Concept: Ludger’s distance from his neighbours is not just because Julius allegedly worked with Exodus, but because some Elympios are still anti-Rieze Maxian even if they’re not extremists, so he’s more discomforted by people downplaying Julius’ alleged terrorism than those who won’t question that the guy famous for phone tech went off the rails and tried to murder his boss

maud your brain!!!!! you are so 3008 for this question truly. ok. my initial reaction is: ahhahahahahah nope.

upon further thought, my more considered reaction is that yes, they would murder each other before they'd fuck.... IF we are talking current-era seb (drives a minibus to european grands prix so as to reduce his carbon emissions) and current-era max (buys a giant fuck-off private jet and has it painted villain colours). i just don't see it.

however: as we know, seb was not always a responsible bee dad with tragic hair. in 2016 when ferrari hadn't yet broken his spirit, and max was a young hotshot just starting to make his mark on the grid? perhaps. i am willing to be convinced!

Just wanted to say I was going to be dropping a thing comparing Tales of Symphonia's handling of Racism compared to FE:Tellius, but then it kinda hit like a ton of bricks that Tellius has no leg to stand on. It may have some, despite being in general a normal "Purple" story, where "oh no oppressed babies, so racism bad". (Where yes, Laguz once, long ago, so not really relevant at all, were the oppressors)... but then Tellius actually has a not-so-well hidden "Racism GOOD, actually" message because of the Laguz losing what makes them Laguz thing that just turns the whole thing into a clusterfuck. Thanks for pointing that out. I mean, Radiant Dawn isn't well written (The complaints levied back in 2007 and 2008 are still valid! Time doesn't change quality of writing!) but yeah. Because as far as handling the topic of racism, Symphonia against Tellius already was Hydrogen Bomb vs Crying Baby (Because Symphonia wasn't a simple purple story-- instead the main villain was of the oppressed minority and was actively racist himself), but that makes it even more poignant.

I liked Symphonia's take on racism (even if Mithos is imo treated with sugar tongs), but Tales's storywriting has always been better than FE in general...

I haven't played the recent entries (ToX2 was my last!) but even in Xillia the issue was sort of the same, even if I love Gilland (Alvin's uncle?) going all "it wasn't me" to Milla who accused him of, well, what Elympios had been doing for the past several centuries that made Maxwell say "nope" and create Rieze Maxia.

(But then Xillia's ending is bullocks, apparently the cast (including Milla!) is okay with letting spirits dies because Jude will develop one day tech that doesn't need them to die, and in the meantime, well, it's just too bad for them I guess)

Bladder Init Fix

With this mod, when you enter a household for the first time, bladder need bars of selectable Sims are full or almost full instead of being only half full.

It restores a base game behavior which has been broken since Open for Business. Therefore, this mod requires Open for Business, any newer expansion pack, or any stuff pack.

There is no survival situation that Julius doesn't have the most insane methods to survive under. Half of it is cause of his job, the other in case camping with Ludger somehow lead to a meteor crashing into Elympios and causing an eternal winter. YOU NEVER KNOW, IT COULD HAPPEN WITH A NON-ZERO% CHANCE--

Though he can't cook, Julius does know pretty much every cooking utensil, down to type of bar spoons out there. A remnant from his upper crust etiquette days/watching Claudia cook his meals.

Julius using square frames was born from him trying to look as nerdy and unassuming as possible. Did it work? Who knows. The choice was made.

Julius could be sick and working on 14 days of no sleep and still would show up to work. His body is a tool for saving Ludger and humanity-- as long as it's working, it's getting used to its fullest.

This man has paid top dollar to hire tailors to make Ludger custom Lulu-themed clothes. He'll claim it's the one thing that makes his cute little brother cuter than normal.

If Ludger asked him to wear the most ridiculous costume to a homecoming dance or any other fancy occasion, he'd still do it. He's gotta teach Ludger that promises are a man's word!

He might be a cat person, but Julius does think dogs and puppies are still cute. After all, his little brother might as well have been a puppy dog when he was younger.

Julius' hatred for eggplants is not just taste related-- part of it comes from pure, unadulterated hatred for it being Bisley's favorite ingredient.

If he ever somehow survived the Trial, Julius would consider moving to an apartment closer to the station. Gotta cut that travel time to buy tomatoes from fresh Rieze Maxian markets--

At times, when Ludger smiles at him, he can't help but think back to Claudia. And that in turn makes him wonder if he'd been truthful about her death, would he see this smile again...?
