

Both Warren and Nathan drop their heads to squint at the text adorning the top. “Two twenty-two?” Warren tries. He looks up at Chloe again. “Why do you have Kate’s room key?”

Next to him, Nathan’s head nods minutely, like Warren had answered something he’d been wondering himself.

“Max wants you to feed the rabbit,” Chloe says. Warren blinks at her.

“You mean she wants you to do it, but you can’t be assed to, so you’re making us do it,” Nathan corrects.

“Damn,” Chloe says with a shit-eating grin. “Maybe you do still have a brain cell rattling around in there.”

Nathan flips her a double bird in response. Warren closes the key in his fist, slipping it into his pocket. “And you’re not doing it,” Warren states by way of an attempt at getting Chloe to explain herself.

She shrugs a single shoulder. “I’m on vacation,” she informs them, like she wasn’t a Blackwell dropout standing right in front of them in her hometown. “You take care of it.” And then, before either of them can say anything in protest, she turns heel and leaves.

“Why does Max have Marsh’s room key in the first place?” Nathan asks once Chloe has fled the scene and left him and Warren to deal with the blow they’d been dealt.

Warren frowns. “She usually takes care of the rabbit when Kate’s not around, but Kate left after Max, so.”

Nathan frowns in return. “We’re missing something here.”

“Aren’t we always?” Warren replies with a sigh. “Whatever, it’s not important. Let’s go feed this bunny so we can go eat in peace.”

“We?” Nathan repeats, looking offended. “Why do I have to go? I don’t even like animals.”

Warren grabs his elbow and tugs. Despite his protests, Nathan complies easily. “You and I both know that’s not true,” Warren says as they walk the path back to the dorms. “I’ve seen your browser history. You like cats.”

Nathan grumbles something in return to that accusation, but it’s so low that Warren doesn’t quite catch it. He knows he’s right, though, so he doesn’t push the argument further, and, after a few minutes of navigating to the girls’ side of the dormitories, they let themselves into Kate’s room.

It looks much the same as it always has the few times Warren has been inside it. Neat, minimalistic in a sense, and very, very Kate. Warren has to grab Nathan’s jacket by the collar almost the moment they’re over the threshold.

“Don’t go rifling through her things,” Warren warns. “It’s one thing to ransack my room. Kate probably doesn’t even know we’re in here, and we’re only here for one thing.”

The thing in question being the cage on the dresser to the left, housing a very small black and white rabbit. Warren didn’t know much about rabbits, but he figured with enough Googling, he could keep it alive long enough for Kate to return.

Which brought him to his first problem: how long exactly was he supposed to take care of it?

“Chloe didn’t say how long we’re supposed to feed it, did she?” Warren asks despite knowing the answer, releasing Nathan so he can pull his cell phone out and ask her. Nathan doesn’t offer an answer and smacks Warren’s hand for good measure before ambling up to the cage. The rabbit cowers in the corner, nose twitching madly, and Nathan shoves both his hands in the pockets of his jacket and slumps his shoulders, head lilting slightly.

No idea, probably a couple days, is Chloe’s answer to Warren’s inquiry, and Warren sighs as he stows his phone again. “All right, guess we’re taking it to my room.”

Nathan gives him a look. “You’re kidnapping Marsh’s child?”

“What? No. That doesn’t even make sense, I was asked to take care of it.”

“You were asked to feed it,” Nathan points out drily. “Not become a second mother to it.”

“I’m only taking it so I can make sure it’s okay,” Warren explains as he picks the cage up in both arms, grunting slightly when he struggles to keep it from tilting too much. The rabbit, clearly frightened, thumps the bottom of the cage.

“Look, you’re going to give it a heart attack,” Nathan offers.

Warren shoots him a look. “Shut up and get the door.”

“Touchy, touchy,” Nathan sing-songs, but gets the door all the same. Warren struggles to get the cage out in one go, but, thankfully, only bumps it once against the doorframe. Somehow, they make it back to his room in one piece, and Warren’s first mistake comes in the form of opening the rabbit cage before making sure the whole room had been rabbit-proofed. As small as it is, the rabbit immediately darts out the opening from under Warren’s arm and bolts for his desk. Warren makes a belated noise of alarm, startling Nathan in turn, and lunges way more than just a beat too late.

“Oh, fucking perfect, Gayram,” Nathan says acidically, dropping to the floor next to him. “How the hell are we going to get it out?”

“I’ll figure it out,” Warren mumbles, peering into the dark of the underdesk. “Eventually,” he tacks on, but at a whisper. Nathan, being right next to him, hears him and shoots him a withering look.

“I’m not sleeping in here with a rodent on the loose.”

“So sleep in your own room for once,” Warren retorts, but it’s more offhandedly ashe starts to think of a way to get the rabbit out. “Do we have anything a rabbit can eat?” he asks before Nathan can do anything with the previous statement. Nathan pulls back, looking at the cage, then shuffles along on his knees until he’s facing it.

“Get away from the desk,” he orders, sticking a hand into the open door. Warren scrambles away, waiting to see what Nathan’s going to do.

And that is how Warren learns that, as it turns out, Nathan’s fatherly instinct (if you could call it that) is indeed stronger than Warren’s, and Warren takes a brief moment to wonder how the fuck that ended up being the universe’s choice as Nathan reaches into the cage and fluffs the alfalfa in the center, making a soft clicking noise with his tongue. The rabbit’s nose pokes out from under Warren’s desk and twitches.

“What’s the thing’s name?” Nathan asks, almost under his breath, as he pulls a straw of alfalfa out and holds it in the rabbit’s direction, coaxing it just an inch further out.

“Uh,” Warren starts. He points to the label on the cage. “Alice, I think.”

Nathan turns to look with a frown. “How do you know that’s the name?”

“Well, it’s not Kate’s name, and she doesn’t have a sister named Alice.” Warren shrugs. “Process of elimination.”

Nathan turns back to Warren again. “How the hell do you know the names of her sisters?”

“Because Kate is my friend?”

If Nathan has an answer for that one, it’s lost in favor of Alice slipping a hop further from the dark recess of the desk, face reaching for the alfalfa. Warren holds his breath as, hop by inching hop, Alice makes her full way to Nathan’s outstretched hand and takes the straw.

“Shh…” At first, Warren isn’t sure where the low, hiss of a noise comes from, and it takes him a moment to realize Nathan is the source of the easy shushing. Slowly, with his other hand ascending from above her, Nathan touches a single finger down on Alice’s head, and Warren feels as if he’s witnessing a miracle when Alice makes no move to attack or run away again.

“How the hell did you do that?” Warren asks, not daring to raise his voice beyond a low whisper.

“I have a way with all women, assmunch,” is all Nathan offers, complete with a smirk that could grease Warren’s rusty car door, and Warren rolls his eyes in return.

“You know what this means, right?” he says once Alice has been coaxed into Nathan’s lap, a small pile of alfalfa littering the expanse of his jeans, while Warren himself has moved to the bed to watch the scene unfold before him. Nathan looks up at Warren with an eyebrow raised in question. “Obviously, you’re going to have to take care of her. She likes you.”

Instead of objecting or making some sort of scene like Warren had been expecting in response to his half-joking declaration, Nathan only frowns, turning his attention back onto the small black-and-white lump of fur.

“Guess so,” he finally says, then gives Warren a demeaning look. “You’d probably only kill her.”

“Hey!” Warren protests, almost too loudly, and is immediately shushed (rather rudely, he might add) when Alice jumps up from her relaxed position. He’s warned not to make another noise lest he wants to taste his own bed sheets for the next eternity, and has no choice but to leave Alice to Nathan’s relative devices until Kate’s return.

(In the end, he’s fine with that. He gets a few pictures out of the deal, which is more than enough for him.)

Constructive criticism: The last airbender (2010)

Ah yes, Avatar the last airbender.

Back in the mid 2000`s I saw a trailer for this series and thought that it looked interesting.

Then I got the chance to see a few episodes and thought: "This is pretty good."

Then after I saw the first season I thought: "This isn`t good. It`s great!"

Then I heard that there was gonna be a live action movie. This COULD be good... And it was gonna be directed by M. Night Shyamalan, who at that time had made a few bad movies.

But it could still work, I thought. In the beginning of his career he had made a few GOOD movies and this could be the one where he gets good again. It could still work.

I was wrong.

Let`s do an autopsy, see what went wrong and how it could have been better.

Book one: The racebending

The Avatar world is different from our world, yes. But it is clearly based on cultures from our world. Katara and Sokka`s culture is clearly based on innuit culture. Couldn`t hey have casted innuit actors or at least asian actors? In a time where there are so few roles for asian actors to play, why cast white actors to play characters who`s names and cultures clearly scream "I`m asian! I`m asian!"?

Book two: General problems

The movie`s problem is not just in the casting. Let`s say that Aang, Katara and Sokka were played by asian actors but everything else in the movie was left unchanged. A bad movie is still a bad movie, no matter what the ethnicity of the actors are.

So, what are the general problems?

Too much stuff: Too much stuff crammed into a running time that is not long enough to give the plot room to breathe or take the time it needs. The result? The pacing is too fast and the movie is forced to use voice overs to tell us things that the movie didn`t have the time to show us. Not the best thing to do in a visual medium where you should show and not tell. I would remove some plot elements that are not needed and increase the running time.

Fight scenes shot in one take: This is not inherently a bad thing as long as you know what you are doing. Which is not the case in this case. The wide shots show how poorly planned the choreography is as the actors are just standing there waiting for their turn. I`m not an expert on fight choreography or shooting cool fight scenes so my suggestion in this case would be to ask someone who is an expert in that area when making this movie.

The acting: Better actors, better directing or both.

And yes there`s the thing about how the movie deviates from the show. A movie doesn`t have to be super faithful to the source material as long as the changes make it better or at least doesn`t make it worse. That being said, changing the firebenders to be reliant on external fire makes them less threatening as villains. There are many more things that I can complain about on this topic but I don`t have all day and neither do you.

So I`m just gonna skip to the part where I tell you about how this movie could have been if I could travel back in time and fix the script.

Book three: The plot

Sokka and Katara is out hunting for food. They argue a little and then they find a giant iceberg that seems to contain some giant animal. (Maybe its edible?) Katara breaks the ice and a bright column of light shoots high into the sky when it cracks. Out comes a young boy named Aang and a six-legged, giant bison.

Zuko sees the column of light and orders his crew to head toward the light, (despite protests from his uncle Iroh) insisting that the light was emitted by the Avatar.

Katara takes (despite protests from Sokka) Aang with her home to their village. She shows Aang around the place and tells him a little about the village`s history. She shows him an old, abandoned Fire Nation ship. Aang goes into it to investigate and triggers a booby trap that fires a flare rocket. Now zuko knows where they are.

Zuko`s ship arrives at their village. Sokka tries to fight Zuko but is easily defeated. Zuko orders the villagers to surrender the Avatar to him. Aang steps forward and tries to be diplomatic, asking Zuko to leave. Zuko refuses and launches a series of fire blasts at Aang. Aang is able to defend himself with airbending, but after a few seconds, realizing that Zuko's attacks would inevitably strike the people he has befriended, he agrees to come if Zuko spares the villagers life.

Sokka and Katara follows the ship on Appa. Aang breaks free, fights the guards and Zuko, falls from the ship, almost drowns, goes into an Avatar state and uses waterbending to survive. Sokka and Katara arrives just in time to catch him and bring him to safety.

Somewhere else: It`s night, the moon shines, a samall baby is lowered into a pool of water. It doesn`t show any signs of life. Her dark hair turns white, she opens her eyes and screams. Her parents sigh a sigh of relief: their child is alive.

A young woman with white hair wakes up, she looks at the moon from her window (what we just saw was her dream). Elsewhere: Aang looks at the moon. He and his friends have found a place to camp for the night. Aang remembers his old mentor Monk Gyatso who taught him the virtues and responsibility of being an air nomad, but also the importance of having fun. Aang smiles, closes his eyes and sleeps.

Aang and his friends arrives at the southern air temple. Aang, who believes that the temple is only temporarily evacuated and that the monks will return any minute, gives Sokka and Katara a guided tour of his home. Katara who knows better worries about how Aang will react when he finds out the truth.

They come to a room that Aangs never been inside before. Inside the room are statues of people who have been Avatars before Aang. The latest statue is one of the firebender Roku. Aang touches the Roku statue and acts as if a ghost just passed through him. They continue the guided tour, Aang meets a lemur that he names Momo, then he finally discovers that monk Gyatso (and other monks that he knew) have been dead for several years. His sorrow turns into anger and he goes into the Avatar state, Katara consoles and calms him down.

Where should they go now? Sokka thinks that they should try the Northern water tribe. It`s worth a shot. they continue their journey.

Zuko and Iroh dock at an island controlled by the fire nation to repair their ship. Admiral Zhao, who is in charge at the island starts to put two and two together and relizes that Zuko has found the Avatar. After some more questioning he finds out that the Avatar is just a child, and that Zuko fought said child and lost. He provokes Zuko and calls him pathetic, Zuko challenges him to an agni kai.

Zhao and Zuko fight. At first Zhao gets the upper hand, then Zuko gets the upper hand. Zhao falls to the ground and Zuko has a chance to burn him but chooses not to do so. Even in exile, he has proved himself to be more honorable than Zhao.

When they leave the island Zuko realizes that a contest has just started between him and Zhao over who will be the first to capture the Avatar.

Aang and his friends set up camp for the night. They talk a little, Aang reveals that he eavesdropped on a conversation between the monks where he found out the heavy burden and the responsibility that comes with being the Avatar. He ran away, flew into a storm and froze himself and Appa in a giant block of ice. Katara and Sokka understands.

Night. Aang sleeps. Roku comes to him in a dream, tells him about Sozin`s comet and about the Avatar state. If he gets killed in the Avatar state the cycle will be broken and the Avatar will not be reincarnated. Aang understands.

Next day: they walk through the woods, get ambushed, captured and taken to a village by the Kyoshi warriors. Aangs explains that he is friendly and that he was once Lady Kyoshi. After this expanation he and his friends are treated as guests. Suki teaches Sokka to fight better. (Since this would be a 2 hr movie and not a 20 episodes long series I think I`ll skip the part where Sokka is dressed in a Kyoshi outfit.) One of the villagers sees that Katara is of the water tribe and gives her an old water bending scroll. Katara is overjoyed, this is just what she needed! Zuko and his soldiers attack the village, set fire to a few houses and a cabbage salesman gets his cart destroyed.

Cabbage salesman: MY CABBAGEES!!

Aang and his friends put out the fires caused by the fire nation soldiers and get Zuko to chase them so he can draw them away from the village. Then they shake him off through some daring risky manouvers that make Sokka lose his lunch. They get some time to rest that Katara uses to study the scroll and practice and improve her water bending. Doing so helps her to teach Aang the basics of water bending. She also discovers that she can use water bending to heal injuries.

Elsewhere: Onboard Zuko`s ship. Iroh tells the crew that the burnscar on Zuko`s face was the result of a duel with his own father, who had taken offense when Zuk spoke up in a meeting to oppose a plan to sacrifice fire nation soldiers. Zuko may not know where Aang is now but he knows where he is heading. Unfortunately, so does Zhao who is following Zuko`s ship. Shao reveals to one of his soldiers that several years ago he found a scroll in an ancient library that revealed that wate benders get their power from the moon. So in order to take out an army of water benders on their home turf he`s just gonna have to take out the moon. "How do you take out the moon?" wonders the soldier. Zhao (looking at a scroll with a yin and yang symbol of it): "Oh there`s a way."

Elsewhere: Aang and the gang arrive at the Northern water tribe. They are greeted as guests. Princess Yue (The woman with white hair that we saw earlier.) acts as their guide, shows them around and tells them what they need to know. Sokka asks about her hair.

She tells them that when she was born she was very weak, barely alive. The moon gave some of it`s power to her to save her life.

A little later Katara and Aang wants to train with Pakku, the water bending master of the northern water tribe. He refuses to train Katara because sexism. Princess Yue shows up and orders him to let Katara train, he reluctantly agrees.

Yue and Sokka get some time together. He tells her a joke that makes her laugh and she tells him a joke that makes him laugh.

Katara and Aang train and improve their water bending skills.

Fire nation ships show up, the northpole gets ready for war.

Fire nation troops invade, there`s a big battle. Aang can`t join the fight, he could die and is too important. He wants to do something. As the nearly full moon hangs in the night sky, Yue tells Aang and Katara that the moon taught waterbending to the people of the Water Tribes as they observed its push and pull on the ocean. Aang realizes that if he could find a place to meditate he could ask the moon and ocean spirits. Yue knows a place.

She takes the gang to a garden surrounded on all sides by towering walls of ice. Aang, sensing the tranquility of the oasis, begins to meditate at the base of the oasis pool, which contains a black and a white koi fish encircling each other. Aang leaves his body.

Zuko shows up and kidnaps Aang`s body. Katara fights him but is defeated. After Zuko leaves with Aang`s body Katara gets up and together with Sokka and Yue she chases after Zuko.

In the spirit world Aang meets Avatar Roku who guides himthrough the spirit world to find a spirit who knows about the moon and ocean spirits.

Zuko is wading through the snow with Aang`s body. He sees a cave where he can take shelter (and bind Aang in case he wakes up). In the spirit world Aang finds the cave where the spirit who can help him lives: Koh the face stealer. Roku reminds Aang to not show any emotions or Koh will steal his face. Sokka, Katara, and Yue continue to look for Aang in the blizzard with the help of Appa.

Ang meets Koh who, while he talks, tries to manipulate Aang into showing emotions. Aang keeps a calm and stoic face.

He asks Koh to help him find the moon and ocean spirit, Koh tells Aang the spirits' names – Tui (push) and La (pull) and tells Aang that he has already met them. Aang realizes the spirits' mortal identities upon hearing Koh's analogous reference to yin and yang and his face lights up; Koh, hearing the uplift in Aang's tone, whirls around to face him, only to find that Aang has caught himself, narrowly avoiding losing his face. Aang politely and calmly leaves Koh`s cave and then hurries back to the gateway where he entered the spirit world.

At the Water Tribe, night has fallen, and the full moon has risen, enhancing the power of the waterbending warriors as they do battle with the soldiers of the Fire Nation.

Aang's spirit returns to the oasis in the Northern Water Tribe, finds that his body is not there, is then pulled to his body through the sky, rushing to his body in the form of a streak of light. Katara, on Appa's back as she searches for Aang, sees and realizes it is Aang's spirit. They turn Appa to follow the light as it reaches the cave where Zuko is hiding with Aang's body. His spirit rejoins his body, and after a short, curt exchange with Zuko, Aang escapes from the cave with some airbending. Zuko manages to catch the still-bound Aang, but Appa lands next to them and Katara jumps down and knocks Zuko out with some snowbending. As Aang`s gang and Yue prepare to leave, Aang hesitates; not wanting to leave Zuko to freeze to death, he takes his body into the saddle before they depart.

Reaching the oasis, Zhao removes the white koi from its pond; as he hoists it over his head in triumph, the full moon above transforms, turning from white to blood-red. Immediately, the waterbending warriors lose their bending abilities, and the Fire Nation troops begin to push forward. Yue, on Appa's back, begins to feel faint. Aang feels it as well.

Zhao arrogantly applauds his own efforts to fulfill his "destiny". He is interrupted by Aang, who has arrived with the others and stands opposite Zhao. Aang pleads with Zhao to consider his actions, Iroh appears, agrees with Aang and promises Zhao, "Whatever you do to that spirit, I'll unleash on you ten-fold." He then orders Zhao to release the fish, preparing to fight.

Zhao is about to put the fish back, but then kills it with fire, and destroys the moon.

The world goes dark. Iroh unleashes his firebending on Zhao and his guards, easily defeating the soldiers but inadvertently allows Zhao himself to escape.

Yue mourns the loss of the moon spirit. Aang goes into the avatar state, steps into the pool and together with the ocean spirit he takes the form of a massive glowing koi fish. It unleashes its wrath upon the invaders, wiping them out and clearing the city of enemy soldiers. With the city clear, the koi makes its way toward the sea.

Meanwhile, Zhao slips through the deserted streets, trying to escape; he is suddenly attacked by a newly freed and infuriated Zuko. Zuko realizes that the darkening of the moon must be Zhaos work. They fight.

In the oasis, where the group has given up hope of saving Tui, Iroh notices, with astonishment, that Yue has been touched by the Moon Spirit, and that as a result, some of its life force is within her; Yue affirms this, then decides that she should try to restore Tui to life by giving hers to it. Sokka, upset by this idea, protests. Yue knows that she has to do this, kisses Sokka, steps into he pool, gives her lifeforce to the fish and dies.

The fish is alive, the moon comes back, the giant koi sees this, ends its violent rampage, places Aang atop the outer wall as it moves back through the Water Tribe city. On its way back it sees Zhao, still dueling with Zuko. It grabs him and picks him up. Zuko, forgetting the duel, tries to help Zhao, reaching out a hand to him, but Zhao stubbornly refuses to take it, and he is pulled beneath the water and disappears.

The next day Aang, Sokka and Katara prepares for their next journey. Pakku, impressed by Katara`s efforts gives her a bottle of water from the spirit oasis, said to have special healing properties. You never know, it could be useful.

Far away from the city on a simple catamaran (their ship got destroyed in the battle with the Northern watertribe), Zuko rests, gathering his strength and preparing himself for the next round of his hunt for the Avatar.

Aang, Sokka and Katara fly away on Appa to the next adventure.

In the Fire Nation, Fire Lord Ozai imparts the knowledge of Iroh's treasonous behavior and Zuko's failure to his daughter, Azula, and entrusts her with a special task as she looks up at him, a smile on her face.

There was a cool part where I dropped a stick but instead of it falling to the floor it bounced around on top of the snare and tom and I managed to snatch it out of mid air and keep playing and Jeremy noticed that and that made me feel cool. We played hard and to my ear we got good claps between songs, we are pretty live and high energy and I think even if people don’t like our sound they appreciate the energy, but also some of the songs are earworms and catchy and people like that too, I’ve heard. We finish, the other drummer from the other band, Golden Flakes, says great set man, we perch at the merch table but sell nothng. We listen to Golden Flakes play for close to an hour, very jam band vibe, many many guitar solos, kind of sloppy, sort of high energy rock and roll I guess, I by this time am tired and pretty disinterested, get on my phone for most of it. Toward the end of their sets someone who I assume is a townie is drunk and heckling them between songs in a way that they are clearly fine with and they know the guy and to me for some reason he looks the way I imagine the way the protagonist John from Shit Town the podcast would look. By stratifying the analysis ac¬cording to gender and age, these authors were able to reveal that the MHO prevalence was higher in women and younger- aged in¬dividuals [7]. Considering the marked heterogeneity of MHO definitions and the varied prevalence described in the literature, it is clear that a common MHO definition still need to be established.

A second major concern in the identification of the real prevalence of MHO is the fact that a subject’s health status can switch from MHO to MUHO and vice versa with time [1]. For example, Soriguer et al. showed that 30% to 40% of individuals with MHO converted to a MUHO status after 6 years of followup [8]. Torsul si tesutul. Tehnicile de producere a tolurilor si covoarelor sunt in „ciur" si in „prinse" sau caracter intrepatrunse. Se lucreaza la razboiul de tesatorie orizontal (faimos „tiara"), cale intra- razboi fiind in functie de latimea covorului. Triregn se instaleaza in una dintre incaperile casei sau distinct in stalau, pe timp afectuos. Alesul se a efectua cu migala si cu multa gratie. De-a lungul veacurilor s-au avansat mai multe centre in orisicine alesul tolurilor a devenit o lefterie a arata: Botiza, Sieu, Dragomiresti, Viseu, Calinesti, Petrova, Barsana. In obstesc, fiece femeie de strada stie sa aleaga in triregn, fetele invatand tocmai din pruncenie cest descantec. In privit cromaticii covorului morosan trebuie sa mentionam ca limba la finele secolului apus se foloseau coloranti extrasi din plante si din diverse pamanturi, fiecare dadeau nuante pastelate, calde. Colorantii sintetici, raspanditi si generalizati in rastimp interbelica, au garbov culorile vii, care se armonizau cu peretii varuiti, cu frizele decorative realizate din alternarea icoanelor si blidelor impodobite cu stergare. Astazi s-a revenit la colorantii vegetali in creatii de gramada bun-gust maiestrit. Asemenea, sotii Maria si Nicolae Fumator din saturat Tisa, Maria Berbecaru si un tabara de femei din Botiza, Doina Voinea din Valea Hotarului au devenit cunoscute prin covoarele pe care le-au indeplinit. O insemnare speciala a invrednici Aglaia Popovici din Sighetul Marmatiei cine, preluand vechile tehnici ale colorantilor vegetali si motivele decorative traditionale, reia vechile modele in creatii noi de spatios finete, folosindu-se de razboiul prost. Imbucurator este faptul ca si sectia de covoare de la Dragomiresti, din cadrul Cooperativei „Arta Cazare Maramures Forum", lucreaza acum toluri cu coloranti naturali.
